Description

本発明は、自動車ドアトリム接合装置に関し、より詳細には迅速な作業を行うことができる自動車ドアトリム接合装置に関する。
通常自動車用ドアは、鋼板で構成されたドアパネルと前記ドアパネルに付着して自動車室内に位置するドアトリムで構成される。
前記のようなドアトリムは、数のサブトリムが互いに接合して構成されて、ドアトリムの組み立ては、各要素がドアパネルに結合した後、サブトリムの各境界の部分が互いに結合する形態で進行されて、各サブトリムの結合は、様々な方式が提案された。
例えば、特許文献1には、ドアトリムの後方の周囲内面に係止突起を一体で形成すると同時に側面に締結孔を形成して、ドアインナーパネルの前記係止突起対応位置に支持孔を形成して前記係止突起を支持孔に挿入した後、締結孔にスクリューを締結してスクリューとして係止突起を押して係止突起を支持孔に結合するボルト−ナット方式が開示された。
また、特許文献2には、ドアトリムの両側面及び下方周縁部に係止顎を形成した四角形溝を一体形成して、ドアインナーパネルの前記四角形溝対応位置に四角形締結孔を形成して、グロメットは、長さ及び幅を前記四角形溝と同一に形成すると同時にその一側面に係止溝を形成して、前記係止顎と四角形締結孔の一側面を一致させた後、前記係止溝を係止顎と四角形締結孔に挿入して、グロメットの表面をドアトリムの周縁部と同一面になるべく結合するグロメット方式が開示された。
また、特許文献3には、メインパネルと、前記メインパネルに結合するサブパネルを備える自動車のドアトリムにおいて、外周縁両側にスライド長溝が形成されて、前記メインパネルに形成された締結孔に挿入されるように前記サブパネルに備えられた締結ボスと、前記締結ボスのスライド長溝に結合するくさび形のクリップとで構成されるクリップ方式の構成が開示された。
前記サブトリム結合方式は、別途の結合部材を使用して、分解が可能な長所はあるが、組み立てが多少複雑な短所がある。
前記のような従来方式を改善するために、プラスチックで構成されるサブトリムの一部を結合した後、溶融して永久結合する方式が提案され、広く使用されている。
前記溶融方式は、一端のサブトリムに突起を形成して、他端のサブトリムには収容ホールを形成して、前記突起が前記収容ホールに結合した後、突出する突起の部分を溶融して結合する方式で自動化に有利な長所がある。
前記のような永久結合は、必ず突出突起に熱を加える熱供給部と熱によって溶融された突起を成形する成形部を含んで構成されて、まず前記熱供給部によって突起の一部を溶融させた後、成形部を溶融部に加圧して最終的にサブトリムを組み立てる。
前記熱供給部は、加熱部を突起に接触して溶融させる伝導方式と加熱部から熱風を供給して突起を溶融させる対流方式に区分されて、伝導方式の場合は加熱時間が長くかかる短所があって、対流方式は熱風により加熱後に捨てられる熱によって周辺の環境汚染が発生して熱損失が多い短所があり、特に伝導式方式の場合は、サブトリム背面に特別な支持部がない場合、成形部の加圧による突起の成形が困難な点があって、結合が迅速に進行されまた特別な支持力を要しない新しい方式の接合装置が必要な実情である。

