Description
山部51は、前側波型部40の谷部42の後方にそれぞれ配置される。すなわち、山部51は、前側波型部40の山部41に対して左右方向にずれた位置に配置される。
谷部52は、前側波型部40の山部41の後方にそれぞれ配置される。すなわち、谷部52は、前側波型部40の谷部42に対して左右方向にずれた位置に配置される。
また、前側波型部40の谷部42から後側波型部50の谷部52までの前後方向に沿った距離W2(図5(b)参照)は、前後方向幅Wの半分程度となるように形成される。これにより、本実施形態に係る長手部材N1は、その体積を減らして軽量化することができる。
なお、本実施形態において幅方向とは、長手部材N1の長手方向幅と同一幅となる板状部材Nの一方向(本実施形態では長手方向である左右方向)を指す。
また、長手部材N1の切断面がワッシャ10の外周面及び内周面となるような円弧状になるように長手部材N1を変形させることで、摺動部30の上側面の外周側の端部及び内周側の端部に前側角部80及び後側角部90を形成できる。これによれば、板状部材Nを打ち抜く場合と比較して、摺動面積が減少することを抑制できる。

Claims (6)
- 板状部材を準備する準備工程と、
前記板状部材をレーザを照射して切断することにより、レーザの照射方向視で、互いに対向する長辺において、弧状の山部と前記山部に隣接した弧状の谷部とが長手方向に交互に連続した長手部材を得る切断工程と、
前記長手部材を曲げ変形させることにより、前記レーザの照射方向視で、前記互いに対向する長辺が外周側辺及び内周側辺となると共に、当該外周側辺及び内周側辺に前記山部と前記谷部とが周方向に交互に連続した円弧状のワッシャを得る成形工程と、
を具備するワッシャの製造方法。 - 前記板状部材は、前記長手部材の長手方向幅と同一幅を有するものであり、
前記切断工程は、
前記板状部材を、幅方向一端から他端に亘って切断することで前記長手部材を得るものであり、
前記成形工程は、
前記長手部材の切断面が外周面及び内周面となるような円弧状になるように、当該長手部材を変形させるものである、
請求項1に記載のワッシャの製造方法。 - 他の部材に対して摺動可能な摺動部を具備する、所定の方向視で円弧状のワッシャであって、
前記摺動部の外縁の少なくとも一部には、
断面視において略直角となる角部が形成され、
前記所定の方向視で、外周側辺及び内周側辺に弧状の山部と前記山部に隣接した弧状の谷部とが周方向に交互に連続した、
ワッシャ。 - 前記角部は、
断面視において曲率半径が0.05以下となるように形成されている、
請求項3に記載のワッシャ。 - 前記摺動部は円弧状に形成され、
前記角部は、
前記摺動部のうち、円弧の外周部分に相当する部分に形成されている、
請求項3又は請求項4に記載のワッシャ。 - 前記摺動部は円弧状に形成され、
