Description
Claims (6)
- 自動車の車体床面上に搭載された電装部品を保護する自動車電装部品用保護構造において、
前記電装部品の上方を覆うリッドと、
前記リッドの周囲を支える2つ以上のパネルとを備え、
前記2つ以上のパネルは、それぞれ前記リッドの周囲に沿う樋状の端部を有し、該パネル同士が合わさる部分に前記樋状の端部の排水口があり、
前記リッドが、上面と、該上面の四方の側面と、該側面の下端から前記上面に平行に外側にそれぞれ延びる取付面とを有し、
前記2つ以上のパネルの樋状の端部はそれぞれ、前記リッドの取付面の下に重ねられて固定されることを特徴とする自動車電装部品用保護構造。 - 前記リッドは平面視において略四角形であり、
前記1つ以上のパネルは、
前記リッドの前端に沿って車体幅方向に延びる前記樋状の端部を有するフロントパネルと、
前記リッドの後端に沿って車体幅方向に延びる前記樋状の端部を有するリアパネルと、
前記リッドの側端に沿って車体前後方向に延びる前記樋状の端部を有する一対のサイドパネルとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車電装部品用保護構造。 - 前記リッドは車体幅方向に配列された2つのサブリッドを含み、
前記2つのサブリッドはそれぞれ、上面と、該上面の四方の側面と、該側面の下端から前記上面に平行に外側にそれぞれ延びる取付面とを有し、
当該自動車電装部品用保護構造は、車体前後方向に延び前記2つのサブリッドの内側の取付面の下にそれぞれ重なる樋状の両側端と、前記2つのサブリッドの前後の取付面とほぼ同様の形状の前後の取付面とを有するセンターパネルをさらに備え、
前記1つ以上のパネルの樋状の端部はそれぞれ、前記2つのサブリッドおよびセンターパネルの取付面の下に重ねられて固定されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車電装部品用保護構造。 - 前記リッド、フロントパネル、リアパネル、一対のサイドパネルおよびセンターパネルが金属材料で形成され、
当該自動車電装部品用保護構造が、前記車体床面に設置され前記センターパネルを支持するスティフナをさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動車電装部品用保護構造。 - 当該自動車電装部品用保護構造が、前記車体床面より高い位置に前記電装部品を支持する台座部をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の自動車電装部品用保護構造。
- 当該自動車が、電気自動車またはハイブリッドカーもしくはプラグインハイブリッドであって、前記電装部品がモータ駆動用の高電圧で動作する高圧電装部品であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の自動車電装部品用保護構造。