本発明は、前記のような従来技術の短所を克服するために案出されたもので、迅速にサブトリムを接合することができる自動車ドアトリム接合装置を提供することをその目的とする。
前記目的達成のために、本発明は、突起が形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第1サブトリムと前記第1サブトリムの突起を収容する収容ホールが形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第2サブトリムを結合するための自動車ドアトリム接合装置において、前記突起の一部を輻射熱によって溶融する熱供給部及び溶融された突起を加圧成形する成形部を含むことを特徴とする。
好ましくは、前記熱供給部は、本体と、前記本体の下端に形成されて前記突起の一部を収容する収容ホールと、前記収容ホール内部に位置して前記突起の円周面と一定の距離で離隔形成されて輻射熱を放射する加熱部とを含むことを特徴とする。
より好ましくは、前記加熱部の温度は、200℃ 乃至800℃であることを特徴とする。
さらに好ましくは、前記加熱部の温度は、500℃ 乃至800℃であることを特徴とする。
好ましくは、前記加熱部は、平板が連続的に折り曲げられた形態であることを特徴とする。
好ましくは、前記成形部は、ロッドと、前記ロッド終端に付着されて溶融された突起を加圧する接触部とを含むことを特徴とする。
より好ましくは、前記ロッドに空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後、空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴とする。
好ましくは、前記接触部に空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後、空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴とする。
好ましくは、前記本体は、内部中央に長さ方向の貫通ホールをさらに含み、前記貫通ホールに前記成形部が位置して前記貫通ホールの長さ方向に移動することを特徴とする。
より好ましくは、前記熱供給部を介して突起が溶融した後、前記貫通ホールに位置する成形部が下部に移動して前記溶融突起を加圧して成形することを特徴とする。
本発明に係る自動車ドアトリム接合装置は、熱供給部と成形部を含んで構成されて、前記熱供給部は、加熱時にだけ瞬間的に電源を入れて瞬間発熱するので、エネルギー浪費がなく、突起の側面に輻射熱を提供して、迅速な溶融が可能な効果があって、また、熱供給部に中央に成形部を位置させて、溶融が完了した直後すぐに成形できて、冷却時間を短縮できるだけでなく別途の支持力がない場合でもサブトリムを結合できる効果がある。さらに前記の構成によって全体サブトリムの結合時間を短縮して全体組み立て生産性を向上できる効果がある。

以下、本発明に係る好ましい実施形態を添付図面を参照して具体的に説明する。
本発明に係る自動車ドアトリム接合装置100は、図1に示されたように、突起11が形成された第1サブトリム10と前記第1サブトリム10の突起11を収容する収容ホール21が形成された第2サブトリム20の結合のための構成で、前記収容ホール21に挿入された突起11の一終端を溶融後冷却させて第1サブトリム10と第2サブトリム20を永久結合する装置である。
したがって、自動車ドアトリム接合装置100は、図2に示されたように、前記突起11を溶融する熱供給部30と前記熱供給部30によって溶融された突起11を成形する成形部50を含んで構成される。
前記熱供給部30は、本体31と前記本体31の下端内部に位置して、前記突起11の側面円周の部分を加熱する加熱部32を含む。
前記本体31は、前記突起11が円筒形状である場合、同じ円筒形状が好ましく、本体31中前記加熱部32が位置する下端部には前記突起11の一部を収容する加熱ホール33が形成されて、前記加熱ホール33の内面に前記加熱部32が位置する。
前記加熱部32は、外部電源によって輻射熱を放射する発熱体で構成されて、前記発熱体は、図3に示されたように、平板が連続的に折り曲げられた形態で構成されて、発熱体加熱によって長さが膨張する場合でも長さ膨張量を収容できる形態で構成されることが好ましい。
一方、熱供給部30が前記突起11を溶融するためには、前記加熱ホール33が前記突起11の一部を収容するように位置する。
この時、前記加熱部32と前記突起11の円周外面は、一定の距離離隔して位置して、前記加熱部32から放射される輻射熱は、多くは前記突起11の円周が収容するので、短時間で突起11が溶融される長所がある。
通常自動車の内蔵材として使用される熱可塑性樹脂の溶融温度は、165℃前後が一般的であるため、前記加熱部32の温度は200℃ 乃至800℃が好ましい。
この時、加熱部32の温度が200℃未満である場合には、突起11の溶融時間が遅くなり産業的に適用するのに不利であり、800℃を超える場合、温度増加に比べて輻射熱に伝達される比率が低くて不利である。
より好ましくは、前記加熱部32の温度は500℃ 乃至800℃である。前記加熱部32の温度範囲で熱可塑性樹脂の輻射熱伝達率が最大となって最も効率的である。
一方、前記加熱部32の終端(折り曲げられた場合、折曲終端)と前記突起11の離隔距離は、0.1mm乃至5mmが好ましい。
前記離隔距離が0.1mm未満の場合には、一部溶融樹脂が前記加熱部32に接触する恐れがあって、5mmを超える場合、加熱部32から突起11への輻射熱伝達の側面で多少不利である。
一方、前記成形部50は、ロッド51と前記ロッド51の終端に付着される接触部52を含んで構成されて、前記熱供給部30によって溶融された突起11の上端を加圧して突起11を成形する機能を行う。
前記接触部52の下端は、前記溶融突起11の成形形状を含むように構成されて、前記成形部50全体を前記溶融突起11を加圧して突起11と収容ホール21の接合を完成する。
必要であれば、前記成形部50には複数の空気ホール54を形成して、加圧後前記空気ホール54を介して空圧を噴射して上昇された成形部50の温度を下降させるように構成してもよい。
この時、前記空気ホール54は、前記接触部52に形成されてもよく、ロッド51に形成して空圧が接触部52を先に冷却するように構成され、両方共に形成してもよい。
本発明に係る自動車ドアトリム接合装置100は、前記のように熱供給部30が先に突起11を溶融した後、成形部50が溶融突起11を加圧して接合を完成する構成であるため、図4に示したように、上端に位置する回転ベース61、前記回転ベース61に付着されて前記熱供給部30を上下に移送する加熱アクチュエーター62、前記加熱アクチュエーター62の近くに設置されて前記成形部50を上下に移送する成形アクチュエーター63を含む作動装置60を含んで構成される。
前記の構成において、第1サブトリム10と第2サブトリム20の結合は、熱供給部30が突起11の上端に位置するように回転ベース61を作動させた後、前記加熱アクチュエーター62を下降させて、突起11を瞬間加熱して溶融させる。
以後、前記加熱アクチュエーター62を上昇させた後、前記回転ベース61を作動させて、前記成形部50が、前記突起11の上端に位置するようにした後、前記成形アクチュエーター63を下降させて、成形部50を介して溶融された突起11を成形して、一つの突起11と収容ホール21の接合を完了する。
一方、図5に示されたように、前記熱供給部30の本体31中央に貫通ホール39を形成して、前記貫通ホール39に前記成形部50を位置させる場合には、突起11の溶融が完了した後、直ちに成形できる形態で全体装置を実現することができる長所がある。
また、別途の回転ベース61が不要で、加熱アクチュエーター62と成形アクチュエーター63だけを利用して、自動車ドアトリム接合装置100を実現することができるので、装置の構成が単純な長所がある。
前記のような構成の作動は次の通り進行される。
まず、図6に示したように、加熱アクチュエーター62を作動させて、前記熱供給部30が突起11の成形部に位置するようにする。
以後、前記加熱部32に電源を入れて突起11を溶融させる。
前記突起11の溶融が完了すると、成形アクチュエーター63を下降して前記成形部50が突起11の溶融の部分を加圧して成形する。
以後、加熱アクチュエーター62を上昇させる。
以後には、空気ホール54を介して空気を噴射して成形部50を冷却する。
以後、前記成形アクチュエーター63を作動して成形部50を上昇させて接合を完了する。
一方、必要に応じて、前記加熱アクチュエーター62を下降させて前記熱供給部30が突起11を溶融させると、熱供給部30を上昇させた後、直ちに成形アクチュエーター63を下降させる方法で進めてもよい。
尚、前記空気ホール54のエアーは、成形アクチュエーター63下降時同時に作動するように構成してもよい。
以上、本発明を特定の好ましい実施形態に対して図示して説明したが、本発明はこのような実施形態に限定されず、当発明が属する技術分野において通常の知識を有する者が特許請求範囲で請求する本発明の技術的思想を逸脱しない範囲内で実施できる様々な形態の実施形態をいずれも含む。

