Description
本願は、以下の出願の米国特許法第119条に基づく利益に関連しこれを主張する。すなわち、名称「System for Optimizing Patient Turning」の2011年2月2日出願米国仮特許出願第61/438,732号、名称「Methods and Devices that Enable the Sensing of Body Surface Markers for the Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Ulcers and Other Wounds」の2010年4月22日出願米国仮特許出願第61/326,664号、名称「Method and Device for Surface Pressure Monitoring」の2010年11月9日出願米国仮特許出願第61/411,647号、名称「Patient Position, Orientation, and Surface Pressure Monitoring Device」の2010年10月15日出願米国仮特許出願第61/393,364号、及び名称「Sensing System that Automatically Identifies and Tracks Body Surface Markers to Allow for the Delivery of Targeted Therapy」の2010年8月12日出願米国仮特許出願第61/373,260号である。上記出願すべては本明細書にすべての目的のために参照として組み入れられる。

・心拍数(HR)が所定しきい値よりも高い場合、
・HRが急変する場合にHRが所定しきい値よりも低い場合、
・HRが不規則である場合、
・加速度の大きさが所定しきい値よりも高いか又は低い場合、
・加速度の大きさが急変するか又は所定しきい値よりも高い速度にある場合、
・加速度センサにより検知される心拍数が電気信号センサにより検知される心拍数と異なる場合である。
これは、心臓からの電気信号が存在するが機械的な心臓の鼓動が存在しないか又は不規則である心室細動の場合に重要となり得る。当該場合に加速度計データは、EKGデータのための信号検知器がセンサ300の外部又は内部のいずれかに存在するとき、EKGデータと対比することができる。
・呼吸数(BR)が所定しきい値よりも高い場合、
・BRが所定しきい値よりも低い場合、
・これが急変する場合、
・これが薬物の投与と関連づけられている場合、
・これが不規則である場合、
・加速度の大きさが所定しきい値よりも高いか又は低い場合、
・加速度の大きさが急変するか又は所定しきい値よりも高い速度にある場合、
・心拍数が呼吸数よりも低い場合、
・例えばチェーンストークス呼吸のような所定の呼吸パターンの場合である。

ずれ力=ずれ力の垂直成分/sin(支持表面の傾斜角度)
Claims (26)
- 自動向き変更管理のシステムであって、
個人に関する個人固有ユーザ入力データを受信するユーザインターフェイスと、
前記個人のための体位再変更予定を生成する予定生成ユニットと、
前記個人のための体位再変更予定を実施する向き変更管理ユニットと
を含み、
前記体位再変更予定を生成することは、受信した個人固有ユーザ入力データに少なくとも基づいて、支持表面の傾斜角度を用いて計算されるずれ力の量を制限するように前記体位再変更予定の少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータを選択又は設定することを含み、
前記少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータは、
(a)前記個人の定められた配向又は配向変化に対応する少なくとも一つの向き変更角度パラメータと、
(b)定められた配向又配向変化に対応する少なくとも一つの時間又は頻度パラメータと
を含み、
前記体位再変更予定を実施することは、
前記個人に関連づけられた少なくとも一つのセンサからセンサデータを受信することと、
受信されたセンサデータを、前記体位再変更予定の前記少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータに関して分析することによってセンサデータ分析を行うことと、
前記センサデータ分析に基づいて前記体位再変更予定の自動通知を生成することと
を含み、
前記センサデータ分析を行うことは、前記受信されたセンサデータを過去の履歴センサデータと比較することを含むシステム。 - 前記個人固有ユーザ入力データは、前記個人の身体の既存の創傷又は他の圧力感受性領域の存在又は位置を示す請求項1のシステム。
- 前記個人固有ユーザ入力データは(a)個人の可動性尺度、(b)個人の活動性尺度、(c)ブレーデンスコア、及び(d)個人の栄養情報からなる群から選択されたデータを含む請求項1のシステム。
- 前記個人固有ユーザ入力データは、前記個人の特定加圧位置におけるしきい時間量に関するデータを含む請求項1のシステム。
- 前記個人固有ユーザ入力データは、前記個人の減圧位置におけるしきい時間量に関するデータを含む請求項1のシステム。
- 自動向き変更管理のシステムであって、
個人に関する個人固有データを受信するユーザインターフェイスと、
複数の向き変更パラメータを定める体位再変更予定を格納するメモリデバイスと、
前記メモリデバイスからの前記体位再変更予定にアクセスし、支持表面の傾斜角度を用いて計算されるずれ力の量を制限するように前記体位再変更予定の少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータを、前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて調整する予定調整ユニットと、
調整された前記少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータを有する前記体位再変更予定を実施する向き変更管理ユニットと
を含み、
前記複数の向き変更パラメータは、
(a)前記個人の定められた配向又は配向変化に対応する少なくとも一つの向き変更角度パラメータと、
