Claims (9)
- 前車軸と後車軸との間で自動車の車体を補強するための車体下部ユニットであって、
前記車体の静的および/または動的負荷を逃がすための、前記車体に接続可能な床体(12)と、
前記床体(12)から実質的に垂直上方向に突出する補強リブ(14)であって、前記補強リブ(14)が、前記床体(12)と共に、ハイブリッド式および/または純電気式で自動車を駆動させるための走行用バッテリの構成のための少なくとも1つのバッテリセルユニット(18)を収容する収容ポケット(16)を画定する、補強リブ(14)と、
前記床体(12)を冷却するための液体冷却媒体を供給するための第1の接続ライン(34)と、
前記液体冷却媒体を放出するための第2の接続ライン(36)とを備え、
前記床体(12)が、前記液体冷却媒体を冷却するための低温クーラ(28)を有する冷却システム(26)に接続されると共に、前記液体冷却媒体を冷却するための熱交換器(38)を有する冷凍システム(40)にも接続され、前記冷却システム(26)と前記冷凍システム(40)とによって提供可能な、前記液体冷却媒体を冷却するための冷却力が、互いに独立してオンおよび/またはオフに切り替え可能であり、前記冷却システム(26)の最大冷却力は前記冷凍システム(40)の最大冷却力よりも低くなっている、車体下部ユニット。 - 前記床体(12)に形成され、前記バッテリセルユニット(18)から前記床体(12)および/または前記補強リブ(14)に伝わった熱を除去するための冷却チャネルが、前記第1の接続ライン(34)および前記第2の接続ライン(36)によって設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記冷却チャネルが、完全に前記床体(12)の内部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)が、前記車体の支持構造の左側長手方向部材に固定するための左側固定フランジ(22)と、前記支持構造の右側長手方向部材に固定するための右側固定フランジ(24)とを有することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記補強リブ(14)が、前記床体(12)と一体に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)が、走行時の気流にさらされる下面を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- 前記床体(12)および/または前記補強リブ(14)を加熱するための加熱要素(56)が設けられ、前記加熱要素(56)が、前記床体(12)の対応する凹部に埋め込まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット。
- ハイブリッド式および/または純電気式で自動車を駆動させるための走行用バッテリであって、バッテリハウジング内に挿入された複数のバッテリセルユニット(18)を備え、前記バッテリハウジングが支持プレートを有し、前記支持プレートが、前記バッテリセルユニット(18)を支持し、前記バッテリセルユニット(18)に熱的に結合され、前記支持プレートが、自動車の車体を補強するための請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の車体下部ユニット(10)として構成される走行用バッテリ。
- 負荷支持構造を有する車体と、前記車体を補強するために前記車体の下側で前記支持構造に接続された請求項8に記載の走行用バッテリとを備える自動車。