Claims (7)

  1. 突起が形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第1サブトリムと前記第1サブトリムの突起を収容する収容ホールが形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第2サブトリムを結合するための自動車ドアトリム接合装置において、
    前記突起の一部を輻射熱によって溶融する熱供給部及び溶融された突起を加圧成形する成形部を含み、
    前記熱供給部は、
    本体と、
    前記本体の下端に形成されて前記突起の一部を収容する加熱ホールと、
    前記加熱ホール内部に位置して前記突起の円周面と一定の距離で離隔形成されて輻射熱を放射する加熱部とを含んでおり、
    前記加熱部の温度は、200℃乃至800℃で、
    前記加熱部は平板が連続的に折り曲げられた形態であることを特徴とする自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  2. 前記加熱部の温度は、500℃乃至800℃であることを特徴とする請求項に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  3. 前記成形部は、
    ロッドと、
    前記ロッド終端に付着されて溶融された突起を加圧する接触部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  4. 前記ロッドに空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後に空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴にする請求項に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  5. 前記接触部に空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後に空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴とする請求項に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  6. 前記本体は、内部中央に長さ方向の貫通ホールをさらに含み、前記貫通ホールに前記成形部が位置して前記貫通ホールの長さ方向に移動することを特徴とする請求項に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
  7. 前記熱供給部を介して突起が溶融された後、前記貫通ホールに位置する成形部が下部に移動して前記溶融突起を加圧して成形することを特徴とする請求項に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
