Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其至少包括有聚酯纤维、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和玻璃棉的组合。本案通过对吸音板材料组分的改进,来实现对吸音板吸音性能的调节和改善;本案所采用的材料环保无污染,对人体无害,且吸音板自身结构强度高,阻燃性能优异,在遇火时出烟量低。

技术领域
本发明涉及吸音材料领域,具体涉及一种建筑装饰用环保型吸音板。
背景技术
吸音板是一种吸声装饰材料,多用于音乐厅、影剧院、录音室、会议室、KTV、酒吧、报告厅等场所,它需要具备吸音、环保、阻燃、隔热、防潮、防霉、易切割、易组装等特性。但现有技术中的吸音板主要采用劣质的化工材料压制而成,其对室内的污染程度较大,不环保,甲醛含量易超标,并且由于单一结构的吸音板,其在切割或组装时的可加工强度较低,报废率高,在开孔或切口处的结构强度较差,从而影响吸音板的局部吸音性能。并且,现有的吸音板在阻燃性方面存在安全隐患,遇火后的出烟量较大,易使人呼吸不畅。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其阻燃性能好,结构强度高,用料环保无污染,对人体无害。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其至少包括有聚酯纤维、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和玻璃棉的组合。
优选的是,所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其中,以重量份计,聚酯纤维100份,环氧树脂25~30份,酚醛树脂10~15份,玻璃棉15~20份。
优选的是,所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其中,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为30000~35000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其中,所述酚醛树脂的数均分子量为15000~20000g/mol。
优选的是,所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其中,还包括有4~5份的碳酸镁。
本发明的有益效果是:本案通过对吸音板材料组分的改进,来实现对吸音板吸音性能的调节和改善;本案所采用的材料环保无污染,对人体无害,且吸音板自身结构强度高,阻燃性能优异,在遇火时出烟量低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明书文字能够据以实施。
本案提出一实施例的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其至少包括有聚酯纤维、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和玻璃棉的组合。其中,环氧树脂和酚醛树脂用于提高聚酯纤维的结构强度和韧性,同时有利于增加吸音板的吸音系数;玻璃棉可以进一步提高吸音板的吸音性能,同时有助于板材的轻量化,并且,玻璃棉可以保证板材即便处于潮湿环境中也依然能具备出色的吸音性能。
在上述实施例中,优选的是,以重量份计,聚酯纤维100份,环氧树脂25~30份,酚醛树脂10~15份,玻璃棉15~20份。在该比例下,吸音板的性能更加出色。
在上述实施例中,环氧树脂的数均分子量优选为30000~35000g/mol。
在上述实施例中,酚醛树脂的数均分子量优选为15000~20000g/mol。
作为本案另一实施例,其中,还可优选包括有4~5份的碳酸镁。碳酸镁内部蓬松的多孔结构可以增加吸音板的吸音系数,同时有助于提高阻燃性能,在高温下分解出二氧化碳,产生阻燃气体层,同时生成的氧化镁覆盖于板材表面,形成隔热层,有效降低了吸音板在明火下的出烟量。
本案所得吸音板在100-2000Hz范围内的吸音系数大于1.0,抗冲击强度大于20MPa,阻燃等级A1级(GB8624-2006),使用寿命高。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节。

1.一种建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其至少包括有聚酯纤维、环氧树脂、酚醛树脂和玻璃棉的组合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其特征在于,以重量份计,聚酯纤维100份,环氧树脂25~30份,酚醛树脂10~15份,玻璃棉15~20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其特征在于,所述环氧树脂的数均分子量为30000~35000g/mol。
4.根据权利要求1所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂的数均分子量为15000~20000g/mol。
5.根据权利要求2所述的建筑装饰用环保型吸音板,其特征在于,还包括有4~5份的碳酸镁。
