Description
上面に取付用ブラケット42の連結部42f下面を当接させてフロントブラケット13の側壁部13bに設けられたボルト孔13b1と取付用ブラケット42のフロントブラケット取付け部42aに設けられたナット42bとを一致させる。この状態でナット42bに対してボルト孔13b1に通したボルト51を締めつける。このとき、取付用ブラケット42の連結部42fとフロントブラケット取付け部42aは、フロントブラケット13の底壁部13aと側壁部13bのなす角度において、プレス加工の精度上のバラツキから最大となる角度である93度に設定されている。また、取付用ブラケット42はフロントブラケット13に対して薄肉であるとともに、連結部42fのフロントブラケット取付け部42aとの連結部にはくびれ部分42f1が設けられているのでフロントブラケット13より変形しやすい。したがって、ボルト51を締めつけるにしたがって取付用ブラケット42は連結部42f下面をアッパレール12の上面部12a上面に当接させながらフロントブラケット取付け部42aがフロントブラケット13の側壁部13bに密着していく。すなわち、取付用ブラケット42は、フロントブラケット13の底壁部13aと側壁部13bのなす角度のバラツキを吸収してフロントブラケット13に取付けられ、連結部42fのアッパレール12の上面部12aに対する角度は一定となる。これによって、被検出体43の検出面部43aと磁気式検出器41の磁力検出部41aとの間隔に大きく影響するアッパレール12の上面部12aに対する連結部42fのなす角度の変動が抑制される。このあと、磁気式検出器41のコネクタ取付け部41bに配線コネクタを取付ける。

Claims (6)
- 乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置であって、
乗物本体に固定されるロアレールと、乗物用シートに固定され前記ロアレールに対し前後方向に摺動可能に組みつけられたアッパレールとのうち、一方のレール側に配設された磁気式検出器と、他方のレール側に配設された被検出部とを備え、
前記アッパレールは、1つの上面部と一対の側面部とが組み合わされて左右方向の基本断面形状が下方に開口した逆U字状に形成され、前記上面部の上面には、底壁部と側壁部とが組み合わされたシート側部材の前記底壁部が、前記側壁部を前記上面部の左右方向一端部側において上方に延びるように配置した状態で取付けられ、
前記磁気式検出器又は前記被検出部は、底板部と側板部とが組み合わされた取付用ブラケットを介して前記上面部の左右方向他端部側に配置されて前記シート側部材の前記側壁部に取付けられており、
前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部と前記側板部のなす角度は、前記シート側部材の前記底壁部と前記側壁部のなす角度が製造バラツキにより変動する最大の角度に設定されており、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部と前記側板部のなす角度を維持する剛性は、前記シート側部材の前記底壁部と前記側壁部のなす角度を維持する剛性より弱く設定されており、
前記取付用ブラケットの前記側板部が前記シート側部材の前記側壁部に対して締結固定されたとき、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部は前記シート側部材の前記底壁部又は前記アッパレールの前記上面部に密着するとともに前記取付用ブラケットの前記側板部とのなす角度を前記シート側部材の前記底壁部と前記側壁部のなす角度に一致させた状態で固定されている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。 - 請求項1において、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部と前記側板部の連結部に近接する前記底板部又は前記側板部には、前記底板部と前記側板部のなす角度を維持する剛性を弱めるための弱体化部が設けられている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。
- 請求項1又は請求項2において、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部の前記側板部と反対側端部には、前記側板部に対向して上方向に延びて磁気式検出器又は被検出部が取付けられる取付座部が設けられている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。
- 請求項3において、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部と前記取付座部との間には連続して延びる凸状のリブが前記取付用ブラケットの内側に設けられている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項において、前記側板部を前記シート側部材の前記側壁部に対してボルト締結する部位は、前記取付用ブラケットの前記底板部の前端部と後端部の間に配設されている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。
- 請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項において、前記シート側部材は前記底壁部と前記側壁部とが組み合わされて左右方向断面がL字状に形成され、前記取付用ブラケットは前記底板部と前記側板部とが組み合わされて左右方向の基本断面形状が略L字状に形成されている乗物用シートのスライド位置検出装置。
