Abstract
Description
本発明に係る自動車ドアトリム接合装置100は、図1に示されたように、突起11が形成された第1サブトリム10と前記第1サブトリム10の突起11を収容する収容ホール21が形成された第2サブトリム20の結合のための構成で、前記収容ホール21に挿入された突起11の一終端を溶融後冷却させて第1サブトリム10と第2サブトリム20を永久結合する装置である。
一方、前記加熱部32の終端(折り曲げられた場合、折曲終端)と前記突起11の離隔距離は、0.1mm乃至5mmが好ましい。
まず、図6に示したように、加熱アクチュエーター62を作動させて、前記熱供給部30が突起11の成形部に位置するようにする。
前記突起11の溶融が完了すると、成形アクチュエーター63を下降して前記成形部50が突起11の溶融の部分を加圧して成形する。
以後には、空気ホール54を介して空気を噴射して成形部50を冷却する。
以後、前記成形アクチュエーター63を作動して成形部50を上昇させて接合を完了する。
尚、前記空気ホール54のエアーは、成形アクチュエーター63下降時同時に作動するように構成してもよい。

Claims (10)
- 突起が形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第1サブトリムと前記第1サブトリムの突起を収容する収容ホールが形成された熱可塑性樹脂材質の第2サブトリムを結合するための自動車ドアトリム接合装置において、
前記突起の一部を輻射熱によって溶融する熱供給部及び溶融された突起を加圧成形する成形部を含むことを特徴とする自動車ドアトリム接合装置。 - 前記熱供給部は、
本体と、
前記本体の下端に形成されて前記突起の一部を収容する加熱ホールと、
前記加熱ホール内部に位置して前記突起の円周面と一定の距離で離隔形成されて輻射熱を放射する加熱部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。 - 前記加熱部の温度は、200℃ 乃至800℃であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記加熱部の温度は、500℃ 乃至800℃であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記加熱部は、平板が連続的に折り曲げられた形態であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記成形部は、
ロッドと、
前記ロッド終端に付着されて溶融された突起を加圧する接触部とを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。 - 前記ロッドに空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後に空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴にする請求項6に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記接触部に空気ホールが形成されて成形完了後に空圧を前記空気ホールに排出することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記本体は、内部中央に長さ方向の貫通ホールをさらに含み、前記貫通ホールに前記成形部が位置して前記貫通ホールの長さ方向に移動することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
- 前記熱供給部を介して突起が溶融された後、前記貫通ホールに位置する成形部が下部に移動して前記溶融突起を加圧して成形することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の自動車ドアトリム接合装置。
