Description
図面は車両の後部構造を示し、図1は本実施例の車両を左斜め後方から見た斜視図、図2(a)、(b)はそれぞれリヤスポイラが降下姿勢、立上げ姿勢にある時の、車両後部左側の要部を示す背面図、図3はリヤスポイラが降下姿勢にある時の、車両後側左端部を上方から見た斜視図、図4はリヤスポイラが立上げ姿勢にある時の、車両後部左側の平面図、図5はリヤスポイラが降下姿勢にある時の、車両後側上部の左側面図、図6はリヤスポイラが立上げ姿勢にある時の、車両後側上部の左側面図、図7は、左側リヤランプユニットの内側リヤランプ灯体の中心部で切断した車幅方向の直交断面図である。但し、図7中のリヤスポイラは降下姿勢にある時を示し、リヤランプユニット以外の車両後部の内部構造は図示省略している。
なお、図1中の101はバックウィンドガラス、102はリヤデッキパネル、103はバンパフェイス、104はリヤフェンダパネルである。
なお、本実施例の凹部4は、その開口部がレンズや透明カバー等によって覆われることなく、該凹部4の内部空間と車両外側の空間とが連通している。
灯具ケース11は、リフレクタ13やLED光源12を格納し、後部が前部よりも小径となるように段部11aを備えた段付の円筒状に形成されており、本実施例においては、その中心軸が前後方向と一致するようにベゼル5の底面に形成した凹部5a(図7参照)に装着されている。
レンズ14は、透明合成樹脂により断面視偏平な形状に形成され、灯具ケース11の後端の開口部を塞ぐように取り付けられている。
ヒートシンク15はリヤランプ灯体6の外側かつLED光源12の前方に該LED光源12に対応して設けられ、LED光源12から発せられる熱を周囲に放出する放熱部としての機能を有する。
すなわち、外方部32は、図7に示すように、後面視でリヤランプ灯体6に備えたレンズ面141をその上下方向の中間部よりも上方で上下各側に分断するように配置している。
アーム取付けブラケット22は、支持アーム23および伸縮支持アーム24を支持可能な剛性を有し、その外端に形成されたフランジ22aが基台21の上面に一体に締結されている。
支持アーム23は、主動リンクとしての伸縮支持アーム24の回動に連動して回動する従動リンクである。
換言すると、外方部32は、立上げ姿勢Puにおいて、リヤランプ灯体6よりも上方に配置される。すなわち、本実施例において外方部32は、立上げ姿勢Puにおいてリヤランプ灯体6のレンズ面141の上端よりも上方に配置される(図2(b)参照)。
この発明の灯火は、本実施例のリヤランプユニット2に対応し、

分断部材は、リヤスポイラ3、あるいは、後述するリヤスポイラ3Aに対応し、
灯体は、リヤランプ灯体6に対応し、
灯火のうち前記分断部材の下方に位置する部分は、レンズ面141の下側部分141dに対応し、
灯火の上下方向高さのうち該分断部材よりも上方の高さは、リヤランプ灯体の上下方向高さのうちリヤスポイラよりも上方の高さHuに対応し、
灯火の上下方向高さのうち該分断部材よりも下方の高さは、リヤランプ灯体の上下方向高さのうちリヤスポイラよりも下方の高さHdに対応するも、
この発明は、上述の実施例の構成のみに限定されるものではない。
なお、図9は、リヤスポイラ3Aに導光部としての光ファイバ90を備えた他の実施例における車体後部構造を示す平面図である。
なお、内部経路83は、入射空間81から出射空間82に至までの途中で入射空間81aと入射空間81bとが互いに合流するように形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 車両の後部に、少なくとも1つの灯体を備えた灯火が配され、該灯火を少なくとも車両上下方向に分断する分断部材が設けられ、
前記分断部材は、前記灯火のうち単一灯体の明滅が該分断部材の上方および下方の両方から直接視認可能となるよう形成され、
前記灯火の配設箇所には、車体ボディを車両前方に向けて凹ませた有底状の凹部が設けられており、
前記凹部の下部が、当該凹部の上縁部よりも後方へ延設され、
前記分断部材は、上下方向の厚みに対して前後方向に延出された板状であり、前記凹部に入り込んだ位置であって、レンズを含む灯体および前記凹部の上縁部よりも後方に離間して配設されることを特徴とする
車両の後部構造。 - 前記分断部材は車両前後方向に延出され、前記灯火のうち前記分断部材の下方に位置する部分は、平面視で前記分断部材と重合され、かつ後面視で直接目視できるよう配置した
請求項1に記載の車両の後部構造。 - 前記分断部材は、後面視で前記灯火の上下方向高さのうち該分断部材よりも上方と比較して下方の高さが大きくなるように配置した
請求項1または2に記載の車両の後部構造。 - 前記分断部材には、前記灯火のうち少なくとも一部の前記灯体の明滅を導光する導光部を配置した
請求項1乃至3のうち何れか1項に記載の車両の後部構造。
