Description
前記基材層200は、熱によって成形が可能なポリエステル系樹脂、アクリル系樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂またはオレフィン系樹脂を含むことができる。
前記第1紫外線硬化性樹脂層100は、基材層200の上部に積層されたものであって、連続工程に適したエンボロールを利用して立体パターンを具現したものである。
前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300は、基材層200の上部に積層されたものであり、連続工程に適したエンボロールを利用して横方向ヘアラインパターンを具現したものである。
前記プライマー層400は、第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300と金属層500との間に位置し、第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300と金属層500の貼り合わせ力を増大させる。前記プライマー層400は、アクリル系、アクリルウレタン系、エポキシ系、ポリウレタン系、ポリイソシアネート系、ポリエステル系、アクリレート系、エチレン−酢酸ビニル共重合体、ポリアミド系、メラミン系、合成ゴム系、またはポリビニルアルコール系樹脂等を含むことができる。前記プライマー層400は、第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300の下部にグラビアコーティング法等の公知の方法を利用して形成することができる。前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300の下部は、第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層300を基準に基材層200と反対方向を意味する。
前記金属層500は、プライマー層300の下端に金属成分を蒸着して形成される。前記金属層500は、一般的な真空熱蒸着方法またはスパッタリング方法等によって形成され得る。例えば、真空熱蒸着方法の場合、10−4torr〜10−6torr及び300℃〜800℃で真空蒸着を進行することができ、スパッタリング方法の場合、プラズマ状態で小さな金属ナノ粒子として分離され、プライマー層400の下端に前記金属ナノ粒子がコーティングされるようにして、約0.70OD(Optical Density)の厚さで金属蒸着を進行することができるが、蒸着方法が特に制限されるものではない。前記金属は、金、銀、コバルト、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、クロム、銅、スズ、ステンレススチール等であってよく、好ましくは、アルミニウムであるが、これに制限されるものではない。当業者は、具現しようとする金属質感に応じて適当な金属を選択し、本発明の金属層500を形成することができる。
前記接着層600は、金属層500の下部に積層される。前記接着層600は、前記インテリアフィルムを被着体に貼り付けるのに用いられる。前記被着体は、電子製品等のプレート等となり得る。
前記熱可塑性樹脂層700は、前記インテリアフィルムを被着体に貼り付けるとき、緩衝作用をするためのものであり、ポリ塩化ビニル系樹脂、ポリプロピレンを含むポリオレフィン系樹脂、ポリスチレン系樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレートまたはポリブチレンテレフタレートを含むポリエステル系樹脂及びポリイミドまたはポリスルホンを含むエンジニアリングプラスチック等を含むことができる。
<実施例1>
第1紫外線樹脂層組成物として、固形分100重量部に対して、6官能ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー(Sartomer EMEA、CN9125)55重量部、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート15重量部、イソボルニルアクリレート20重量部、光開始剤(Iracure−184、BASF)8重量部、シリカ消光剤1重量部及びUV安定剤(Tinuvin 234、BASF)1重量部が含まれた、固形分100%のアクリレート樹脂組成物(25℃で粘度=750cps)を準備した。
Claims (2)
- 基材層を準備するステップ;
前記基材層の上部に立体パターンが具現された第1紫外線硬化性樹脂層を形成するステップ;
前記基材層の下部に横方向ヘアラインパターンが具現された第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層を形成するステップ;
前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層の下部にプライマー層を形成するステップ;及び
前記プライマー層の下部に金属層を形成するステップを含み、
前記第1紫外線硬化性樹脂層の形成は、
前記基材層が表面に位置する第1ロールを準備するステップ;
前記第1ロールを表面に立体パターンが形成された第2ロールと接しないように配置し、隣接した位置に第1硬化ランプを配置するステップ;及び
前記第1ロール及び前記第2ロールの間に第1紫外線硬化性樹脂層組成物を供給し、前記第1ロール及び第2ロールのうち一つ以上が回転しながら、前記第1紫外線硬化性樹脂層組成物に第2ロールの立体パターンを転写させるステップを含み、
前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層の形成は、
前記基材層が表面に位置する第3ロールを準備するステップ;
前記第3ロールを表面に横方向ヘアラインパターンが形成された第4ロールと接しないように配置し、隣接した位置に第2硬化ランプを配置するステップ;及び
前記第3ロール及び前記第4ロールの間に、第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層組成物を供給し、前記第3ロール及び第4ロールのうち一つ以上が回転しながら、前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂層組成物に第4ロールの横方向ヘアラインパターンを転写させるステップを含み、
前記第1紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物は、25℃で粘度が700cps〜800cpsであり、前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物は、25℃で粘度が600cps〜700cpsであり、前記第1紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物の粘度は前記第2紫外線硬化性樹脂組成物の粘度より高く、
前記立体パターンは、厚さ5μm〜15μmのヘアラインパターンと、厚さ3μm〜20μmの陽刻または陰刻パターンとを含み、前記横方向ヘアラインパターンは、厚さが5μm〜15μmであり
前記金属層の厚さは、600〜1000nmである、
インテリアフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記金属層の下部に接着層を形成するステップ;及び
前記接着層の下部に熱可塑性樹脂層を形成するステップをさらに含む、
請求項1に記載のインテリアフィルムの製造方法。
