Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,包括第一基材板层、第二基材板层和环保板材层,所述第一基材板层的一侧设置有第二基材板层,所述第二基材板层远离第一基材板层的一侧设置有防火降温板,所述防火降温板远离第二基材板层的一侧设置有环保板材层,所述环保板材层中贯通开设有若干通孔,且所述通孔中均设置有微滤膜,本发明设置有多层防火隔音层,可以起到双重防火隔音的效果,效果显著;第一基材板层和第二基材板层均采用复合材料制成,环保材料的选择使得对外接环境尽量不会产生污染;使用这种多重板层的设置,使得防火降温的效果得到很高程度上的提升,结构接单,而且十分有效。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体为一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板。
背景技术
复合材料,是由两种或两种以上不同性质的材料,通过物理或化学的方法,在宏观或者微观上组成具有新性能的材料,各种材料在性能上互相取长补短,产生协同效应,使复合材料的综合性能优于原组成材料而满足各种不同的要。
复合材料板材的应用广泛,随着科技技术的进步,越来越多合成的复合材料板材被用于防火隔音领域,但是效果不是很显著,对于某些防火隔音要求较高的环境,很难很好的实现想要达到的防火隔音的效果;而且随着社会的发展,人们对环境问题越来越重视,复合材料的环保性也成为人们考虑的主要问题,所以我们提出一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,包括第一基材板层、第二基材板层和环保板材层,所述第一基材板层的一侧设置有第二基材板层,所述第二基材板层远离第一基材板层的一侧设置有防火降温板,所述防火降温板远离第二基材板层的一侧设置有环保板材层,所述环保板材层中贯通开设有若干通孔,且所述通孔中均设置有微滤膜。
优选的,所述第一基材板层与第二基材板层之间填充有第一防火隔音层,且第一防火隔音层中插设有若干组连接柱,所述连接柱的两端分别固定连接于第一基材板层和第二基材板层上。
优选的,所述第二基材板层与防火降温板之间填充有第二防火隔音层。
优选的,所述防火降温板中部开设有凹槽,所述凹槽中设置有吸水层。
优选的,所述环保板材层靠近防火降温板一侧两端设置有插接杆,所述防火降温板靠近环保板材层一侧对应插接杆开设有插接槽,所述插接杆活动插接于插接槽中。
优选的,所述第一基材板层远离第一防火隔音层的一侧设置有胶层。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明设置有多层防火隔音层,可以起到双重防火隔音的效果,效果显著;第一基材板层和第二基材板层均采用复合材料制成,本身也具有防火隔音的效果,而且防火降温板中设置有吸水层,可以用来储存水,待遇到火情或者高温状态,防火降温板内的水就会吸热蒸发,从环保板材层中的通孔吸收外部高温,降低周围温度,很好的起到防火降温的效果,环保板材层直接与外界接触,环保材料的选择使得对外接环境尽量不会产生污染;使用这种多重板层的设置,使得防火降温的效果得到很高程度上的提升,结构接单,而且十分有效。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供一种技术方案:
一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,包括第一基材板层1、第二基材板层2和环保板材层5,第一基材板层1的一侧设置有第二基材板层2,第一基材板层1和第二基材板层2均选用玻璃钢这种复合材料,玻璃钢并不是钢铁,而是玻璃与合成树脂的融合物,也符合环保的要求,而且玻璃钢强度高,耐热性好,也起到防火的效果。
第一基材板层1与第二基材板层2之间填充有第一防火隔音层11,第一防火隔音层11选用珍珠棉材料制成,珍珠棉具有隔水防潮、防震、隔音、保温等优点,可以很好的起到初步防火隔音的效果,且第一防火隔音层11中插设有若干组连接柱12,连接柱12也选用玻璃钢材料,连接柱12的两端分别固定连接于第一基材板层1和第二基材板层2上,连接柱12起到加固整体结构的效果,使板材整体更加坚固。
第二基材板层2远离第一基材板层1的一侧设置有防火降温板4,防火降温层4选用硅酸铝棉制成,硅酸铝棉不吸水且耐高温,对防火效果进一步提升,第二基材板层2与防火降温板4之间填充有第二防火隔音层3,第二防火隔音层3选用隔音棉材料制成,隔音棉具有良好的隔音效果,而且也很耐热,十分有效,防火降温板4中部开设有凹槽43,凹槽43中设置有吸水层42,吸水层42选用海绵材料,海绵吸水效果好,而且可以实现贮水,防火降温板4远离第二基材板层2的一侧设置有环保板材层5,环保板材层5选用生态树脂板,生态树脂板一方面十分环保,另一方面也是隔音和防火的好材料,使得隔音防火效果更好。
环保板材层5靠近防火降温板4一侧两端设置有插接杆51,防火降温板4靠近环保板材层5一侧对应插接杆51开设有插接槽41,插接杆51活动插接于插接槽41中,通过插接杆51和插接槽41的配合,使得防火降温板4与环保板材层5之间的连接更加稳定。
环保板材层5中贯通开设有若干通孔52,通孔52一方面在外部遇见火情或者高温时可以用来向外部吸热,另一方面可以在平常时期通入水分,帮助吸水层42的海绵吸水,且通孔52中均设置有微滤膜53,起到微过滤的效果,防止杂质进入海绵内,第一基材板层1远离第一防火隔音层11的一侧设置有胶层6,胶层6方便整体板材进行粘接,便于安装和固定。

1.一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,包括第一基材板层(1)、第二基材板层(2)和环保板材层(5),其特征在于:所述第一基材板层(1)的一侧设置有第二基材板层(2),所述第二基材板层(2)远离第一基材板层(1)的一侧设置有防火降温板(4),所述防火降温板(4)远离第二基材板层(2)的一侧设置有环保板材层(5),所述环保板材层(5)中贯通开设有若干通孔(52),且所述通孔(52)中均设置有微滤膜(53)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,其特征在于:所述第一基材板层(1)与第二基材板层(2)之间填充有第一防火隔音层(11),且第一防火隔音层(11)中插设有若干组连接柱(12),所述连接柱(12)的两端分别固定连接于第一基材板层(1)和第二基材板层(2)上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,其特征在于:所述第二基材板层(2)与防火降温板(4)之间填充有第二防火隔音层(3)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,其特征在于:所述防火降温板(4)中部开设有凹槽(43),所述凹槽(43)中设置有吸水层(42)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,其特征在于:所述环保板材层(5)靠近防火降温板(4)一侧两端设置有插接杆(51),所述防火降温板(4)靠近环保板材层(5)一侧对应插接杆(51)开设有插接槽(41),所述插接杆(51)活动插接于插接槽(41)中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型复合材料防火隔音板,其特征在于:所述第一基材板层(1)远离第一防火隔音层(11)的一侧设置有胶层(6)。
