Description
Claims (2)
- タッチ信号を感知する信号感知パターンを含むタッチスクリーンパネルであって、
基材と、
前記基材上の樹脂層であって、前記樹脂層は陰刻領域を有し、前記陰刻領域の内部で前記樹脂層の一部が突出して複数個の微小突起を形成する、樹脂層と、
前記樹脂層の前記陰刻領域を充填する伝導性材料を含む配線電極と、を備え、
前記複数個の微小突起の高さは、前記配線電極の高さと同一である又は前記配線電極の高さよりも高く、
前記配線電極は、
前記信号感知パターンと電気的に接続される接触部と、
外部駆動回路と電気的に接続されるボンディング部と、
前記接触部と前記ボンディング部とを連結する信号伝送部と、を備え、
前記複数個の微小突起は、
前記ボンディング部に対応する第1の微小突起と、
前記信号伝送部に対応する第2の微小突起と、を備え、
前記ボンディング部の線幅は、前記信号伝送部の線幅よりも広く、
前記第2の微小突起の各々は、前記信号伝送部の長手方向に伸長する水平断面を有する、
ことを特徴とする、タッチスクリーンパネル。 - 前記第1の微小突起の各々の水平断面の面積は、前記第2の微小突起の各々の水平断面の面積よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
