Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种防尘组件,包括后盖、分别固定于所述后盖的固定壁以及安装于所述固定壁的防尘过滤网,所述固定壁设有多个贯穿其上的通孔,所述防尘过滤网卡设固定于所述固定壁且覆盖所述通孔。本实用新型还提供了一种运用该防尘组件的电子设备。与现有技术相比,本实用新型的防尘组件及电子设备可靠性好、使用寿命长且维护方便。
Description
本实用新型属于电子设备技术领域,具体涉及一种防尘组件及电子设备。
随着现代化社会的发展,电子设备成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,比如投影设备,广泛用于学校、电影院及家庭等场合。随着技术的发展和消费的需求,电子设备越来越微型化,甚至出现了掌上电子设备。
相关技术的电子设备包括具有收容空间的机壳、收容于所述收容空间的电子器件以及形成于所述收容空间内的散热风道,所述机壳设有分别与所述散热风道连通的进风口和出风口,用于热散。
因小型化发展,散热和灰尘对所述电子设备的整体寿命产生较大影响,所述电子设备积尘会导致其内部散热风道受阻,进而导致所述电子设备的电子器件过热而造成寿命下降。
因此,有必要提供一种新的防尘组件及电子设备解决上述问题。
针对以上现有技术的不足,本实用新型提出一种可靠性好、使用寿命长且维护方便的防尘组件及电子设备。
本实用新型提供了一种防尘组件,包括后盖、分别固定于所述后盖的固定壁以及安装于所述固定壁的防尘过滤网,所述固定壁设有多个贯穿其上的通孔,所述防尘过滤网卡设固定于所述固定壁且覆盖所述通孔。
优选的,所述后盖与所述固定壁为一体注塑成型。
优选的,所述固定壁的所述通孔呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布。
本实用新型还提供了一种电子设备,包括机壳、设置于所述机壳内的电子器件、形成于所述机壳内的散热风道、开设于所述机壳且分别与所述散热风道连通的出风口和进风口以及与所述机壳形成可拆卸连接的上述防尘组件,所述后盖装配于所述机壳,所述固定壁与所述进风口对应设置且盖设于所述进风口,所述进风口与所述通孔连通。
优选的,所述防尘过滤网完全覆盖所述通孔。
优选的,所述进风口包括两个且分别位于所述机壳的相对两侧,所述固定壁包括两个且分别固定于所述后盖的相对两端。
优选的,所述固定壁与所述后盖垂直设置。
优选的,所述防尘过滤网卡设于所述固定壁的面向所述机壳的一侧。
优选的,所述固定壁设有由其面向所述机壳的一侧向远离所述机壳的一侧方向凹陷的收容槽,所述防尘过滤网卡设于所述收容槽内。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的防尘组件设置了后盖及与后盖固定连接的固定壁,同时设置了卡设固定于所述固定壁的防尘过滤网,卡设固定结构使得所述防尘过滤网拆卸方便,维护时效率高;当所这防尘组件运用于所述设备单元时,其与所述设备单元的机壳形成可拆卸连接,并使所述固定壁盖设于所述进风口,从而对散热风道进行了防尘保护,保证了其散热效率,提高了所述电子设备的使用寿命;所述防尘过滤网卡设于所述固定壁,因所述固定壁与所述后盖为一体结构,因此,所述防尘过滤网可随所述后盖拆卸实现同时拆卸,方便后期的维护。

请参阅图2-3,本实用新型提供了一种防尘组件100,包括后盖101、分别固定于所述后盖101的固定壁102以及安装于所述固定壁102的防尘过滤网103。
本实施方式中,优选所述后盖101与所述固定壁102为一体注塑成型。该结构使得所述固定壁102可随所述后盖101同步拆装,简单方便。
所述固定壁102设有多个贯穿其上的通孔1021。所述固定壁102的所述通孔1021设计呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布。当然,其排布方式并不限于此。
