Description
さらに、反射防止層を二層、四層とすることによって、外部光がさらに通過し易くなって反射が減り、背面の液晶表示素子等の視認がし易くなるという作用も有する。
図1は本発明の一実施の形態によるタッチパネルの断面図であり、同図において、1はポリエチレンテレフタレートやポリエーテルスルフォン、ポリカーボネート、ノルボルネン樹脂等のフィルム状で光透過性の上基板、2は同じくガラスの光透過性の下基板で、上基板1の下面には厚さ30〜35nmの酸化インジウム錫や酸化錫等の光透過性の上導電層3が、下基板2の上面には同じく下導電層4がスパッタ法等によって各々形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 下面に上導電層が形成された上基板と、上面にこの上導電層と所定の間隙を空けて対向する下導電層が形成された下基板と、上記下導電層と上記下基板の間に形成された反射防止層からなり、上記反射防止層を屈折率の異なる複数の低屈折層と高屈折層から形成し、上記反射防止層の高屈折層と酸化珪素を主成分とするガラスの上記下基板の間に、酸化珪素または酸化珪素を主成分とするアンダーコート層を設けたタッチパネル。
- アンダーコート層の厚さを5〜30nmとした請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
- 下基板の下面に反射防止層を形成した請求項1記載のタッチパネル。
