Description
また、車両用内装材を構成する各部品の接合に他の部材を要しないため、接合に要する部品点数を削減することができ、軽量化が可能となる。
また、車両用内装材を構成する各部品の接合にタッピングねじ等の他の部材を使用する場合に比べて、各部品の接合作業の工数も削減することができる。
また、車両用内装材を構成する各部品の接合部分の成分が樹脂であるためリサイクル性にも優れている。
また、第2部品と中間部品との当接を安定させ、がたつきを抑えることができる。
こうすることで、車両用内装材を構成する各部品を溶着する前の組み付け状態を確認することが容易となる。また、溶着後の樹脂溜りの形状を制御できる。
こうすることで、第1部品から中間部品と第2部品を貫くように突出する第1突出部の成型を容易とすることができる。
こうすることで、第1部品の第1突出部と、中間部品の第2突出部との対向する面を大きくすることにより、溶着後に両者が融け合う量を多くすることができる。これにより、各部品をより強固に接合でき、がたつきの発生を抑制できる。
また、第1部品の第1突出部と、中間部品の第2突出部の位置関係が定まるため、各部品の組み付けを正しく行うことが容易となる。
こうすることで、第2突出部の壁部を第2の貫通孔の全縁に渡って設ける場合に比べて、第2突出部の成形時の脱型が容易となる。これにより、第2突出部の成型を容易とすることができる。
こうすることで、第1突出部と第2突出部とが当接する面を大きくし、さらに第1突出部と第2突出部の強度を高めることで、各部品の接合時のがたつきを抑えることができる。
こうすることで、第1突出部の強度を高め、第1突出部と第2突出部とが当接する面を大きくすることで、各部品の接合時のがたつきを抑えることができる。

こうすることで、第1部品の第1突出部と、中間部品の第2突出部との対向する面を大きくすることにより、溶着後に両者が融け合う量を多くすることができる。これにより、各部品をより強固に接合でき、がたつきの発生を抑制できる。

- それぞれ熱可塑性樹脂製の第1部品、第2部品、及び前記第1部品と前記第2部品の間に配置される1以上の中間部品が溶着により接合される車両用内装材であって、
前記第1部品は、前記第2部品側に突出した第1突出部を有し、
前記中間部品は、
前記第1突出部が挿通される第1の貫通孔と、
前記第1の貫通孔の周囲に設けられ、前記第2部品側に突出した第2突出部と、を有し、
前記第2部品は、前記第1突出部と前記第2突出部とが共に挿通される第2の貫通孔を有し、
前記第1突出部と、前記第2突出部と、前記第2部品が溶着され、
前記第2部品は、前記中間部品と対向する面に、前記中間部品に当接する当接部を有することを特徴とする車両用内装材。 - 前記第1突出部が前記第2の貫通孔から突出する部分は、前記第2突出部が前記第2の貫通孔から突出する部分よりも長い
