Abstract

本发明的目的在于,提供一种能够迅速对子饰板进行接合的汽车门饰板接合装置。为了实现所述目的,本发明的汽车门饰板接合装置用于结合第一子饰板和第二子饰板,所述第一子饰板形成有凸起并由热塑性树脂材质构成,所述第二子饰板形成有收容所述第一子饰板的凸起的收容孔并由热塑性树脂材质构成,所述汽车门饰板接合装置的特征在于,包括:热供给部,其通过辐射热熔融所述凸起的一部分;以及成形部,其对熔融的凸起进行加压成形。

Description

汽车门饰板接合装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车门饰板接合装置,更为详细地涉及一种能够执行快速作业的汽车门饰板接合装置。
背景技术
通常,汽车用门包括:门板(door panel),其由钢板构成;门饰板(door trim),其附着在所述门板从而位于汽车室内。
所述门饰板由多个子饰板(sub trim)相互接合而构成,并且就门饰板的组装而言,各个部件结合于门板之后,以子饰板的各个边界部分相互结合的形态进行,并且针对各个子饰板的结合提出了多种方式。
例如,在公开专利第2004-0035052号中公开了一种螺栓(bolt)-螺母(nut)方式,其中,将卡住凸起以一体的形式形成于门饰板的后方周围内面的同时,在侧面形成紧固结合孔,并且在门内板(door inner panel)的所述卡住凸起对应位置形成支撑孔,从而将所述卡住凸起插入于支撑孔后,将螺钉(screw)紧固结合于紧固结合孔,从而通过螺钉来推动卡住凸起,进而将卡住凸起结合于支撑孔。
此外,在公开专利第2004-0006608号中公开了一种索环(grommet)方式,其中,将形成有卡坎的四角形槽以一体的形式形成于门饰板的两侧面及下方边缘部,并且将四角形紧固结合孔形成于门内板的所述四角形槽对应位置,并且就索环而言,将长度及宽度与所述四角形槽相同地形成的同时,在其一侧面形成卡槽,从而使四角形紧固结合孔的一侧面与所述卡坎进行一致后,将所述卡槽插入于卡坎和四角形紧固结合孔,从而以使得索环的上面与门饰板的边缘部成为同一面的形式进行结合。
此外,在公开专利第2002-0031796号中公开了一种夹子(cl ip)方式的构成,就包括主面板和结合于所述主面板的子面板的汽车门饰板而言,所述夹子方式的构成包括:紧固结合凸台,其在外周缘两侧形成有滑动长槽,并且设置在所述子面板,以便插入至形成于所述主面板的紧固结合孔;楔子形的夹子,其结合于所述紧固结合凸台的滑动长槽。
就所述的子饰板结合方式而言,使用另外的结合部件,从而有可分解的优点,但是有组装很复杂的缺点。
为了改善所述现有方式,提出了一种结合由塑料构成的子饰板的一部分后进行熔融并永久结合的方式,并正得以广泛使用。
就所述熔融方式而言,在一端的子饰板形成凸起,并且在其他端的子饰板形成收容孔,从而所述凸起结合于所述收容孔后,通过对凸出的凸起部分进行熔融来结合的方式,从而具有有利于自动化的优点。
就所述永久结合而言,必须包括向凸出凸起施加热的热供给部和形成通过热而被熔融的凸起的成形部,首先,通过所述热供给部,使凸起的一部分熔融后,将成形部向熔融部加压,最终对子饰板进行组装。
所述热供给部区分为:将加热部接触于凸起并进行熔融的传导方式和在加热部供给热风从而使凸起熔融的对流方式。传导方式的情况有需要很长的加热时间的缺点,对流方式具有因根据热风进行加热后废弃的热而产生周边的环境污染且热损失多的缺点。尤其,传导方式的情况,在子饰板背面没有其他支撑部的情况下,具有难以通过成形部的加压来形成凸起的缺点,从而实情是需要一种迅速进行且不需要另外的支撑力的新的方式的接合装置。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服所述现有技术的缺点而提出的,其目的在于,提供一种能够迅速对子饰板进行接合的汽车门饰板接合装置。
为了实现所述目的,本发明是用于结合第一子饰板和第二子饰板的汽车门饰板接合装置,所述第一子饰板形成有凸起且由热塑性树脂材质形成,所述第二子饰板形成有收容所述第一子饰板的凸起的收容孔且由热塑性树脂材质形成,所述汽车门饰板接合装置包括:热供给部,其通过辐射热熔融所述凸起的一部分;以及成形部,其对熔融的凸起进行加压成形。
优选地,所述热供给部包括:主体;收容孔,其形成于所述主体下端,从而收容所述凸起的一部分;加热部,其位于所述收容孔内部,从而以与所述凸起的圆周面间隔一定距离的形式形成,进而放射辐射热。
更优选地,所述加热部的温度为200℃至800℃。
更优选地,所述加热部的温度为500℃至800℃。
优选地,所述加热部为平板连续弯曲的形态。
优选地,所述成形部包括:杆(rod);以及接触部,其附着于所述杆末端,从而对熔融的凸起进行加压。
更优选地,气孔形成于所述杆,从而在成形完成后向所述气孔排出空气压力。
优选地,气孔形成于所述接触部,从而在成形完成后向所述气孔排出空气压力。
优选地,所述主体在内部中央还包括长度方向的贯通孔,并且所述成形部位于所述贯通孔,从而向所述贯通孔的长度方向移动。
更优选地,凸起通过所述热供给部得到熔融后,位于所述贯通孔的成形部向下部移动,从而对所述熔融凸起进行加压并成形。
根据本发明的汽车门饰板接合装置包括热供给部和成形部,所述热供给部只在加热时瞬间投入电源,从而瞬间发热,因此没有能量浪费,并且向凸起的侧面提供辐射热,从而有可以迅速熔融的效果,此外效果在于,在热供给部将成形部位于中央,从而熔融完成后能够立即成形,从而不仅能够缩短冷却时间,而且在没有其他支撑力的情况下也能够结合子饰板。更进一步,效果在于,通过所述的构成,缩短整体子饰板的接合时间,从而能够提高整体组装生产力。

