当然,在其他实施方式中,所述前板14以及所述后板15也可与所述底板12一体成型以形成所述壳体1的下壳体,所述顶板11作为所述壳体1的上壳体。
可选的,所述发热元件2接触所述第二风道102,使得所述第二风道102也可以为所述发热元件2散热。此时,所述第一风道101和所述第二风道102可以同时为所述发热元件2散热,使得所述发热元件2的散热效率更高,所述头戴式显示装置100的散热效果更好。所述发热元件2部分处于所述第二风道102,以接触所述第二风道102,所述第二风道102内的气流经过、接触所述发热元件2,即可为所述发热元件2散热。
在其他实施方式中,所述头戴式显示装置100还包括第二发热元件,所述第二发热元件收容于所述收容腔10且接触所述第二风道102。此时,所述第一风道101为所述发热元件2散热,所述第二风道102为所述第二发热元件散热,分别散热并同时散热,使得所述头戴式显示装置100的散热效果好。可以理解的,所述第二发热元件不同于所述第一发热元件。例如,所述第二发热元件可 为显示模组,或者其他需要散热的元件。
请一并参阅图1至图4,作为一种可选实施例,所述前板14开设间隔设置的两个第一视窗142,所述头戴式显示装置100还包括两个显示模组4,所述两个显示模组4均收容于所述收容腔10且分别正对所述两个第一视窗142设置。所述两个显示模组4可用于向用户显示图像或文字等信息,使得所述头戴式显示装置100实现虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)、混合现实(MR)等不同效果。
在一种实施方式中,所述第二进风口141的数量为两个。两个所述第二进风口141间隔设置,且分别设于所述两个第一视窗142与所述顶板11之间。
当然,在其他实施方式中,所述第二进风口141的数量也可以为一个或三个以上。
请一并参阅图1至图3、图7及图8,作为一种可选实施例,所述头戴式显示装置100还包括眼罩5。所述眼罩5包括安装部51和围设在所述安装部51周边的抵接部52。所述安装部51固定至所述前板14,所述抵接部52远离所述安装部51的一端用于抵接用户面部,以在所述眼罩5与所述用户面部之间形成封闭的观影环境。所述安装部51还设有两个第二视窗511,所述两个第二视窗511与所述第一视窗142一一对应。
在本实施例中,所述眼罩5用于为用户提供封闭的观影环境,以提高所述头戴式显示装置100的显示效果,如此所述头戴式显示装置100为沉浸式头戴式显示装置100。
可选的,所述抵接部52与所述安装部51一体成型,或通过粘接、紧固件连接、卡扣连接等方式组装成一体。所述抵接部52朝向所述安装部51的一端连接于所述安装部51周边。
可选的,所述抵接部52开设有第三进风口521,所述安装部51开设有正对所述第二进风口141的过渡口512,所述风扇3转动以形成连接所述第三进风口521和所述过渡口512的第三风道50,所述第三风道50连接所述第二风道102。
在本实施例中,所述第三风道50位于所述眼罩5内,所述第三风道50连接所述第二风道102,空气自所述第三进风口521进入所述眼罩5、经所述过渡口512和所述第二进风口141进入所述第二风道102,而后自所述出风口121流出。此时,所述第三风道50内的气流可将所述眼罩5内的热量带入所述第二风道102,并通过所述出风口121散出,从而实现所述眼罩5内的散热,使用户具有 封闭且通风的观影环境,用户体验好。
可选的,所述抵接部52包括正对设置的两个侧板522和连接在所述两个侧板522之间的上板523。所述两个侧板522和所述上板523一体成型。当所述抵接部52抵接用户面部时,所述两个侧板522位于用户眼部的两侧。每个所述侧板522上均设置有至少一个所述第三进风口521。
请一并参阅图3和图7,作为一种可选实施例,所述眼罩5还包括设置在所述抵接部52内的导风板53,所述导风板53与所述侧板522相对设置且正对所述第三进风口521。所述导风板53与所述侧板522之间形成第二流通道530,所述第二流通道530为所述第三风道50的一部分。
在本实施例中,所述导风板53与所述侧板522相对设置且正对第三进风口521,从而能够遮挡光线,防止外界光线自所述第三进风口521进入所述眼罩5内部而导致封闭的观影环境被破坏。同时,空气需要绕过所述导风板53后才能进入所述第二风道102,使得所述第三风道50延长,能够充分地带走所述眼罩5内部的热量。所述第三风道50内的风是在负压环境下流动的,流动较为缓和,不会突然冲撞用户面部而导致用户体验降低。
可以理解的,所述导风板53在所述侧板522上的垂直投影覆盖所述第三进风口521。所述导风板53可与所述安装部51或/和所述抵接部52一体成型。
请一并参阅图1、图4以及图8,作为一种可选实施例,所述安装部51设有朝远离所述抵接部52方向凸出的凸起513,所述前板14设有安装孔143。所述凸起513配合所述安装孔143能够将所述安装部51固定在所述前板14上。所述凸起513与所述安装孔143之间形成一卡合结构(513、143),使得所述眼罩5与所述壳体1之间彼此固定。
可以理解的是,所述安装孔143可以为通孔或盲孔。
可选的,所述卡合结构(513、143)的数量为至少两个。此时,所述凸起513的数量为至少两个,所述安装孔143的数量与所述凸起513的数量相同。至少两个所述卡合结构(513、143)间隔地连接所述眼罩5与所述壳体1。
当然,在其他实施方式中,所述凸起513可设于所述前板14,所述安装孔143可设于所述安装部51。
