本发明属于藤条制品加工领域,特别是一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法。本发明所涉及的塑料藤条的凸结形成方法包括以下步骤:首先在塑料藤条的边缘处用模具压住固定,然后在外围设置一圈发热体,发热体通过热辐射使塑料藤条的边缘受热收缩,并在模具上堆聚,最后形成所述的凸结。使用该方法在塑料藤条边缘制作凸结,生产效率高,制成的凸结强度高。

技术领域
本发明属于藤条制品加工领域,特别是一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法。
背景技术
现在的藤条制品的制作原料大多采用的是塑料藤条,主要原因是天然藤条成本高、受季节影响,并且数量有限。为了增加编织速度,减少劳动力消耗,藤条编织引进了机器平面编织的技术,为了对平面编织的藤条制品进行安装和固定,需要在藤条编织制品的边缘处制作凸结,将凸结卡入骨架结构的内腔中,以此进行安装和固定。
塑料藤条的材料是超高分子量聚乙烯,英文名ultra-high molecular weightpolyethylene(简称UHMWPE),这种材料耐热性(热变形温度)低、加工成型性差,所以不宜直接接触高温使其受热变形,这样容易引起接触面碳化发黑,并且质地变脆;如果采用人工编织凸结,则制作周期长,成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对目前塑料藤条边缘制作凸结的需求,提供了一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法,该方法效率高,形成的凸结强度高,不会碳化发黑。
一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法,该方法包括以下步骤:首先在塑料藤条的边缘处用模具压住固定,然后在外围设置一圈发热体,发热体通过热辐射使塑料藤条的边缘受热收缩,并在模具上堆聚,最后形成所述的凸结;因为发热体没有和塑料藤条直接接触,所以塑料藤条的边缘升温较慢,在温度刚达到材料的变形温度时便开始受热收缩,受热收缩后塑料藤条的边缘与发热体之间的距离增加,所以塑料藤条的边缘温度上升的速度进一步降低,一定时间后,藤条边缘收缩并堆聚在模具外侧,形成凸结。
在所述的一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法中,所述的模具上设有型腔,藤条边缘受热收缩时,凸结在型腔中成型,这样形成的凸结形状可控,大小一致,便于安装和固定。
在所述的一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法中,所述的发热体与塑料藤条的边缘初始距离为3-8cm,所述的发热体加热温度为130-180℃,根据不同的加热温度,对应不同的初始距离,塑料藤条的收缩速度也随着温度的升高而变快;实验表明,当发热体的温度在150℃,发热体与塑料藤条的边缘初始距离为5cm时,凸结形成的速度在10秒钟以内,用作工业生产已具备良好的生产效率,并且凸结的外观美观,强度高。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
参照附图1至2,本发明一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法的具体实施例中,该方法包括以下步骤:首先在塑料藤条1的边缘处用模具2压住固定,然后在外围设置一圈发热体3,发热体3的加热温度稳定在150℃左右,发热体3距离塑料藤条1的边缘的初始距离为5cm,发热体3通过热辐射使塑料藤条1的边缘受热收缩,并在模具2的型腔2a内堆聚,经过10秒钟的时间,即可形成所述的凸结1a。
实验表明,当条件变为发热体3的加热温度稳定在130℃左右,发热体3距离塑料藤条1的边缘的初始距离为3cm时,塑料藤条1的收缩速度较慢,大概20秒后凸结成型;当条件变为发热体3的加热温度稳定在180℃左右,发热体3距离塑料藤条1的边缘的初始距离为8cm时,塑料藤条1的收缩速度较快,大约7秒后凸结1a即可成型,但是凸结1a的强度略低于材料本身的强度。
Claims (2)
1.一种塑料藤条的凸结形成方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:首先在塑料藤条的边缘处用模具压住固定,所述模具包括供藤条穿过的安装腔以及位于所述安装腔前端的型腔,藤条的中部处于安装腔内,从而通过安装腔将藤条压住固定,藤条的端部延伸到型腔的前端,型腔的横截面积大于藤条的横截面积;然后在外围与藤条的端部相对地设置一圈发热体,发热体通过热辐射使塑料藤条的外端受热收缩,并在模具的型腔中堆聚,最终形成与型腔形状基本一致的凸结;其中所述发热体与塑料藤条的边缘初始距离为3-8cm,所述发热体加热温度为130-180℃,所述型腔仅对凸结远离发热体的一侧的形状起限定作用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料藤条的凸结形成方法,其特征在于,所述发热体与塑料藤条的边缘初始距离为5cm,所述发热体加热温度为150℃。