所述防尘过滤网103卡设固定于所述固定壁102且覆盖所述通孔1021,从而实现通风防尘的作用,同时,所述通孔1021设计呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布的设置对所述防尘过滤网103形成支撑,提高所述防尘过滤网103的结构稳定性。本实施方式中,更优的,所述防尘过滤网103完全覆盖所述通孔1021,该结构使得防尘效果更佳。
本实用新型提供的所述防尘组件100适用于微型投影设备、其他型投影设备如工程投影机、笔记本电脑等电子设备中。
请同时参阅图1-3,以下所述电子设备为微型投影设备为例进行具体说明,即所述防尘组件100运用于微型投影设备中。
本实用新型提供了一种电子设备300,包括本实用新型提供的所述防尘组件100和设备单元200(微型投影设备)。所述防尘组件100与所述设备单元200形成可拆卸连接。
具体的,所述设备单元200包括机壳201、电子器件(图未示)、散热风道(图未示)及风扇202。
所述机壳201具有收容空间203,所述机壳201上分别开设有用于散热的出风口2011和进风口2012。本实施方式中,所述出风口2011开设于所述机壳201的投影侧,所述进风口2012设于所述机壳201的另外相对两侧。所述进风口2012与所述出风口2011位于所述机壳201的不同侧为宜,散热效果更好。
所述防尘组件100可相对于所述机壳201进行拆卸,即二者为可拆卸连接,以便对所述电子设备300进行维护。
所述电子器件固定于所述机壳201内,即收容于所述收容空间203内,所述电子器件即为所述设备单元200的工作器件,比如,本实施方式中,所述设备单元200为微型投影设备,则所述电子器件包括用于形成投影的投影器件,如电路单元及光源等,用于形成光学投影在投幕上进行显示。
所述散热风道形成于所述机壳201内,即形成于所述收容空间6内,用于进行空气流通,从而实现热交换以完成所述电子设备300的散热。所述散热风道一端与所述进风口2012连通,另一端与所述出风口2011连通。
所述风扇202固定于所述收容空间203内,为空气流通提供动力。当所述风扇202工作时,抽取所述电子设备300外部的冷空气由所述进风口2012进入所述散热风道,所述冷空气与所述电子器件工作产生的热量进行热交换后,由所述出风口2011排出,从而实现了所述电子设备300的散热,以保证其性能稳定和增加使用寿命。
所述固定壁102分别固定于所述后盖101并与所述进风口2012对应设置,所述固定壁102盖设于所述进风口2012设置,所述固定壁102设有多个贯穿其上的且与所述进风口2012连通的所述通孔1021,所述进风口2012则通过所述通孔1021进风。
所述通孔1021设计呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布,当然,其结构也并不限于此。
本实施方式中,所述进风口2012包括两个且分别位于所述机壳201的相对两侧,所述固定壁102包括两个且分别固定于所述后盖101的相对两端。
更优的,所述固定壁102与所述后盖101垂直设置,形成一整体结构。本实施方式中,所述后盖101与所述固定壁102为一体注塑成型。
也就是说,当将所述防尘组件100的所述后盖101从所述设备单元200上进行拆卸时,所述固定壁102则同时与所述后盖101一起被拆卸下来,可减少维护时拆装工序,提高效率。
所述防尘过滤网103安装于所述固定壁102上。具体的,所述防尘过滤网103卡设固定于所述固定壁102且完全覆盖所述通孔1021,用于对进风时的冷空气进行灰尘类的颗粒物过滤,以防止灰尘等颗粒物进入所述散热风道,避免了因灰尘等颗粒物在所述散热风道内累积后使空气交换效果变差甚至堵塞的现象,提高了所述电子设备300的散热性能和使用寿命。
因所述固定壁102的所述通孔1021设计呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布,当所述防尘过滤网103固定于所述固定壁102时,其栅栏结构或网格结构的设计对所述防尘过滤网103形成支撑作用,使得所述防尘过滤网103的固定效果更好,性能更稳定。
更优的,所述防尘过滤网103卡设于所述固定壁102的内侧,即所述固定壁102的面向所述机壳201的一侧,该结构设置可使所述固定壁102对所述防尘过滤网103进行保护,防止所述防尘过滤网103裸露在外被损坏。
