- FIG. 3 is a block diagram of a mattress according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- FIG. 1 is a flowchart of a method for controlling a mattress according to an embodiment of the present invention.
- the mattress acquires the user's biometric information (S100).
- An air-type mattress filled with air inside can be used as the mattress 100 of the present application, but is not limited thereto, and all types of mattresses capable of generating vibration through a medium can be used as the mattress 100 of the present application. . Therefore, not only liquid type mattresses such as water mattresses, but also solid mattresses made of synthetic resins, fibers, springs, etc. may be used as the mattress 100 of the present invention.
- the user refers to a person who receives vibration or sound through the mattress 100 . Users mainly include, but are not limited to, persons with reduced mobility such as the elderly, patients, children, and the disabled.
- the biometric information is obtained through the sensor 110 .
- the sensor 110 may include a pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, an infrared sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a vein sensor, a heart rate sensor, a respiration sensor, and a bio noise sensor used to acquire various types of biometric information.
- a highly sensitive semiconductor composite sensor may be employed as the sensor 110 .

- the biometric information may include at least immobility state duration information as lower information
- the threshold value may include at least one lower threshold value respectively corresponding to the lower information of the biometric information.
- the immobility state duration information means a duration from when the user's last motion is sensed to when the next motion is sensed. Since pressure sores occur when there is no motion for a long time, immobility duration information is one of the main parameters used to predict the occurrence of pressure sores. In order to obtain the floating state duration information, a pressure sensor, an infrared sensor, a noise measurement sensor, or the like may be used, but is not limited thereto.
- the biometric information may include motion count information and the threshold may include a motion count threshold (not shown).
- Motion count information refers to the number of times a user's motion is detected for a certain period of time.
- the mattress 100 may be configured to output vibration based on a sound source when the motion count information is less than the motion count threshold.
- the mattress outputs vibration based on the sound source according to the comparison result between the biometric information and the threshold value (S110).
- the mattress 100 may compare immobility state duration time information among acquired biometric information with an immobility state duration threshold value.
- the immobility duration threshold value N means the shortest time in which pressure sores are expected to occur.
- the immobility duration threshold value N may be an input value received from outside the mattress 100 (eg, the user himself, a caregiver, or guardian). At this time, the input value may be input through an input device (including an external controller) connected to the mattress 100 through wired or wireless communication.
- the immobility duration threshold value N may be a value received from an external DB in which medical-related information is stored.
- the external DB may be a DB operated by a pressure sore research society, a university hospital, a government health organization, and the like.
- the immobility duration threshold N determined by the external DB is highly reliable.
- the immobility duration threshold value N may be a value derived from an analysis result of the user's pressure sore-related data.
- a user's blood flow rate, blood pressure, etc. are one of the parameters that affect the occurrence of pressure sores.
- the user's blood flow rate and blood pressure may differ depending on age, gender, health condition, and the like. Therefore, the duration required for pressure sores to occur may also differ from user to user. If the same immobility duration threshold value N is applied to all users, unnecessary vibration can be output to patients who do not develop bedsores for a relatively long time, and the purpose of preventing bedsores can be achieved for patients who do not develop bedsores within a relatively short period of time. Unattainable. By setting a different immobility duration threshold value N for each user, it is possible to provide an optimal pressure sore prevention function to all users.
- Vibration based on the sound source refers to vibration corresponding to the properties of the sound source (eg, melody, tempo, volume, key, etc.). Unlike mechanically repeated vibrations, the present invention can resolve the monotony of vibrations and provide pleasure to the user by outputting vibrations based on a sound source.
- the sound source may be determined based on beats per minute (BPM) of the sound source and biometric information.
- BPM beats per minute

- the sound source may be selected by a user or protective personnel.
- a sound source is selected by the user, user satisfaction is improved because the user's preference is reflected.
- a sound source is selected by protective personnel, the effect of preventing pressure sores can be improved by selecting mainly a sound source with a high BPM.
- the sound source may be selected based on a user's sound source selection history. According to this, the sound source may be one most frequently selected as a sound source that is the basis of vibration.
- the sound source may be selected as having a high degree of similarity to the previously selected sound source in terms of melody, tempo, volume, key, and the like. Through this, it is possible to continuously provide the same or similar strength, but minimize monotony or fatigue perceived by the user.
- the sound source may be composed of a series of sound sources whose BPM gradually decreases. Through this, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of pressure sores and minimize the effect of vibration on the user's rest.
- the mattress 100 of the present invention uses the principle of vibrating according to a sound source, it provides a scrub massage effect.
- the mattress 100 of the air grid, alternating buoyancy, and tilting method does not provide a scrub massage effect because it only pushes the user using the principle of air pressure expansion.
- the mattress 100 of the present invention only transmits vibration, and since the shape of the mattress 100 is maintained, it provides a comfortable use experience to the user.
- a large amount of fiber thread pillars inside the mattress 100 may connect the upper and lower surfaces of the mattress 100.
- the mattress 100 of the air grid, alternating buoyancy, and tilting method has a relatively low degree of comfort because its shape changes during operation.