请一并参阅图4和图9,作为一种可选实施例,所述头戴式显示装置100还包括固定于所述底板12的均风板6。所述均风板6设有多个通气孔60,所述均风 板6正对所述出风口121。
请一并参阅图3、图4、图9及图10,作为一种可选实施例,所述壳体1还包括收容于所述收容腔10内的支撑壁16,所述支撑壁16围设在所述出风口121的内周缘。所述支撑壁16远离所述出风口121的端面161用于承载所述风扇3,所述支撑壁16围设出连接所述风扇3和所述出风口121的第三流通道160。此时,所述第一风道101和所述第二风道102共用所述第三流通道160。
可选的,所述壳体1还包括加强筋17,所述加强筋17位于所述第三流通道160内且连接所述支撑壁16,用于增加所述支撑壁16的强度。所述加强筋17可呈一字形或十字形。所述加强筋17也可延伸至所述出风口121,所述加强筋17连接所述出风口121的周侧壁。
可选的,所述支撑壁16与所述底板12一体成型,或通过粘接、紧固件连接、卡扣连接等方式组装成一体。所述加强筋17与所述支撑壁16一体成型,或通过粘接、紧固件连接、卡扣连接等方式组装成一体。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,包括壳体、发热元件以及风扇,所述壳体内部形成收容腔,所述壳体包括相对设置的顶板和底板,所述顶板开设第一进风口,所述底板开设出风口,所述收容腔内具有连接所述第一进风口和所述出风口的第一风道,所述发热元件收容于所述收容腔且接触所述第一风道,所述风扇收容于所述收容腔且正对所述出风口,所述风扇将所述第一风道的空气经所述出风口抽出至所述壳体外部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述发热元件与所述顶板之间形成第一流通道,所述第一流通道为所述第一风道的一部分。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括两个挡风板,所述两个挡风板正对地设置在所述顶板上,所述发热元件放置所述两挡风板之间,所述顶板、所述发热元件以及所述两个挡风板共同围设出所述第一流通道。
  4. 如权利要求1~3任一项所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括连接于所述顶板和所述底板之间的前板,所述前板开设第二进风口,所述收容腔具有连接所述第二进风口和所述出风口的第二风道,所述风扇将所述第二风道的空气经所述出风口抽出至所述壳体外部。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述发热元件接触所述第二风道。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述前板开设两个间隔设置的第一视窗,所述头戴式显示装置还包括两个显示模组,所述两个显示模组均收容于所述收容腔且分别正对所述两个第一视窗设置。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述第二进风口的数量为两个,两个所述第二进风口间隔设置,且分别设于所述两个第一视窗与所述顶板之间。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括眼罩,所述眼罩包括安装部和围设在所述安装部周边的抵接部,所述安装部固定至所述前板,所述抵接部远离所述安装部的一端抵接用户面部,以在所述眼罩与所述用户面部之间形成封闭的观影环境。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述抵接部开设有第三进风口,所述安装部开设有正对所述第二进风口的过渡口,所述眼罩内部具有连接所述第三进风口和所述过渡口的第三风道,所述第三风道连接所述第二风道,所述风扇通过所述第二风道将所述第三风道的空气经所述出风口抽出至所述壳体外部。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述抵接部包括正对设置的两个侧板,每个所述侧板上设置有至少一个所述第三进风口。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述眼罩还包括设置在所述抵接部内的导风板,所述导风板正对所述第三进风口,所述导风板与所述侧板之间形成第二流通道,所述第二流通道为所述第三风道的一部分。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述安装部设有朝远离所述抵接部方向凸出的凸起,所述前板设有安装孔,所述凸起与所述安装孔相配合将所述安装部固定在所述前板上。
  13. 如权利要求1所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述头戴式显示装置还包括固定于所述底板的均风板,所述均风板设有多个通气孔,所述均风板正对所述出风口。
  14. 如权利要求1或13所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述壳体还包括收容于所述收容腔内的支撑壁,所述支撑壁围设在所述出风口的周缘,所述支撑壁远离所述出风口的端面用于承载所述风扇,所述支撑壁围设出连接所述风扇和所述出风口的第三流通道。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的头戴式显示装置,其特征在于,所述底板还包括加强筋,所述加强筋设于所述第三流通道内且连接所述支撑壁。
