Abstract

一种带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,包括顶部设有热风发生器的炉体,炉体中设有蓄水箱,抽水管道一端通过水泵与蓄水箱连接,另一端伸入热风发生器的发热腔内,实现液态水直接通过高温发热腔内以产生高温蒸汽。热风发生器包括有集热盖、风扇和发热管,集热盖底面与炉腔顶板连接,内底面设置有风扇,风扇轴芯伸出集热盖顶面与冷却电机传动连接;发热管设置在集热盖与炉腔之间的发热腔内。为了更好控制水量输出,在抽水管道的出水端设有喷嘴;炉腔顶板对应喷嘴设有凹面,盛载液态水并将其充分蒸发,有效防止液态水直接接触食物。本实用新型结构简单合理、加热均匀、能效高、清洁容易、造价成本低、同时具有多种烹调功能。

带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种微波炉,特别是带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉。
背景技术
现有的顶置式热风对流微波炉如图1和图2所示,炉体110的顶部设有热风发生器120,热风发生器包括有集热盖122、风扇123和发热管121,集热盖底面与炉腔140的顶板141连接,内底面设置有风扇,风扇轴芯伸出集热盖顶面与冷却电机传动连接;发热管设置在集热盖与炉腔之间的发热腔内。炉腔顶板对应风扇设置有导热网孔。炉腔侧部设有磁控管160、冷却电机、冷却风叶及多个微波发生器件,内顶部设置有烧烤管150。炉体底部还设有转盘电机170,与炉腔内的转盘130连接。该结构简单合理,但功能小,烹调出的食物比较干燥,口感不佳。为此,商家设计出带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,利用一个独立的蒸汽发生装置产生蒸汽,实现“蒸汽+热风”、“蒸汽+微波”、“蒸汽+烧烤”、“蒸汽+热风+微波”等多种不同的烹调手段,以便尽可能的实现一炉多用、一炉多功能。
上述独立的蒸汽发生装置的安装方式可分:
1、蒸汽发生装置炉腔外置式:通过一外置蒸汽发生器产生高温蒸汽再输入腔体内工作。其产生的高温蒸汽利用率高,操作及控制较简单,但结构复杂、制造成本过高。
2、蒸汽发生装置炉腔内置式:在腔体内安装一蒸汽发生器,使之产生高温蒸气直接工作。其结构较之蒸汽发生装置外置式简单一些,且在产生蒸汽上操作及控制上都较为简单,但在实现“蒸汽+热风对流”功能时其烹调均匀性差、蒸汽利用较低。此种结构是将蒸汽发生装置放在腔体底部,如果热风对流工作时蒸汽必然向下沉,而无法伴随热风形成对流。从而必然导致蒸汽工作效率下降,无法达到最好的烹调效果。而且也增加了一个蒸汽发生装置,使得繁杂了结构也相应的增加了制造成本。
中国专利号ZL200620053579.9中公开了一种带有过热蒸汽的多功能微波炉,在传统微波炉的基础上增加普通蒸汽装置和对流加热装置产生过热蒸汽、普通蒸汽和对流热风。在前级设有带两根发热管的锅炉,它产生100℃左右的普通蒸汽,然后普通蒸汽进入设有带两根发热管的对流加热腔室,并对普通蒸汽作进一步的加热,产生100℃<t≤400℃的过热蒸汽。以上四根发热管不同的组合,便产生了过热蒸汽、普通蒸汽和对流热风。而且,这些功能也能和微波组合,又产生新的功能,实现更多的烹饪方式。尤其是,蒸汽、过热蒸汽和微波的组合既可克服纯微波烹饪食物变干的缺陷,又可实现食物的美味和快速的烹饪。更重要的是过热蒸汽可去除食物中多余的脂肪和盐份,烹制出低卡路里、低盐份的食物,从而实现“健康烹饪”。由于液态水进入对流加热装置加热腔内即可产生蒸汽,而该结构的微波炉既安装有对流加热装置,又安装有蒸汽装置,所以不但提高了制造的成本,又增加了安装的难度。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种结构简单、造价成本低、生产容易,且不设蒸汽发生装置却可使用蒸汽烹调的带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,以克服现有技术中的不足之处。
按此目的设计的一种带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,包括顶部设有热风发生器的炉体,炉体中设有蓄水箱,其结构特征是蓄水箱与抽水管道连通,抽水管道另一端伸入热风发生器的发热腔内,实现液态水直接通过高温发热腔内以产生高温蒸汽。
所述蓄水箱设置在炉腔的一侧,通过水泵与抽水管道连接,抽水管道另一端设置有喷嘴并伸入热风发生器的发热腔内。
所述热风发生器包括有集热盖、风扇和发热管,集热盖底面与炉腔顶板连接,内底面设置有风扇,风扇轴芯伸出集热盖顶面与冷却电机传动连接;发热管设置在集热盖与炉腔之间的发热腔内。
所述炉腔顶板对应风扇设置有导热网孔,对应抽水管道喷嘴设置有凹面。
本实用新型将蓄水箱中常温下的液态水输送至热风发生装置中,因热风发生器正常工作状态时腔内温度可达到250~350℃(此温度完全符合蒸汽产生条件),故在热风发生器中极易产生高温蒸汽,再由风扇组件将产生的高温蒸汽送到炉腔内,在炉腔内随着热风形成对流,使热风发生器内产生的高温蒸汽对食物进行均匀的烹调,简化蒸汽热风对流微波炉结构、降低制造成本。而且高温蒸汽能够让炉腔内壁污垢油疵得到充分的湿润,极大的降低了炉腔内壁清洗难度。为了更好控制水量输出,在抽水管道的出水端设有喷嘴;炉腔顶板对应喷嘴设有凹面,盛载液态水并将其充分蒸发,有效防止液态水直接接触食物。微波炉的炉腔顶部安装有热风发生器和烧烤管,均可对食物进行物理加热,再配合炉腔的磁控管,可提供“蒸汽+热风”、“蒸汽+微波”、“蒸汽+烧烤”、“蒸汽+热风+微波”等多种不同的符合食物特性的烹调手段。其间的各工作环节可由电控板程序设定,使整个工作过程有条不紊。其结构简单合理、加热均匀、能效高、清洁容易、造价成本低、同时具有多种烹调功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述。
参见图3--图5,本带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉包括炉体10、炉腔40、热风发生器20、蓄水箱91及抽水管道93。炉腔40设置在炉体10内,热风发生器20设置在炉腔顶部,蓄水箱91设置在炉腔左侧,通过水泵92与抽水管道93连接,抽水管道的出水端设有喷嘴94并竖直伸入热风发生器的发热腔内。热风发生器20包括有集热盖22、风扇23和发热管21,集热盖底面与炉腔顶板41连接,内底面设置有风扇,风扇轴芯伸出集热盖顶面与冷却电机80通过皮带轮传动连接;集热盖与炉腔之间的发热腔内设有两根石英发热管,并位于风扇前后两侧。炉腔顶板41对应风扇设置有导热网孔,对应抽水管道喷嘴94设置有凹面42。炉腔40右侧还设有磁控管60、冷却电机80、冷却风叶81、电控板及多个微波发生器件,内顶部设有烧烤管50。炉体10底部设置有转盘电机70,与炉腔内的转盘30连接。
参见图6,首先,让热风发生器工作一段时间,使加热腔内温度达到240~250℃时,抽水装置即刻将水份输送到热风发生器中。持续一段蒸汽产生时间,当产生足够的高温蒸汽后,起动风扇组件将高温蒸汽完全输送至炉腔内,让高温蒸汽在炉腔内均匀的烹调。若不需要高温蒸汽,只需跳过供水步骤即可。

