Claims (10)
- 돌기가 형성된 열가소성 수지 재질의 제1서브 트림과 상기 제1서브 트림의 돌기를 수용하는 수용홀이 형성된 열가소성 수지 재질의 제2서브 트림을 결합하기 위한 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치에 있어서,상기 돌기의 일부를 복사열에 의하여 용융하는 열공급부 및 용융된 돌기를 가압 성형하는 성형부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 열공급부는:몸체;상기 몸체 하단에 형성되어 상기 돌기의 일부를 수용하는 가열홀; 및상기 가열홀 내부에 위치하여 상기 돌기의 원주면과 일정 거리로 이격 형성되어 복사열을 방사하는 가열부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 2에 있어서, 상기 가열부의 온도는 200℃ 내지 800℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가열부의 온도는 500℃ 내지 800℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 3에 있어서, 상기 가열부는 평판이 연속적으로 절곡된 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 성형부는:로드; 및상기 로드 끝단에 부착되어 용융된 돌기를 가압하는 접촉부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 로드에 공기홀이 형성되어 성형 완료 후에 공압을 상기 공기홀로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서, 상기 접촉부에 공기홀이 형성되어 성형 완료 후에 공압을 상기 공기홀로 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 5에 있어서, 상기 몸체는 내부 중앙에 길이 방향의 관통홀을 더 포함하며, 상기 관통홀에 상기 성형부가 위치하여 상기 관통홀의 길이 방향으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
- 청구항 9에 있어서, 상기 열공급부를 통하여 돌기가 용융된 후, 상기 관통홀에 위치하는 성형부가 하부로 이동하여 상기 용융 돌기를 가압하여 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차 도어 트림 접합 장치.
