可塑剤2:Benzoflex(登録商標)131(イソデシルベンゾエート);屈折率=25℃において1.490;
可塑剤3:Benzoflex(登録商標)9-88(ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート);屈折率=25℃において1.530;
可塑剤4:Benzoflex(登録商標)181(2−エチルヘキシルベンゾエート);屈折率=25℃において1.489。
本発明は以下の実施態様を含む。
(1)第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂;
第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂、ここで、第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量と第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量との間の差は少なくとも2.0重量%であり;及び
少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する可塑剤;
を含むモノリス型ポリマー中間層;
(2)第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂と第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂が95:5〜5:95の間の比で存在する、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(3)ポリマー中間層が25℃未満の少なくとも1つのガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(4)可塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、トリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、ポリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、イソデシルベンゾエート、2−エチルヘキシルベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールベンゾエート、ブトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、プロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールベンゾエートイソブチレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、トリエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、ジプロピレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、1,2−オクチルジベンゾエート、トリ−2−エチルヘキシルトリメリテート、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルテレフタレート、ビスフェノールAビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、ジ(ブトキシエチル)テレフタレート、ジ(ブトキシエトキシエチル)テレフタレート、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(5)可塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、及びトリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、並びに2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエートから選択される、(4)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(6)少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する第2の高屈折率可塑剤を更に含む、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(7)ポリマー中間層が1.450未満の屈折率を有する可塑剤を更に含む、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(8)曇り度が、ASTM−D1003−61(1977年再認可)手順Aによって、光源Cを用いて2°の観察角度で測定して5.0%未満である、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(9)ポリマー中間層が少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有し、少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度(Tg)の間の差は少なくとも5℃である、(1)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(10)第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂;
第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂、ここで、第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量と第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量との間の差は少なくとも2.0重量%であり;及び
ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、トリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、ポリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、イソデシルベンゾエート、2−エチルヘキシルベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールベンゾエート、ブトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、プロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールベンゾエートイソブチレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、トリエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、ジプロピレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、1,2−オクチルジベンゾエート、トリ−2−エチルヘキシルトリメリテート、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルテレフタレート、ビスフェノールAビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、ジ(ブトキシエチル)テレフタレート、ジ(ブトキシエトキシエチル)テレフタレート、及びこれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する少なくとも1種類の可塑剤;
を含むモノリス型ポリマー中間層。
(11)可塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエート、及びトリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエートから選択される、(10)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(12)第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂と第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂が95:5〜5:95の間の比で存在する、(10)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(13)少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する第2の高屈折率可塑剤を更に含む、(10)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(14)曇り度が、ASTM−D1003−61(1977年再認可)手順Aによって、光源Cを用いて2°の観察角度で測定して5.0%未満である、(10)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(15)ポリマー中間層が少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度(Tg)を有し、少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度(Tg)の間の差は少なくとも5℃である、(10)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(16)第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂;
第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂、ここで、第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量と第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量との間の差は少なくとも2.0重量%であり;及び
少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する可塑剤;
を含み;
ポリマー中間層の屈折率は少なくとも1.480である、モノリス型ポリマー中間層。
(17)ポリマー中間層の屈折率が少なくとも1.485である、(16)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(18)第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂と第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂が95:5〜5:95の間の比で存在する、(17)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(19)可塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、トリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、ポリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、イソデシルベンゾエート、2−エチルヘキシルベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールベンゾエート、ブトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、プロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールベンゾエートイソブチレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、トリエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、ジプロピレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、1,2−オクチルジベンゾエート、トリ−2−エチルヘキシルトリメリテート、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルテレフタレート、ビスフェノールAビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、ジ(ブトキシエチル)テレフタレート、ジ(ブトキシエトキシエチル)テレフタレート、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、(17)に記載のポリマー中間層。
(20)第2の可塑剤を更に含み、第2の可塑剤は1.450未満の屈折率を有する、(17)に記載のポリマー中間層。
Claims (17)
- 第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂;
第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量を有する第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂、ここで、第1の残留ヒドロキシル含量と第2の残留ヒドロキシル含量との間の差は少なくとも2.0重量%であり;及び
少なくとも1.460の屈折率を有する可塑剤;
を含む単一のポリマー中間層であって、
第1のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂と第2のポリ(ビニルブチラール)樹脂が95:5〜5:95の間の比で存在し、
ポリマー中間層が少なくとも2つの異なるガラス転移温度(T g )を有するポリマー中間層。 - ポリマー中間層が25℃未満の少なくとも1つのガラス転移温度(Tg)を有する、請求項1に記載のポリマー中間層。
- 可塑剤が、ジプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、トリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、ポリプロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、イソデシルベンゾエート、2−エチルヘキシルベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールベンゾエート、ブトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、ブトキシエトキシエトキシエチルベンゾエート、プロピレングリコールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールジベンゾエート、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールベンゾエートイソブチレート、1,3−ブタンジオールジベンゾエート、ジエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、トリエチレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、ジプロピレングリコールジ−o−トルエート、1,2−オクチルジベンゾエート、トリ−2−エチルヘキシルトリメリテート、ジ−2−エチルヘキシルテレフタレート、ビスフェノールAビス(2−エチルヘキサノエート)、ジ(ブトキシエチル)テレフタレート、ジ(ブトキシエトキシエチル)テレフタレート、及びこれらの混合物から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリマー中間層。
