Description
Claims (7)
- 傾斜して配置される回転板と、前記回転板の周囲においてともに回転しながら、前記回転板の上死点と同一の高さで外側に傾斜した下向き傾斜面を有する移送板とを備えた供給ユニットと、
前記供給ユニットに対して傾斜して設置され、円周方向の一定区間に吸着力が作用するように形成された第1回転ユニットと、
前記第1回転ユニットの一側に設置され、円周方向の一定区間に吸着力が作用するように形成された第2回転ユニットと、
を含み、
前記第1回転ユニット及び第2回転ユニットは、横方向に配置され、且つ互いに対して傾斜して配置され、前記第2回転ユニットの上面は、前記第1回転ユニットの上面に対して傾斜して設置され、
前記第1回転ユニット又は前記第2回転ユニットは、
回転軸が貫通されて設置され、内部に少なくとも部分的に真空圧がかかる真空圧領域を形成し、少なくとも真空圧領域と連通される吸入ホールが設けられた固定ディスクと、
前記回転軸に結合して回転し、前記真空圧領域と連通されることができる凹溝が円周上に形成された回転ディスクと、を含み、
前記回転ディスクは外周先端部が前記固定ディスクに向かって延長して延長部を形成し、前記延長部に前記凹溝が形成され、前記凹溝の開口部の両側には、互いに向かい合う弾性材質の安着部材が取り付けられ、
前記第1回転ユニットは、前記凹溝が前記延長部の上面に配置され、前記凹溝の開口部が有する両端先端がなす平面、又は前記安着部材の両側上面がなす平面は、前記移送板が有する下向き傾斜面と同一平面を構成し、
前記第1回転ユニットの凹溝の開口部が有する両端先端がなす平面と、前記第2回転ユニットの凹溝の開口部が有する両端先端がなす平面とは互いに平行に位置し、且つ前記第2回転ユニットの凹溝が前記延長部の下部において前記第1回転ユニット側の傾斜した面に配置される、錠剤検査装置。 - 前記固定ディスクは、真空圧がかからない残りの領域の一部に、遮断ブロックにより囲まれ、外気と連通されるか、又は外部の空気噴射装置と接続されて大気圧又は正圧がかかる大気圧又は正圧領域が形成される、請求項1に記載の錠剤検査装置。
- 前記同一平面は、水平面に対して20〜40°の傾斜角を有する、請求項1に記載の錠剤検査装置。
- 前記第2回転ユニットの一側下部に配置された排出ユニットをさらに含み、
前記排出ユニットは、少なくとも一つの空気噴射機、少なくとも一つの不良品排出口、及び正常品排出口を含む、請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の錠剤検査装置。 - 前記空気噴射は、前記第2回転ユニットの近くに別の支持ブラケットを介して設置される、請求項4に記載の錠剤検査装置。
- 前記排出ユニットは、錠剤表面の良否判断が欠落して前記第2回転ユニットによって移送されている検査落ち品を排出する検査落ち品排出口をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の錠剤検査装置。
- 前記排出ユニットは、不良品であるか、又は検査落ち品であるのに関わらず第2回転ユニットによって移送されているミッシング品を排出するミッシング品排出口をさらに含む、請求項4に記載の錠剤検査装置。
