Claims (8)
- 前車軸と後車軸との間で自動車の車体を補強するための車体下部ユニットであって、
前記車体の静的および/または動的負荷を逃がすための、前記車体に接続可能な床体(12)と、
前記床体(12)から垂直上方向に突出する補強リブ(14)であって、前記補強リブ(14)が、前記床体(12)と共に、ハイブリッド式および/または純電気式で自動車を駆動させるための走行用バッテリの構成のための少なくとも1つのバッテリセルユニット(18)を収容する収容ポケット(16)を画定する、補強リブ(14)と、
前記床体(12)を冷却するための冷凍剤を供給するための第1の接続ライン(34)と、
前記冷凍剤を放出するための第2の接続ライン(36)とを備え、
前記床体(12)はアルミニウムキャスティングにより得られた中実構成であり、該中実構成内を通る穴によって構成された冷却チャネルが当該床体(12)内に形成してあり、前記冷却チャネルは前記床体(12)および/または前記補強リブ(14)に伝わった熱を除去するため、前記第1の接続ライン(34)および前記第2の接続ライン(36)に接続されており、
複数の前記冷却チャネルが、長手方向および横方向にそれぞれ延びており、それらが互いに交差するように設けられている、車体下部ユニット。 - 前記冷却チャネルが、完全に前記床体(12)の内部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)が、前記冷凍剤を少なくとも一部蒸発させるための蒸発器として設計されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)が、前記車体の支持構造の左側長手方向部材に固定するための左側固定フランジ(22)と、前記支持構造の右側長手方向部材に固定するための右側固定フランジ(24)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記補強リブ(14)が、前記床体(12)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)および/または前記補強リブ(14)を加熱するための加熱要素(56)が提供され、前記加熱要素(56)が、前記床体(12)の対応する凹部に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- ハイブリッド式および/または純電気式で自動車を駆動させるための走行用バッテリであって、バッテリハウジング内に挿入された複数のバッテリセルユニット(18)を備え、前記バッテリハウジングが支持プレートを有し、前記支持プレートが、前記バッテリセルユニット(18)を支持し、前記バッテリセルユニット(18)に熱的に結合され、前記支持プレートが、自動車の車体を補強するための請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット(10)として構成される走行用バッテリ。
- 支持構造を有する車体と、前記車体を補強するために前記車体の下側で前記支持構造に接続された請求項7に記載の走行用バッテリとを備える自動車。
