耐薬品性は、80℃、10質量%の塩酸水溶液に24時間浸漬させた後の質量減少である。次のようにして、各試料の質量減少を測定した。まず塩酸水溶液に浸漬させる前の各試料の質量と表面積を測定した。次に、各試料を塩酸水溶液に浸漬させた後、各試料の質量を測定した。最後に、(浸漬前の質量−浸漬後の質量)/(浸漬前の表面積)の式により、質量減少を算出した。
Claims (7)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 67.1〜80%、Al2O3 5〜30%、Li2O 0〜2%、Na2O 5〜25%、K2O 0〜0.05%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0.01〜9.9%、CaO 0〜3%、SnO2 0.01〜3%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO及びFを含有せず、容器であることを特徴とする強化ガラス。
- 80℃、10質量%の塩酸水溶液に24時間浸漬させた際の質量減少が40mg/cm2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が300MPa以上、且つ圧縮応力層の厚みが10μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 104.0dPa・sにおける温度が1300℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 医薬品容器に用いることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- ガラス組成として、モル%で、SiO2 67.1〜80%、Al2O3 5〜30%、Li2O 0〜2%、Na2O 5〜25%、K2O 0〜0.05%、MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO 0.01〜9.9%、CaO 0〜3%、SnO2 0.01〜3%を含有し、実質的にAs2O3、Sb2O3、PbO及びFを含有しないことを特徴とするガラス管。
- 医薬品容器に用いることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のガラス管。
