Description
1)エポキシ変性アクリル樹脂:重量平均分子量(Mw)が8,000〜20,000、水酸基含量が1〜5%、ガラス転移温度が60〜70℃、酸価が3〜10mg/KOHである。
前記実施例1〜4及び比較例1〜10で製造された塗料の物性を測定するために、塗装及び硬化して試片塗膜を製作した後、下記の実験方法で物性を測定した。その結果は下記表3及び4に示した。
1)耐洗車性:
試片塗膜の初期光沢を測定した(60度)。そして、試片を試験台に装着し、規定のDUST液を撹拌した後、持続的に噴射しながらポリスチレンからなったブラシを移動速度5m/minの速度で10cycle往復テストした。評価が終わり、試片をせっけん水できれいに洗って室温に放置した後、有機洗浄剤で表面の異物を除去した。最終試片の光沢を測定し、自動洗車前後の光沢維持率を計算した。
Claims (16)
- 前記主剤部は、前記エポキシ変性アクリル樹脂50〜60重量%、前記アクリル樹脂10〜15重量%、前記ポリエステルポリオール5〜10重量%、前記反応触媒剤0.1〜1.5重量%、前記湿潤添加剤0.1〜1重量%、前記光安定剤1〜2重量%、及び前記溶剤20〜30重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記主剤部と前記硬化剤部との混合比は、2.0:1〜4.0:1の重量比であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記エポキシ変性アクリル樹脂は、酸価が3〜10mg/KOH、水酸基含量が1〜5%、重量平均分子量が8,000〜20,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記アクリル樹脂は、酸価が0.01〜0.05mg/KOH、水酸基含量が0.1〜0.5%、重量平均分子量が9,000〜15,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記ポリエステルポリオールは、水酸基含量が2〜4%、重量平均分子量が3,000〜10,000であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記反応触媒剤は、ジブチル錫ジラウレートであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記湿潤添加剤は、ポリジメチルシロキサン系であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記光安定剤は、ベンゾフェノン系、オキサニリド系、ベンゾトリアゾール系、トリアジン系、4−ベンゾイルオキシ−2,2,6,6−テトラメチルピペリジン及び2,4−ジ−テルト−ブチルフェニル−3,5−ジ−テルト−ブチル−ヒドロキシベンゾエートからなる群から選択される2種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記溶剤は、エステル系、炭化水素系、又はこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 前記硬化剤部は、前記ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネートトリマー系硬化剤90〜99重量%、及び前記反応型シリコン硬化剤1〜10重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物。
- 被塗装物上にエポキシ変性アクリル樹脂、前記エポキシ変性アクリル樹脂以外のアクリル樹脂、ポリエステルポリオール、反応触媒剤、湿潤添加剤、光安定剤及び溶剤を含むプライマー塗料組成物を塗布してプライマー層を形成する段階;及び
前記プライマー層上に請求項1のクリア塗料組成物を塗布してクリア層を形成する段階;
を含み、
前記反応触媒剤が、前記ポリエステルポリオールのヒドロキシ基と、前記硬化剤部に含まれる硬化剤のイソシアネート基との反応速度を向上させるものである、
ホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物を用いた塗装方法。 - 前記プライマー塗料組成物は、エポキシ変性アクリル樹脂50〜60重量%、アクリル樹脂10〜15重量%、ポリエステルポリオール5〜10重量%、反応触媒剤0.1〜1.5重量%、湿潤添加剤0.1〜1重量%、光安定剤1〜2重量%及び溶剤20〜30重量%を含むことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物を用いた塗装方法。
- 前記被塗装物は、ホットスタンピング処理して形成された高分子フィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のホットスタンピングフィルム用クリア塗料組成物を用いた塗装方法。