具体实施方式
以下参照附图具体说明根据本发明的优选实施例。
如图1所示,根据本发明的汽车门饰板接合装置100,作为用于结合第一子饰板10和第二子饰板20的构成,所述第一子饰板10形成有凸起11,所述第二子饰板20形成有收容所述第一子饰板10的凸起11的收容孔21,所述汽车门饰板接合装置100为如下装置:对插入于所述收容孔21的凸起11的一个末端进行熔融后冷却,从而使第一子饰板10和第二子饰板20永久结合。
因此,如图2所示,汽车门饰板接合装置100包括:热供给部30,其熔融所述凸起11;成形部50,其对通过所述热供给部30熔融的凸起11进行成形。
所述热供给部30包括主体31和加热部32,所述加热部32位于所述主体31下端内部,并且加热所述凸起11的侧面圆周部分。
所述凸起11为圆筒形状的情况,所述主体31优选为相同的圆筒形状,在主体31中所述加热部32所处的下端部形成有收容所述凸起11的一部分的加热孔33,并且所述加热部32位于所述加热孔33内面。
所述加热部32包括发热体,所述发热体通过外部电源放射辐射热,并且优选地,如图3所示,所述发热体构成为平板连续弯曲的形态,从而在通过发热体加热而使得长度膨胀的情况,也构成为能够收容长度膨胀量的形态。
另外,热供给部30为了熔融所述凸起11,设置为所述加热孔33收容所述凸起11的一部分。
此时,所述加热部32和所述凸起11的圆周外面以间隔一定距离的形式设置,进而从所述加热部32放射的辐射热大部分由所述凸起11的圆周收容,因此有在短时间内熔融凸起11的优点。
通常,作为汽车内饰材料使用的热塑性树脂的熔融温度一般是165℃左右,因此优选地,所述加热部32的温度为200℃至800℃。
此时,加热部32的温度低于200℃的情况,凸起11的熔融时间慢,因此不利于产业适用,并且超过800℃的情况,相比于温度增加,作为辐射热传递的比率低因而不利。
更加优选地,所述加热部32的温度为500℃至800℃。在所述加热部32的温度范围,热塑性树脂的辐射热传递率最大,因此最有效率。
另外,优选地,所述加热部32末端(弯曲的情况,弯曲末端)和所述凸起11的间隔距离为0.1mm至5mm。
所述间隔距离小于0.1mm的情况,有一部分熔融树脂与所述加热部32接触的忧虑,并且超过5mm的情况,在从加热部32传递辐射热至凸起11方面有所不利。
另外,所述成形部50包括杆51和接触部52,所述接触部52附着于所述杆51末端,并且执行对通过所述热供给部30熔融的凸起11的上端进行加压并将凸起11成形的功能。
所述接触部52的下端以包括所述熔融凸起11的成形形状的形式构成,并且通过将所述成形部50整体加压所述熔融凸起11来完成凸起11和收容孔21的接合。
在必要的情况下,在所述成形部50能够构成为,形成多个气孔54,从而加压后通过所述气孔54来喷射空气压力,进而使成形部50的上升的温度下降。
此时,所述气孔54可形成于所述接触部52,并且可构成为形成于杆51,从而空气压力首先冷却接触部52,并且两侧也都能够形成。
如上所述,根据本发明的汽车门饰板接合装置100,其构成为热供给部30首先熔融凸起11后,成形部50加压熔融凸起11从而完成接合,因此如图4所示,所述汽车门饰板接合装置100包括操作装置60,所述操作装置60包括:旋转底座(base)61,其位于上端;加热驱动器(actuator)62,其附着于所述旋转底座61,从而向上下移送所述热供给部30;成形驱动器63,其设置于所述加热驱动器62附近,从而向上下移送所述成形部50。
在所述的构成中,就第一子饰板10和第二子饰板20的结合而言,为了使热供给部30位于凸起11上端,使旋转底座61进行操作后,使所述加热驱动器62下降,从而瞬间加热凸起11并使其熔融。
之后,使所述加热驱动器62上升后,使所述旋转底座61进行操作,从而使所述成形部50位于所述凸起11上端后,使所述成形驱动器63下降,从而通过成形部50成形熔融的凸起11,进而完成一个凸起11和收容孔21的接合。
另外,如图5所示,在所述热供给部30主体31中央形成贯通孔39,并且使所述成形部50位于所述贯通孔39的情况,具有如下优点:能够以凸起11的熔融一完成就可立即成形的形态实现整体装置。
此外,不需要另外的旋转底座61,并且仅利用加热驱动器62和成形驱动器63来能够实现汽车门饰板接合装置100,因此具有装置的构成简单的优点。
如上所述的构成的操作以如下形式进行。
首先,如图6所示,使加热驱动器62操作,从而使所述热供给部30位于凸起11的成形部。
之后,向所述加热部32施加电源,从而使凸起11熔融。
若完成所述凸起11的熔融,使成形驱动器63下降,从而所述成形部50加压凸起11的熔融部分并成形。
之后,使加热驱动器62上升。
之后,通过气孔54来喷射空气,进而冷却成形部50。
之后,使所述成形驱动器63操作,从而使成形部50上升,进而完成接合。
另外,在需要的情况下,也可以以如下方法进行:使所述加热驱动器62下降,从而若所述热供给部30使凸起11熔融,则使热供给部30上升后,立即使成形驱动器63下降。
并且,也可构成为,所述气孔54的空气(air)在成形驱动器63下降时,同时进行操作。
以上,用特定的优选实施例对本发明进行了图示并说明,但是本发明并不限定在所述实施例,其包括所有在本发明所属的技术领域拥有一般知识的人在不脱离专利权利要求范围内所请求的本发明的技术思想的范围内可实施的多种形态的实施例。

