Claims (14)
- タッチスクリーンパネルの信号感知パターンで感知されるタッチ信号を外部駆動回路に伝送する配線電極であって、基材の一面に形成され、少なくとも一つの湾曲領域を含むことを特徴とする、タッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- 前記配線電極は、
前記基材の一面に積層される樹脂層に陰刻領域を形成し、前記陰刻領域に伝導性材料を充填したものであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記配線電極は、
前記陰刻領域の内部に複数個の微小突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記微小突起は、
前記陰刻領域の内部で前記樹脂層の一部が突出して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記タッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極は、
前記信号感知パターンと電気的に接続される接触部と、
前記外部駆動回路と電気的に接続されるボンディング部と、
前記接触部と前記ボンディング部とを連結し、前記湾曲領域が形成された信号伝送部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記ボンディング部の線幅は、前記信号伝送部の線幅よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- 前記接触部、ボンディング部及び信号伝送部は、前記基材の一面に積層される樹脂層に陰刻領域を形成し、前記陰刻領域に伝導性材料を充填したものであることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- 前記ボンディング部、接触部及び信号伝送部の陰刻領域のうち少なくともいずれか一つには、前記陰刻領域の内部に複数個の微小突起を含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- 前記微小突起は、
前記陰刻領域の内部で前記樹脂層の一部が突出して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記ボンディング部を形成する陰刻領域の内部の微小突起の水平断面の面積は、前記信号伝送部を形成する陰刻領域の内部の微小突起の水平断面の面積よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- タッチスクリーンパネルの信号感知パターンで感知されるタッチ信号を外部駆動回路に伝送する配線電極であって、基材の一面に積層される樹脂層に陰刻領域を形成し、前記陰刻領域に伝導性材料を充填して形成され、前記陰刻領域の内部に複数個の微小突起を含むことを特徴とする、タッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
- 前記微小突起は、
前記陰刻領域の内部で前記樹脂層の一部が突出して形成されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記タッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極は、
前記信号感知パターンと電気的に接続される接触部と、
前記外部駆動回路と電気的に接続され、前記微小突起を含むボンディング部と、
前記接触部と前記ボンディング部とを連結し、前記微小突起を含む信号伝送部とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。 - 前記ボンディング部の線幅は前記信号伝送部の線幅よりも広く、前記ボンディング部の微小突起の水平断面の面積は、前記信号伝送部の微小突起の水平断面の面積よりも広いことを特徴とする、請求項13に記載のタッチスクリーンパネル用配線電極。
