Description
Claims (15)
- 予め定められたスイッチング周波数でパルス幅変調された第1電力レベルの高周波信号を小信号発生要素で生成し、
前記高周波信号を、固体高周波増幅要素で前記第1電力レベルよりも大きい第2電力レベルに増幅し、
前記増幅された高周波信号を閉じられたキャビティに供給する、ことを備え、
予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、調理されている食品の逆熱時定数よりも少なくとも10倍小さい、
調理装置の閉じられたキャビティ内の食品を調理する高周波電磁エネルギーを伝達する方法。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、少なくとも20KHzである、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1電力レベルが1ワット未満である、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第2電力レベルが50ワットより大きい、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、ルックアップテーブルから決定される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、前記食品からのフィードバックに基づいて決定される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 調理される物品を保持する閉じられたキャビティと、
高周波信号を生成する小信号発生器と、
前記小信号発生器に接続され、前記小信号発生器によって生成された前記高周波信号を増幅する固体電力増幅器と、
増幅された高周波信号を前記固体電力増幅器から前記閉じられたキャビティに供給するために、前記固体電力増幅器と前記閉じられたキャビティとの間の伝送線路と、
予め定められたスイッチング周波数でパルス幅変調された第1電力レベルで高周波信号を生成するように小信号発生器に信号を送る制御部と、
を備えた、調理装置内の食品を調理するために高周波電磁エネルギーを伝達する装置。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、少なくとも20KHzである、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記第1電力レベルが1ワット未満である、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記増幅された高周波信号が50ワットより大きい、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、ルックアップテーブルから決定される、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数は、前記食品からのフィードバックに基づいて決定される、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記小信号発生器は、150ミリワットより大きい電力レベルを有する高周波信号を生成する、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記固体電力増幅器は、増幅された高周波信号が50ワットより大きい電力レベルを有するように、高周波信号を増幅する、
請求項7に記載の装置。 - 前記予め定められたスイッチング周波数を設定するためのデータを保持する前記制御部に結合されたメモリをさらに備える、