Claims (10)

1.一种汽车门饰板接合装置,其用于结合第一子饰板和第二子饰板,所述第一子饰板形成有凸起并由热塑性树脂材质构成,所述第二子饰板形成有收容所述第一子饰板的凸起的收容孔并由热塑性树脂材质构成,所述汽车门饰板接合装置的特征在于,包括:
热供给部,其通过辐射热熔融所述凸起的一部分;以及成形部,其对熔融的凸起进行加压成形。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,所述热供给部包括:
主体;
加热孔,其形成于所述主体下端,从而收容所述凸起一部分;以及
加热部,其位于所述加热孔内部,从而以与所述凸起的圆周面间隔一定距离的形式形成,进而放射辐射热。
3.根据权利要求2所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
所述加热部的温度为200℃至800℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
所述加热部的温度为500℃至800℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
所述加热部为平板连续弯曲的形态。
6.根据权利要求1所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,所述成形部包括:
杆;以及
接触部,其附着于所述杆末端,从而加压熔融的凸起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
气孔形成于在所述杆,从而在成形完成后,向所述气孔排出空气压力。
8.根据权利要求6所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
气孔形成于所述接触部,从而在成形完成后,向所述气孔排出空气压力。
9.根据权利要求5所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
所述主体在内部中央还包括长度方向的贯通孔,并且所述成形部位于所述贯通孔,从而向所述贯通孔的长度方向移动。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车门饰板接合装置,其特征在于,
通过所述热供给部使凸起熔融后,位于所述贯通孔的成形部向下部移动,从而对所述熔融凸起进行加压并成形。
