Description
以下、本開示の第1の実施の形態について、図面を参照しつつ説明する。
第1の実施の形態では、携帯端末100が特定区域情報を含む地図情報をクラウド内のサーバ装置から取得し、GPSを利用して携帯端末100の位置情報を繰り返し取得する。そして、携帯端末100が特定区域情報と位置情報とからユーザが電動アシスト自転車500を特定区域内で運転しているか否かを判定する。携帯端末100は特定区域内で運転していると判定した場合に出力電力制御指令の信号を蓄電装置300に送信する。蓄電装置300はこの出力電力制御指令の信号を受けて蓄電池304から電動アシスト自転車500のモータ512に間欠的に駆動用電力を出力する。
第3の実施の形態は、第1及び第2の実施の形態のように、ユーザが電動アシスト自転車を特定区域内で運転していることを知らしめることを目的とするものではなく、以下のような課題及び目的に基づくものである。
本開示は上記の実施の形態で説明した内容に限定されず、本開示の目的とそれに関連又は付随する目的を達成するためのいかなる形態においても実施可能であり、例えば、以下であってもよい。

Claims (11)
- 電動移動体に着脱可能に装着される蓄電装置であって、
蓄電池と、
前記蓄電池から前記電動移動体への駆動用電力の出力を制御する出力制御部と、
前記電動移動体が特定区域内にいるとき、前記出力制御部を制御して、前記蓄電装置から前記電動移動体へ供給される駆動用電力の供給を行うとともに、特定区域外にいるときよりも前記駆動用電力を減少させる制御部と、
を備える蓄電装置。 - 前記出力制御部により直流の前記駆動用電力が出力される、請求項1記載の蓄電装置。
- 前記出力制御部は、前記蓄電装置から前記電動移動体への駆動用電力の供給をON/OFFするスイッチング素子を備え、
前記制御部は、前記スイッチング素子を用いて、前記駆動用電力を減少させる、
請求項1または2に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記出力制御部を制御して、前記蓄電装置から前記電動移動体へ供給される駆動用電力を間欠的に減少させる
請求項1−3のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記出力制御部を制御して、パルス状の波形の駆動用電力を前記電動移動体に供給し、前記駆動用電力のパルス幅を小さくすることで前記駆動用電力を減少させる
請求項1−4のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 携帯端末と通信する通信部を備え、
前記電動移動体が特定区域内にいるとき、前記通信部が、前記携帯端末から前記駆動用電力を減少させる指令を受信すると、前記制御部は、前記出力制御部を制御して、前記蓄電装置から前記電動移動体へ供給される駆動用電力の供給を行うとともに、前記駆動用電力を減少させる、
請求項1−5のいずれか1項に記載の蓄電装置。 - 前記通信部は、前記蓄電装置とペアリングされた前記携帯端末からの前記指令を受信する、
