Description
Claims (27)
- 第1のヘッダーと、
本体を有するバッフルであって、前記本体は、前記第1のヘッダー内に配置され、前記第1のヘッダーのほぼ長手方向に延在し、前記第1のヘッダー内の内部チャンバを第1のチャンバと第2のチャンバに分割するために使用される、バッフルと、
2つの第2のヘッダーと、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方および前記第1のヘッダーの前記第2のチャンバと流体連通する第1の熱交換管と、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方および前記第1のヘッダーの前記第1のチャンバと流体連通する第1の連通管と、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方および前記第1のヘッダーの前記第1のチャンバと流体連通する第2の熱交換管と、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方および前記第1のヘッダーの前記第2のチャンバと流体連通する第2の連通管とを含み、
前記熱交換器は、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方が前記第1のヘッダーより高いまたは低いように、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の第1の屈曲部で屈曲される、熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方が前記第1のヘッダーより低いまたは高いように、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の第2の屈曲部で屈曲される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器が屈曲される前に、前記第1のヘッダーは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの間に提供され、前記第1の熱交換管、第1の連通管、第2の熱交換管、および第2の連通管はほぼ同じ方向に延在する、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷却剤は、前記第1の熱交換管から前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方および前記第1の連通管を通って前記第1のヘッダーの前記第1のチャンバに流れることができ、次いで前記第1のヘッダーの前記第1のチャンバから前記第2の熱交換管に流れることができ、さらに前記第2の熱交換管から前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方および前記第2の連通管を通って前記第1のヘッダーの前記第2のチャンバの中に流れることができる、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 冷却剤は前記熱交換器内に密封され、前記熱交換器内のみで循環される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管は、一体部を形成するために連結部により前記第1の連通管に連結され、かつ/または
前記第2の熱交換管は、一体部を形成するために連結部により前記第2の連通管に連結される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2の熱交換管および前記第1の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方との間の前記第2の連通管の両方の一部は、前記第1の屈曲部から上方もしくは下方に斜めに延在し、または上方もしくは下方に垂直に延在する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管、前記第1の連通管、ならびに前記第2の熱交換管および前記第1の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第2の連通管の両方の一部は、ほぼ水平方向に延在する、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第2の熱交換管および前記第1の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方との間の前記第2の連通管の両方の一部は、前記第1の屈曲部から上方もしくは下方に斜めに延在し、または上方もしくは下方に垂直に延在し、
前記第1の熱交換管および前記第2の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方との間の前記第1の連通管の両方の一部は、前記第2の屈曲部から下方もしくは上方に斜めに延在し、または下方もしくは上方に垂直に延在する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第1の熱交換管および前記第2の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第1の連通管の両方の一部、ならびに前記第2の熱交換管および前記第1の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第2の連通管の両方の一部は、ほぼ水平方向に延在し、または斜めに延在する、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方にほぼ平行である、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方にほぼ平行であり、
前記第2の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方にほぼ平行である、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - フィンは前記第1の熱交換管の間、および前記第2の熱交換管の間に提供される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- フィンは前記第1の屈曲部を除く前記第2の熱交換管の間に提供される、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- フィンは前記第2の屈曲部を除く前記第1の熱交換管の間に提供される、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 内部チャンバを有する第1のヘッダーと、
それぞれが内部チャンバを有する2つの第2のヘッダーと、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方の前記内部チャンバおよび前記第1のヘッダーの前記内部チャンバと流体連通する第1の熱交換管と、
前記2つの第2のヘッダーの他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間に連結され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方の前記内部チャンバおよび前記第1のヘッダーの前記内部チャンバと流体連通する第2の熱交換管とを含み、
前記熱交換器は、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方が前記第1のヘッダーより高いまたは低いように、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の第1の屈曲部で屈曲される、熱交換器。 - 前記熱交換器は、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方が前記第1のヘッダーより低いまたは高いように、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の第2の屈曲部で屈曲される、請求項16に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記熱交換器が屈曲される前に、前記第1のヘッダーは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの間に提供され、前記第1の熱交換管および前記第2の熱交換管はほぼ同じ方向に延在する、請求項16または17に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方との間の前記第2の熱交換管の一部は、前記第1の屈曲部から上方もしくは下方に斜めに延在し、または上方もしくは下方に垂直に延在する、請求項16に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の熱交換管および前記第1の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第2の熱交換管の一部は、ほぼ水平方向に延在する、請求項16に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方との間の前記第2の熱交換管の一部は、前記第1の屈曲部から上方もしくは下方に斜めに延在し、または上方もしくは下方に垂直に延在し、
前記第2の屈曲部と前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方との間の前記第1の熱交換管の一部は、前記第2の屈曲部から下方もしくは上方に斜めに延在し、または下方もしくは上方に垂直に延在する、請求項17に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記第2の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第1の熱交換管の一部、ならびに前記第1の屈曲部と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の前記第2の熱交換管の一部は、ほぼ水平方向に延在し、または斜めに延在する、請求項17に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方にほぼ平行である、請求項16に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記他方にほぼ平行であり、
前記第2の屈曲部は、前記第1のヘッダーまたは前記2つの第2のヘッダーの前記一方にほぼ平行である、請求項17に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1または16に記載の前記熱交換器を含む、空調システム。
- その中に前記熱交換器が配置されるケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの内部空間を第1の区画と第2の区画に分割する仕切壁であって、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの一方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の部分は、前記第1の区画および前記第2の区画の一方に配置され、前記2つの第2のヘッダーの他方と前記第1のヘッダーとの間の部分は、前記第1の区画および前記第2の区画の他方に配置される、仕切壁とをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の空調システム。 - 前記仕切壁は前記第1のヘッダーに配置され、前記ケーシングの前記内部空間を前記第1の区画と前記第2の区画に分割する、請求項26に記載の空調システム。
