Claims (5)
- 中仕切り板を備えているケースと、
前記中仕切り板の一方の面に取り付けられている第1発熱部品と、
前記中仕切り板の他方の面に取り付けられている第2発熱部品と、
を備えており、
前記中仕切り板は、貫通孔を備えており、
前記第1発熱部品が前記貫通孔の一方の開口を塞いでおり、前記第2発熱部品が前記貫通孔の他方の開口を塞いでおり、前記第1発熱部品と前記第2発熱部品と前記貫通孔によって、液体の冷媒が流れる冷媒流路が形成されている、電気機器。 - 前記第1発熱部品と前記第2発熱部品の少なくとも一方の前記貫通孔に対向する面にフィンが設けられている、請求項1に記載の電気機器。
- 前記第1発熱部品と前記第2発熱部品の少なくとも一方は、
発熱部品本体と、
前記発熱部品本体が固定されているとともに前記中仕切り板に固定されているベース板と、
前記ベース板の前記貫通孔に対向する面に前記フィンが設けられている、請求項2に記載の電気機器。 - 前記中仕切り板に前記貫通孔と連通する窪みが設けられており、
前記第1発熱部品が前記窪みを塞いでいる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の電気機器。 - 前記中仕切り板の前記窪みの反対側の面に第3発熱部品が取り付けられている、請求項4に記載の電気機器。
