Abstract
【解決手段】表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、強化処理後にスクライブ切断されており、且つ切断面の全部又は一部が物理加工又はエッチング処理されていないことを特徴とする。強化ガラスの表面圧縮応力層厚みは1.0mm以下であり、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜71%、Al2O3 7〜23%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする強化ガラス。

Claims (14)
- 表面に圧縮応力層を有する強化ガラスであって、
強化処理後にスクライブ切断されており、且つ切断面の全部又は一部が物理加工又はエッチング処理されていないことを特徴とする強化ガラス。 - 強化ガラスの表面にスクライブラインを形成した後、該スクライブラインに沿って、分断されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化ガラス。
- 厚みが1.0mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の強化ガラス。
- 強化ガラスが、ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 40〜71%、Al2O3 7〜23%、Li2O 0〜1%、Na2O 7〜20%、K2O 0〜15%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 圧縮応力層の圧縮応力値が400MPa以上であり、且つ応力深さが15μm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 強化ガラスが、未研磨の表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 強化ガラスが、オーバーフローダウンドロー法又はフロート法により成形されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラス。
- 表示部を保護するカバーガラスを備える表示デバイスであって、
カバーガラスが、請求項1〜7の何れか一項に記載の強化ガラスであることを特徴とする表示デバイス。 - スクライブラインが形成された側の強化ガラスの表面が外側になっていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の表示デバイス。
- スクライブラインが形成されていない側の強化ガラスの表面に透明導電膜が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の表示デバイス。
- 強化ガラスが、外側に凸に反っていることを特徴とする請求項8〜10の何れか一項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 表示デバイスが更に筐体を備え、該筐体の全部又は一部が、強化ガラスの切断面に接触していないことを特徴とする請求項8〜11の何れか一項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 強化ガラスと筐体が樹脂により固定されていることを特徴とする請求項8〜12の何れか一項に記載の表示デバイス。
- 強化ガラスの切断面が外部に露出していないことを特徴とする請求項8〜13の何れか一項に記載の表示デバイス。
