Claims (2)
- ボールねじ装置のナット部材の軸方向端面に固定されて、当該ナット部材とねじ軸との隙間を密封するシール部材であって、
前記ねじ軸の外形よりも大きな内径の貫通孔を有する複数のベース板と、
互いに隣接する二枚の前記ベース板の間に挟まれると共に、前記ベース板の貫通孔の内径よりも大きな内径のシール収容孔を有するスペーサ板と、
前記ねじ軸の軸方向に垂直な断面形状に対応した軸適合孔を有すると共に前記スペーサ板のシール収容孔に配置されるシール板と、
を備え、
互いに隣接する二枚のベース板の間に形成される間隔を前記シール板の軸方向厚さよりも大きく設定したことを特徴とするボールねじ装置のシール部材。 - 前記ベース板と前記スペーサ板を貫通してこれらを前記ナット部材の軸方向端面に固定する結合部材を有し、前記シール板は、前記二枚のベース板の間及び前記スペーサ板のシール収容孔に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボールねじ装置のシール部材。