Claims (6)

1.一种带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,包括顶部设有热风发生器(20)的炉体(10),炉体中设有蓄水箱(91),其特征是蓄水箱与抽水管道(93)连通,抽水管道另一端伸入热风发生器的发热腔内,实现液态水直接通过高温发热腔内以产生高温蒸汽。
2.根据权利要求1所述带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,其特征是所述蓄水箱设置在炉腔(40)的一侧,通过水泵(92)与抽水管道连接,抽水管道另一端设置有喷嘴(94)并伸入热风发生器的发热腔内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,其特征是所述热风发生器包括有集热盖(22)、风扇(23)和发热管(21),集热盖底面与炉腔顶板(41)连接,内底面设置有风扇,风扇轴芯伸出集热盖顶面与冷却电机(80)传动连接;发热管设置在集热盖与炉腔之间的发热腔内。
4.根据权利要求3所述带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,其特征是所述炉腔顶板对应风扇设置有导热网孔,对应抽水管道喷嘴设置有凹面(42)。
5.根据权利要求2所述带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,其特征是所述炉体底部设置有转盘电机(70),与炉腔内的转盘(30)连接。
6.根据权利要求2所述带蒸汽功能的热风对流微波炉,其特征是所述炉腔另一侧设置有磁控管(60)、冷却电机、冷却风叶(81)、电控板及多个微波发生器件,内顶部设置有烧烤管(50)。
