Claims (27)
- 一种换热器,包括:第一集流管;隔板,所述隔板具有主体,该主体在第一集流管中大致沿着第一集流管的纵向延伸、用于将第一集流管中的内腔分隔成第一腔室和第二腔室;两个第二集流管;第一换热管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和所述第一集流管的第二腔室流体连通;第一流通管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和所述第一集流管的第一腔室流体连通;第二换热管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的另一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和所述第一集流管的第一腔室流体连通;以及第二流通管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和所述第一集流管的第二腔室流体连通,其中所述换热器在两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和所述第一集流管之间的第一折弯部折弯,使得两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个高于或低于所述第一集流管。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:所述换热器在两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和所述第一集流管之间的第二折弯部折弯,使得两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个低于或高于所述第一集流管。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的换热器,其中:折弯前,所述第一集流管设置在两个所述第二集流管之间,并且第一换热管、第一流通管、第二换热管和第二流通管大致沿同一方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:制冷剂能够从第一换热管通过两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和第一流通管流到所述第一集流管的第一腔室,再由所述第一集流管的第一腔室流到第二换热管,并从第二换热管通过两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和第二流通管流入所述第一集流管的第二腔室。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:制冷剂密封在换热器中,并且仅仅在换热器中循环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:第一换热管和第一流通管通过连接部连接而形成为一体;和/或第二换热管和第二流通管通过连接部连接而形成为一体。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:第二换热管和第二流通管的在所述第一折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个之间的部分从所述第一折弯部倾斜向上或向下延伸,或者垂直向上或向下延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:第一换热管和第一流通管以及第二换热管和第二流通管的在所述第一折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分大致沿水平方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的换热器,其中:第二换热管和第二流通管的在所述第一折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个之间的部分从所述第一折弯部倾斜向上或向下延伸,或者垂直向上或向下延伸,并且第一换热管和第一流通管的在所述第二折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个之间的部分从所述第二折弯部倾斜向下或向上延伸,或者垂直向下或向上延伸。
- 根据权利要求2所述的换热器,其中:第一换热管和第一流通管的在所述第二折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分以及第二换热管和第二流通管的在所述第一折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分大致沿水平方向延伸或倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:第一折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个大致平行。
- 根据权利要求2所述的换热器,其中:第一折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个大致平行,并且第二折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个大致平行。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:在第一换热管之间以及在第二换热管之间设有翅片。
- 根据权利要求1所述的换热器,其中:除了第一折弯部,在第二换热管之间设有翅片。
- 根据权利要求2所述的换热器,其中:除了第二折弯部,在第一换热管之间设有翅片。
- 一种换热器,包括:第一集流管,所述第一集流管具有内腔;两个第二集流管,每一个所述第二集流管具有内腔;第一换热管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个的内腔和所述第一集流管的内腔流体连通;第二换热管,连接在两个所述第二集流管中的另一个和所述第一集流管之间并且与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个的内腔和所述第一集流管的内腔流体连通;其中所述换热器在两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个和所述第一集流管之间的第一折弯部折弯,使得两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个高于或低于所述第一集流管。
- 根据权利要求16所述的换热器,其中:所述换热器在两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个和所述第一集流管之间的第二折弯部折弯,使得两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个低于或高于所述第一集流管。
- 根据权利要求16或17所述的换热器,其中:折弯前,所述第一集流管设置在两个所述第二集流管之间,并且第一换热管和第二换热管大致沿同一方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求16所述的换热器,其中:第二换热管的在所述第一折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个之间的部分从所述第一折弯部倾斜向上或向下延伸,或者垂直向上或向下延伸。
- 根据权利要求16所述的换热器,其中:第一换热管以及第二换热管的在所述第一折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分大致沿水平方向延伸。
- 根据权利要求17所述的换热器,其中:第二换热管的在所述第一折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个之间的部分从所述第一折弯部倾斜向上或向下延伸,或者垂直向上或向下延伸,并且第一换热管的在所述第二折弯部与两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个之间的部分从所述第二折弯部倾斜向下或向上延伸,或者垂直向下或向上延伸。
- 根据权利要求17所述的换热器,其中:第一换热管的在所述第二折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分以及第二换热管的在所述第一折弯部与第一集流管之间的部分大致沿水平方向延伸或倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求16所述的换热器,其中:第一折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个大致平行。
- 根据权利要求17所述的换热器,其中:第一折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述另一个大致平行,并且第二折弯部大致与第一集流管或两个所述第二集流管中的所述一个大致平行。
- 一种空调系统,包括:权利要求1或16所述的换热器。
- 根据权利要求25所述的空调系统,还包括:壳体,所述换热器位于所述壳体中;以及隔壁,将壳体的内部空间分成第一隔间和第二隔间,两个第二集流管中的一个和第一集流管之间的部分位于第一隔间和第二隔间中的一个中,以及两个第二集流管中的另一个和第一集流管之间的部 分位于第一隔间和第二隔间中的另一个中。
- 根据权利要求26所述的空调系统,其中:所述隔壁在第一集流管处,将壳体的内部空间分成第一隔间和第二隔间。
