- エンジンと、
当該エンジンで加熱された冷却水を熱交換して冷却するラジエータと、
前記ラジエータと前記エンジンの間に配置され、前記ラジエータを介して取り込んだ空気を前記エンジンに送る冷却ファンと、
前記冷却ファンの外周側に設けられ、前記ラジエータを介して取り込む空気の通路を形成するシュラウドとを備える建設機械において、
前記ラジエータ及び前記エンジンに供給される冷却水を蓄え、前記ラジエータの上端部よりも上方に配置したタンクと、
前記シュラウドの上面に設けられた開口部に開閉可能に取り付けられたカバーとを備え、
前記タンクは、前記シュラウドに隣接する位置であって前記カバーよりもエンジン側に配置されており、
前記シュラウドの上面は、ヒンジ部を介して前記カバーが連結される上段部と、当該上段部より下方に位置する下段部と、前記上段部と前記下段部を連結する連結部とを備え、
前記上段部の高さと前記下段部の高さの間には、前記ラジエータから空気を抜くエア抜き配管が配設されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 請求項1に記載の建設機械において、
前記タンクの底面には、前記ラジエータと前記エンジンを接続する冷却水流路に冷却水を供給するための給水管が接続されており、
前記タンクには、当該タンク内に開口し前記ラジエータ又は前記エンジンから抜いた空気が導入されるエア抜き配管が接続されていることを特徴とする建設機械。
