Abstract
Description
不燃・耐火に関する法規制も有るが、材料の難燃化・不燃化技術等の対策は未だに必ずしも十分でなく、それらの技術の確立は、人命尊重の面からますます重要な課題になっている。
にもかかわらず、市場は、軽量で薄型化され、高品質な複合性能が備わった製品を要求している。既に建築基準法で不燃材認定されている一般的な無機材の性能ではこれらの要求への対応はできない。
例を挙げれば、天井材としての石膏板である。不燃性の遮音材として多く使用されているが、重い、脆いなどの欠陥が有り、地震による天井崩落の危険性が有る。また石膏板は断熱性、調湿性、吸音性がなく天井材として重要な省エネ材、或いは静寂性を満たす吸音材としも不適切である。
しかし、ハニカム材内にフォーム材を充填しているが、両面を非通気性の不燃材で挟んでいることで吸音特性が低いという課題が有る。
また、接着剤が多いことは、原価の増大を招くという課題もある。
しかし、この技術ではハニカム材への吸音材の充填はなく、吸音性はないという課題が有る。
(1)空気の流通路の制限のために、フォーム材を切断加工するときに発生する切粉を、積極的にフォーム材の表面に留めておいて、火災時に繊維材の繊維の隙間の空気の流通を制限する目詰め材として利用する。
(2)フォーム材の一部が火災で燃焼したときに発生する不活性ガスによって可燃ガスを希釈させ、酸素欠乏を発現させる。
(3)不燃化を補完するその他の条件として
・水和物からなる材料は、加熱されたときに吸熱反応(脱水反応)を起こし、低温度で材料の炭化を促進させる。
・加熱されたときもパネル形状を維持するために、加熱により焼結する接着剤を選択する。
・可燃性のある有機物の含有料の少ない材料を選択する。
(1)加熱開始後20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以下であること。
(2)加熱開始後20分間、最高発熱速度が、10秒以上継続して200 kW/m2を超えないこと。
(3)加熱開始後20分間、防火上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂及び穴がないこと。
(4)着炎しないこと。
またハニカム材は金属ハニカム材でも良く、金属の場合はハニカム材質に有機物を含まないので、不燃化に結び付けやすい。
ハニカム材12に付着させる接着剤16は、量が多いと水蒸気の発生量が多くなり接着部分に剥離を起こして密閉構造を壊し、逆に量が少ないと接着性が悪くパネル構造維持に支障を起こす。その適性量は60~120g/m2の範囲であった。尚、エマルジョン系接着剤は酢酸ビニール系に限定されない。
目詰まりによる繊維の隙間を塞ぐ効果は、必ずしも100%である必要はない。
この試験の結果、気中パーティクルカウンターのカウント数は零であったので、不燃吸音パネルから外部への放散量は無いという結論を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以下」との基準に対して、図8に示すように、4MJ/m2以下の結果を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間、最高発熱速度が、10秒以上継続して200kW/m2を超えない」との基準に対しては、図9に示すように10kW/m2以下の結果を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間、防火上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂及び穴が無い」との基準に対しては、防火上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂及び穴が無いとの結果を得た。
「着炎時間」については、着炎無しとの結果を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間の総発熱量が8MJ/m2以下」との基準に対して、図11に示すように、4MJ/m2以下を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間、最高発熱速度が、10秒以上継続して200kW/m2を超えない」との基準に対して、図12に示すように10kW/m2以下を得た。
「加熱開始後20分間、防火上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂及び穴が無い」という基準に対して、防火上有害な裏面まで貫通する亀裂及び穴が無いという結果を得た。
「着炎時間」については、着炎無しという結果を得た。
すなわち、アルミニウム繊維材部分での目詰まり効果を得ることの方が、ハニカム材の素材を選択することより重要である事が判明した

Claims (9)
- ハニカム材にフォーム材を充填して芯材となし、
該ハニカム材の一方の表面に通気性繊維材である吸音面材を、他方の表面に非通気性材である遮音材を配設し、
それぞれを接着剤で接着した不燃吸音パネルであって、
該ハニカム材と該吸音面材の間には、該フォーム材の切粉の層を配置してあり、
加熱されたとき、該切粉は該吸音面材の繊維の隙間に詰まる塞ぎ材として作用し、
酸素欠乏状態を発現させる
ことを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。
- 請求項1において、
該フォーム材は連通気泡を有し、非帯電性の硬質フェノールフォーム材であることを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。
- 請求項2において、
該パネルが加熱されたとき、
該切粉の一部は該通気性繊維材の繊維の隙間に移動し、空気の流通を制限する目詰め材となり、且つ、該フォーム材及び該切粉は、加熱されて燃焼すると不活性ガスを発生し、
該不活性ガスが該繊維材の目詰まりのため該フォーム材の空隙を満たし、燃焼抑止をもたらす
ことを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。
- 請求項1において、
芯材は、加熱されると二酸化炭素ガスを生成する、ハニカム材、フォーム材、並びに接着剤からなることを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。 - 請求項1において、
芯材は加熱により炭化質を生成する、ハニカム材、フォーム材、並びに接着剤からなることを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。 - 請求項1において、
ハニカム材の組成は、水和物系の無機材料70〜80%、シリカ3〜5%、パルプ等有機質材料15〜27%であることを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。 - 請求項1において、
該ハニカム材の先端と吸音面材を接着させる接着剤は、エマルジョン系接着剤であり、
該エマルジョン接着剤の付着量が60〜120g/m2の範囲である
ことを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。 - 請求項1において、
該ハニカム材の先端と遮音材を接着させる接着剤は、エポキシ系接着剤であり、
該エポキシ系接着剤の組成は、無機充填材が44〜49%であり、
該接着剤の塗布量が200〜350g/m2である
ことを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。
- 請求項1において、
該通気性繊維材は、アルミニウム繊維材或いはガラスウール系もしくはロックウール系であるニードルマット繊維材で、
繊維径は100μm以下、繊維間の空間隙間は100μm以下である
ことを特徴とする不燃吸音パネル。