(b)定められた配向又配向変化に対応する少なくとも一つの時間又は頻度パラメータと
を含み、
前記体位再変更予定を実施することは、
前記個人に関連づけられた少なくとも一つのセンサからセンサデータを受信することと、
受信されたセンサデータを、前記体位再変更予定の、調整された前記少なくとも一つの向き変更パラメータを含む前記複数の向き変更パラメータに関して分析することによってセンサデータ分析を行うことと、
前記センサデータ分析に基づいて前記体位再変更予定の自動通知を生成することと
によって行われ、
前記センサデータ分析を行うことは、前記受信されたセンサデータを過去の履歴センサデータと比較することを含むシステム。 - 前記個人固有データは、前記個人の身体の既存の創傷又は他の圧力感受性領域の存在又は位置を示す請求項6のシステム。
- 前記個人固有データは(a)個人の可動性尺度、(b)個人の活動性尺度、(c)ブレーデンスコア、及び(d)個人の栄養情報からなる群から選択されたデータを含む請求項6のシステム。
- 前記個人固有データは、前記個人の特定加圧位置におけるしきい時間量に関するデータを含む請求項6のシステム。
- 前記個人固有データは、前記個人の減圧位置におけるしきい時間量に関するデータを含む請求項6のシステム。
- 前記センサデータ分析に基づいて前記体位再変更予定の自動通知を生成することは、前記体位再変更予定が非遵守であるとの決定に応答して通知を生成することを含む請求項1又は6のシステム。
- 前記センサデータ分析に基づいて前記体位再変更予定の自動通知を生成することは、前記個人に提案される向き変更を示す通知を生成することを含む請求項1又は6のシステム。
- 自動向き変更管理のシステムであって、
個人に関連づけられたセンサデバイスからセンサデータを受信する処理ユニットであって、前記センサデバイスから受信されたセンサデータと過去の履歴センサデータとの比較に基づいて前記個人の一連の配向を決定する処理ユニットと、
決定された前記個人の一連の配向に関する配向データを格納するメモリデバイスと
を含み、
前記処理ユニットは、格納された前記配向データに少なくとも基づいて個人固有データを生成し、
前記処理ユニットは、生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて、支持表面の傾斜角度を用いて計算されるずれ力の量を制限するように前記個人のための推奨体位再変更予定を生成するシステム。 - 前記処理ユニットは、特定の配向において経過した積算時間を決定して前記積算時間を前記メモリデバイスに格納する請求項13のシステム。
- 前記特定の配向は、創傷を含む所定の興味領域が加圧される配向である請求項14のシステム。
- 前記個人固有データは、個人の可動性尺度、又は個人の活動性尺度の少なくとも一方を含む請求項13のシステム。
- 前記処理ユニットは、身長、体重、ボディマス指数(BMI)、活動性、マス分布、誕生日、同時罹患率、栄養状態、ブレーデンスコア、及び過去の床ずれの履歴からなる群から選択された一以上の個人固有パラメータにアクセスし、
前記処理ユニットは、少なくとも、生成された前記個人固有データと取得された前記一以上の個人固有パラメータとに基づいて前記個人のための推奨体位再変更予定を生成する請求項13のシステム。 - 前記一以上の個人固有パラメータを示す手動入力データを受信するユーザ入力デバイスをさらに含む請求項17のシステム。
- 生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて前記個人のための推奨体位再変更予定を生成することは、個人の向き変更頻度、特定の配向において経過した最大時間、圧力解放配向において経過した最小時間、及び配向角度又は向き変更角度のしきい値からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの体位再変更パラメータの値を設定することを含む請求項13のシステム。
- 自動向き変更管理のシステムであって、
個人に関連づけられたセンサデバイスからセンサデータを受信する処理ユニットであって、前記センサデバイスから受信されたセンサデータと過去の履歴センサデータとの比較に基づいて前記個人の一連の配向を決定し、決定された前記個人の一連の配向に少なくとも基づいて個人固有データを生成し、及び、生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて、支持表面の傾斜角度を用いて計算されるずれ力の量を制限するように前記個人のための体位再変更予定を調整する処理ユニットと、
調整された前記個人のための体位再変更予定を実施する向き変更管理ユニットと
を含むシステム。 - 前記体位再変更予定は、前記個人のための向き変更頻度を定め、
生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて前記個人のための体位再変更予定を調整することは、前記向き変更頻度を調整することを含む請求項20のシステム。 - 前記体位再変更予定は、前記個人が所定の配向において費やした時間量に対するしきい時間を定め、
生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて前記個人のための体位再変更予定を調整することは、前記しきい時間を調整することを含む請求項20のシステム。 - 前記しきい時間は、圧力配向において経過した最大時間を定める請求項22のシステム。
- 前記しきい時間は、圧力解放配向において経過した最小時間を定める請求項22のシステム。
- 前記体位再変更予定は、所定の配向又は配向変更のためのしきい配向角度を定め、
生成された前記個人固有データに少なくとも基づいて前記個人のための体位再変更予定を調整することは、前記しきい配向角度を調整することを含む請求項20のシステム。 - 前記個人固有データは(a)個人の可動性尺度、(b)個人の活動性尺度、及び(c)前記個人の身体の既存の創傷又は他の圧力感受性領域の位置からなる群から選択されたデータを含む請求項20のシステム。
