Description
開口を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容され、先端が前記開口より前記ケース外に突出するシャフトと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記シャフトをその軸方向に変位させるモータと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記モータを駆動する回路の少なくとも一部が実装された実装面を有する基板とを備え、
前記基板の端縁には、切欠きが形成されており、
前記ケース内には、突起が形成されており、
前記突起は、前記切欠きに嵌入されることにより、単独で前記基板を前記ケース内に支持している。
前記ケース内に収容され、先端が前記開口より前記ケース外に突出するシャフトと、
前記ケース内に収容されたモータと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記モータの駆動により前記シャフトをその軸方向に沿って変位させる歯車機構とを備え、
前記歯車機構は、前記モータの回転軸に装着された第1歯車、前記シャフトに装着された環状の第2歯車、および前記第1歯車の回転を前記第2歯車に伝達する第3歯車を含んでおり、
前記第3歯車は、一対の軸部を有しており、
前記ケース内には、前記一対の軸部を保持する軸受部が形成されており、
前記軸受部は、前記一対の軸部が挿入される一対の溝を有し、
前記一対の溝の各入口は、前記軸部の最大径よりも狭く形成されている。
開口が形成された筒状部を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容され、先端が前記開口より前記ケース外に突出するシャフトと、
前記ケース内に収容されたモータと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記モータの駆動により前記シャフトをその軸方向に沿って変位させる歯車機構とを備え、
前記シャフトの外周面には、第1ねじ部が形成されており、
前記歯車機構は、歯車を有する環状部材を含み、
前記環状部材の内周面に形成された第2ねじ部が前記第1ねじ部と螺合することにより、前記歯車の回転に応じて前記シャフトが前記軸方向に変位し、
前記筒状部は、前記環状部材の一部を収容する空間を区画形成する単一の周壁を有しており、
前記周壁の一部が厚肉とされて形成された突起が、前記環状部材の一部と係合している。
複数のスルーホールを有する基板と、
複数の脚部を有する端子とを備え、
前記端子は、前記脚部を前記スルーホールに挿入することにより、前記基板の第1の側に配置されており、
前記複数の脚部の各先端部は、前記基板の第2の側において折り曲げられており、
前記複数の脚部の各々は、前記先端部を含む一部の幅が狭められており、当該幅が狭められている部分の少なくとも一部は、前記スルーホール内に配置されている。
開口が形成された筒状部を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容され、先端が前記開口より前記ケース外に突出するシャフトと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記シャフトをその軸方向に変位させるモータとを備え、
上記の回路ユニットが備える前記基板には、前記モータを駆動する駆動回路の少なくとも一部が実装されている。
Claims (8)
- 開口を有するケースと、
前記ケース内に収容され、先端が前記開口より前記ケース外に突出するシャフトと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記シャフトをその軸方向に変位させるモータと、
前記ケース内に収容され、前記モータを駆動する駆動回路の少なくとも一部が実装された実装面を有する基板とを備え、
前記基板の端縁には、切欠きが形成されており、
前記ケース内には、突起が形成されており、
前記突起は、前記切欠きに嵌入されることにより、前記基板を前記ケース内に支持しており、
前記基板は、前記実装面が前記シャフトの軸方向と平行になるように、前記ケース内に配置されており、
前記モータは、前記ケース内において前記実装面に対向する位置に配置されており、
前記モータの一端部を保持するモータホルダ、および前記モータと前記実装面の間に挿入される仕切り部材が前記ケースの内面から延びており、
前記仕切り部材の先端は、前記モータホルダの先端よりも前記ケースの内面から離れている、アクチュエータ。 - 前記仕切り部材は、前記モータの側面に当接するとともに、前記実装面と間隔をあけて対向している、請求項1に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 前記ケース内には、前記基板が前記ケース内へ導入される向きに延びるレールが形成されており、
前記基板が前記突起により支持された状態において、前記基板と前記レールの間に間隙が形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記駆動回路と電気的に接続され、前記モータに挿入される端子が前記実装面に実装されており、
前記端子は、
前記実装面と直交する向きに延びる第1部分と、
前記第1部分の先端から所定距離の位置に設けられ、前記実装面と平行な向きに延びる第2部分とを有している、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記ケース内には、溝を有するホルダが形成されており、
前記モータの一部が前記溝に挿入されることにより、前記ホルダが前記モータを前記ケース内に保持し、
前記溝は、その入口に向かって幅が広がる形状とされている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記ケースは、開放部を有する箱体と、前記開放部を閉塞する蓋体とを備え、
前記箱体の一側面には、前記開放部と連通するスリットが形成されており、
前記駆動回路と電気的に接続されたコネクタが、前記実装面に実装されており、
前記基板が前記開放部より前記箱体内に収容された状態において、前記コネクタの一部は前記スリット内に配置されており、
前記蓋体が前記開放部を閉塞した状態において、前記蓋体の一部は前記スリットの一部を閉塞する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。 - 前記ケースにおける前記シャフトと共軸となる位置に、ねじ孔が形成されている、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータ。
- 車両に搭載される照明装置であって、
請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載のアクチュエータが備える前記シャフトにより、一部が所定の方向に変位可能とされている、照明装置。
