Claims (18)
- 火炎特性、煙特性、放熱特性、ガス放出特性において、既知の複合シート材料(板状材料)より改良された複合シート状材料であって、
前記複合シート状(板状)材料は、少なくとも1つの多孔質のコア層(芯層)と少なくとも1つの外皮とを有し、
前記多孔質コア層は少なくとも1つの熱可塑性材料によって一体的に保持固められた強化用繊維により形成され、
前記多孔質コア層は該強化用繊維からなるランダムな交差によって形成されたオープンセル構造からなるウェブとして形成されており、
さらに、多孔質コア層は、その総重量に基づく約20重量%〜約80重量%の繊維を備えており、
前記外皮は、前記少なくとも1つの多孔質コア層の表面の少なくとも一部を被覆し、
前記外皮は、熱可塑性膜、弾性膜、熱硬化性塗料、無機塗料、繊維ベースのスクリム、のうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記繊維ベースのスクリムは、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、無機鉱物繊維、金属繊維、金属化合成繊維および金属化無機繊維の少なくとも1つから選択され、
さらに、繊維ベースのスクリムは、ポリアクリロニトリル、p−アラミド、m−アラミド、ポリ(p−フェニレン2,6,ベンゾビスオキサゾール)、ポリエーテルイミドおよびポリフェニレンサルファイドのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記外皮は、ISO4589で測定した22より大きい限界酸素指数を有しかつ約200℃〜約425℃の処理温度に耐えることができる、ことを特徴とする
複合シート状材料。 - 前記熱可塑性膜が、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテル・エーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリアリレンスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリ(1,4−フェニレン)、ポリカーボネート、ナイロンおよびシリコーンのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 前記熱硬化性塗料が、不飽和ポリウレタン、ビニルエステル、フェノールおよびエポキシのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 前記無機塗料が、Ca、Mg、Ba、Si、Zn、TiおよびAlから選択される陽イオンを含む鉱物を備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 前記無機塗料が、石こう、炭酸カルシウムおよびモルタルのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項4に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 第1の面および第2の面を有する第1の多孔質コア層と、前記第1の面および第2の面の少なくとも一方の一部を被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮とを備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 各々が第1および第2の面を備える、第1および第2の多孔質コア層であって、前記第1のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第2のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されている、前記第1および第2の多孔質コア層と、
前記第1のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、および前記第2のコア層の前記第1および第2の面のうちの少なくとも一方の少なくとも一部を被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。 - 前記第1の多孔質コア層が、前記第2の多孔質コア層とは異なる熱可塑性材料および前記第2の多孔質コア層とは異なる繊維のうちの少なくとも一方を備える、請求項7に記載の複合シート状材料。
- 各々が第1および第2の面を備える第1、第2および第3の多孔質コア層であって、前記第1のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第2のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されており、前記第2のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第3のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されている、前記第1、第2および第3の多孔質コア層と、
前記第1のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、前記第2のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、および前記第3のコア層の前記第1および第2の面のうちの少なくとも一つを被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮と、
を備える、請求項1に記載の複合シート状材料。 - 前記多孔質コア層のうちの1つが、前記他の層の少なくとも一方とは異なる熱可塑性材料および異なる繊維のうちの少なくとも一方を備える、請求項9に記載の複合シート材料。
- 火炎特性、煙特性、放熱特性、ガス放出特性において、既知の複合シート材料(板状材料)より改良された、多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートの製造方法であって、
少なくとも1つの熱可塑性材料によって一体的に保持固められた強化用繊維により形成され、該強化用繊維からなるランダムな交差によって形成されたオープンセル構造からなるウェブとして形成された少なくとも1つの多孔質のコア層(芯層)を含む多孔質の繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップと、
該多孔質コア層は、その総重量に基づく約20重量%〜約80重量%の繊維を備えており、
前記多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートの一つの面に少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップと、
前記各外皮が、熱可塑性膜、弾性膜、熱硬化性塗料、無機塗料、繊維ベースのスクリムのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記繊維ベースのスクリムは、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、無機鉱物繊維、金属繊維、金属化合成繊維および金属化無機繊維の少なくとも1つから選択され、
さらに、繊維ベースのスリムは、ポリアクリロニトリル、p−アラミド、m−アラミド、ポリ(p−フェニレン2,6,ベンゾビスオキサゾール)、ポリエーテルイミドおよびポリフェニレンサルファイドのうちの少なくとも1つを含み、
前記外皮は、前記多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートの火炎特性、煙特性、放熱特性およびガス放出特性のうちの少なくとも1つを向上させるために、ISO4589で測定した22より大きい限界酸素指数を有しており、さらに、約200℃〜約450℃の処理温度に耐えることができる、ことを特徴とする
方法。 - 前記熱可塑性膜が、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリエーテル・エーテルケトン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド、ポリアリレンスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアミドイミド、ポリ(1,4−フェニレン)、ポリカーボネート、ナイロンおよびシリコーンのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記熱硬化性塗料が、不飽和ポリウレタン、ビニルエステル、フェノールおよびエポキシのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記無機塗料が、Ca、Mg、Ba、Si、Zn、TiおよびAlから選択される陽イオンを含む鉱物を備える、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記無機塗料が、石こう、炭酸カルシウムおよびモルタルのうちの少なくとも1つを備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップが、第1の面および第2の面を有する第1の多孔質コア層を備える多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップを含み、前記少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップが、前記第1および第2の面のうちの少なくとも一方を被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップが、各々が第1および第2の面を有する第1および第2の多孔質コア層を備える多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップを含み、前記第1のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第2のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップが、前記第1のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、および前記第2のコア層の前記第1および第2の面のうちの少なくとも一方を被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップが、各々が第1および第2の面を有する第1、第2および第3の多孔質コア層を備える多孔質繊維強化熱可塑性プラスチックシートを形成するステップを含み、前記第1のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第2のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されており、前記第2のコア層の前記第2の面が、前記第3のコア層の前記第1の面に隣接して配置されており、前記少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップが、前記第1のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、前記第2のコア層の前記第1および第2の面、および前記第3のコア層の前記第1および第2の面のうちの少なくとも1つを被覆する少なくとも1つの外皮を積層するステップを含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
