Description
図1は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換換気装置1を示す概略正面図であり、図2は、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換換気装置1を示す概略平面図である。熱交換換気装置1は、天井裏の空間に取り付けられ、ダクト(図示せず)を通じて給排気する全熱交換形の換気装置である。熱交換換気装置1は、外郭を形成する筐体10と、筐体10内に挿抜可能に収納される角柱状(実施の形態1では、四角柱状)の熱交換器20と、筐体10内で熱交換器20を支持する複数の支持部材30とを備える。
図16は、実施の形態2にかかる熱交換換気装置1Bを示す概略平面図である。図示するように、熱交換換気装置1Bは、実施の形態1にかかる熱交換換気装置1の構成に加えて、排気流路内を流れる排気流を熱交換器20の上流側から当該熱交換器20の下流側へと導くバイパス流路Vを形成するための分離板19を備える。分離板19は、熱交換器20よりも第4側板14側に設けられ、筐体10に対して固定される。熱交換換気装置1Bにおいて、熱交換器20は、筐体10に取り付けられた際に、第4側板14側の端面が分離板19に当接する。なお、分離板19は、給気流路内を流れる給気流を熱交換器20の上流側から当該熱交換器20の下流側へと導くバイパス流路を形成するものであってもよい。
Claims (7)
- 給気流と排気流との間で熱交換を行う熱交換器であって、
角柱状の熱交換素子と、
前記熱交換素子の軸方向に沿って延びる辺ごとに取り付けられる複数の枠部材と、
前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に垂直な端面を覆うと共に前記複数の枠部材が連結されるカバー部材と、
を備え、
前記枠部材は、前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に垂直な方向に移動自在に前記カバー部材に連結されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記枠部材と前記カバー部材との連結部には、前記熱交換素子の前記軸方向に垂直な方向に沿った前記枠部材の移動を許容する間隙が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記間隙は、前記複数の枠部材と前記カバー部材との前記連結部ごとに、同じ長さであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記連結部は、前記枠部材の一端から前記軸方向と垂直な方向に延出された凸部と、前記カバー部材の前記熱交換素子の前記端面とは逆側の面の角部に形成され、該端面に向けて窪む凹部とを有し、
前記凸部は、前記軸方向と垂直な方向に摺動自在に前記凹部内に収まり、
前記間隙は、前記凸部の先端と前記凹部の基端との間、および前記凹部の先端と前記凸部の基端との間に設けられることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記凸部は、枠側掛止部を有し、
前記凹部は、前記枠側掛止部に掛止可能なカバー側掛止部を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記枠側掛止部と前記カバー側掛止部とは、スナップフィットで連結可能であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の熱交換器。
- 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の熱交換器を備えた熱交換換気装置であって、
前記熱交換器を挿抜可能に収納する筐体と、
前記筐体内で前記熱交換器の前記枠部材と当接して該熱交換器を支持する複数の支持部材と、
を備え、
前記支持部材と前記枠部材との当接面は、前記熱交換素子の前記辺と該熱交換素子の軸中心とを通過する面と平行に延びることを特徴とする熱交換換気装置。
