Claims (7)
- 複数のバッテリセル(19)の集合体よりなる複数のバッテリモジュール(12)を支持する支持プレート(11)が、前記バッテリモジュール(12)の底面に熱的に当接する第1プレート(15)と、前記第1プレート(15)の下面に重ね合わされて該第1プレート(15)との間に冷却媒体が流れる冷却空間(18B〜18D)を区画する第2プレート(14)とを備える車両用電源装置において、
前記第1、第2プレート(15,14)の少なくとも一方には前記冷却空間(18B〜18D)内に突出して冷却媒体の流れ方向に延びる複数の第1補強突起(14c,14d)が形成され、前記第1プレート(15)の上面には前記第1補強突起(14c,14d)の延び方向と直交する方向に延びる上向きの複数の第2補強突起(15d)が形成されることを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 前記第1補強突起(14c,14d)は前記第1、第2プレート(15,14)の他方に接触部(16)において当接し、前記バッテリモジュール(12)の底面の端縁は前記接触部(16)に沿って配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記第1補強突起(14c,14d)は前記第2プレート(14)を前記第1プレート(15)側に溝状に折り曲げて構成され、前記支持プレート(11)を自動車の車体に搭載したときに、前記第1補強突起(14c)の下側に形成される空間内に車体フレーム(27)が配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記第2補強突起(15d)に前記バッテリモジュール(12)が固定されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 前記支持プレート(11)に結合されて前記バッテリモジュール(12)を収容する収容空間を区画するバッテリカバー(13)を備え、前記バッテリカバー(13)の前記収容空間側の面には第3補強突起(25)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
- 複数のバッテリセル(19)の集合体よりなる複数のバッテリモジュール(12)を支持する支持プレート(11)が、前記バッテリモジュール(12)の底面に熱的に当接する第1プレート(15)と、前記第1プレート(15)の下面に重ね合わされて該第1プレート(15)との間に冷却媒体が流れる冷却空間(18B〜18D)を区画する第2プレート(14)とを備え、前記支持プレート(11)に前記バッテリモジュール(12)を収容する収容空間を区画するバッテリカバー(13)が結合される車両用電源装置において、
前記第1、第2プレート(15,14)の少なくとも一方には前記冷却空間(18B〜18D)内に突出して冷却媒体の流れ方向に延びる複数の第1補強突起(14c,14d)が形成され、前記バッテリカバー(13)の前記収容空間側の面には、少なくとも前記第1補強突起(14c,14d)の延び方向と直交する方向に延びる下向きの複数の第3補強突起(25)が形成されることを特徴とする車両用電源装置。 - 前記バッテリモジュール(12)を冷却すべく前記冷却空間(18B〜18D)の冷却冷却風入口開口(14g)から該冷却空間(18B〜18D)に流入した冷却媒体は、前記バッテリモジュール(12)と非接触のまま前記冷却空間(18B〜18D)を、該冷却空間(18B〜18D)の冷却風出口開口(14h)まで流れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項6の何れか1項に記載の車両用電源装置。