当然,所述防尘过滤网103卡设于所述固定壁102的外侧,即远离所述机壳201的一侧也是可行的,或者通过其它固定结构装配后形成组件,再共同固定于所述固定壁102,这也是可行的,其原理都一样。
所述防尘过滤网103固定于所述固定壁102的方式不限,本实施方式中,将所述防尘过滤网103卡设于所述固定壁102形成固定,该结构设置可方便快捷的使所述防尘过滤网103从所述固定壁102进行拆装。比如,所述固定壁102设有由其内侧(面向所述机壳201的一侧)向外侧(远离所述机壳201的一侧)方向凹陷的收容槽1022,所述防尘过滤网103卡设于所述收容槽1022内形成固定的形式实现,当然,也可以通过其它固定方式,也是可行的。
因所述固定壁102与所述后盖101为一体结构,当需要维护时,将所述后盖101从所述设备单元200上进行拆卸时,所述固定壁102也被一起拆卸,而卡设于所述固定壁102上的所述防尘过滤网103也被同时从所述设备单元200拆卸,再通过其卡设固定的结构使得所述防尘过滤网103被快速拆卸,方便对其清洁、更换或其它维护,提高了维护效率。
上述设备单元200仅以微型投影设备为优选实施例进行说明,即仅对所述防尘组件100运用于微型投影设备进行了说明。但所述防尘组件100并不限于适用此范围,还可运用于其它场合的设备单元,比如所述设备单元200为其它型的投影设备,如工程投影机,或者所述设备单元200为笔记本电脑、机顶盒等,这都是可行的,其原理与所述防尘组件100运用于所述微型投影设备的原理一样。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的防尘组件设置了后盖及与后盖固定连接的固定壁,同时设置了卡设固定于所述固定壁的防尘过滤网,卡设固定结构使得所述防尘过滤网拆卸方便,维护时效率高;当所这防尘组件运用于所述设备单元时,其与所述设备单元的机壳形成可拆卸连接,并使所述固定壁盖设于所述进风口,从而对散热风道进行了防尘保护,保证了其散热效率,提高了所述电子设备的使用寿命;所述防尘过滤网卡设于所述固定壁,因所述固定壁与所述后盖为一体结构,因此,所述防尘过滤网可随所述后盖拆卸实现同时拆卸,方便后期的维护。

1、一种防尘组件,其特征在于,包括后盖、分别固定于所述后盖的固定壁以及安装于所述固定壁的防尘过滤网,所述固定壁设有多个贯穿其上的通孔,所述防尘过滤网卡设固定于所述固定壁且覆盖所述通孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的防尘组件,其特征在于,所述后盖与所述固定壁为一体注塑成型。
3、根据权利要求1所述的防尘组件,其特征在于,所述固定壁的所述通孔呈栅栏结构或网格结构排布。
4、一种电子设备,包括设备单元,所述设备单元包括机壳、设置于所述机壳内的电子器件、形成于所述机壳内的散热风道以及开设于所述机壳且分别与所述散热风道连通的出风口和进风口,其特征在于,所述电子设备还包括如权利要求1至3任一项所述的防尘组件,所述防尘组件与所述机壳形成可拆卸连接,所述后盖装配于所述机壳,所述固定壁与所述进风口对应设置且盖设于所述进风口,所述进风口与所述通孔连通。
5、根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述防尘过滤网完全覆盖所述通孔。
6、根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述进风口包括两个且分别位于所述机壳的相对两侧,所述固定壁包括两个且分别固定于所述后盖的相对两端。

9、根据权利要求8所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述固定壁设有由其面向所述机壳的一侧向远离所述机壳的一侧方向凹陷的收容槽,所述防尘过滤网卡设于所述收容槽内。
10、根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其特征在于,所述电子设备为投影设备,所述电子器件包括投影器件。
