Claims (10)
- 移動している車両と、該車両の移動中に可能な衝突範囲に進入および/または存在する少なくとも1つの物体との衝突を回避するための方法において、前記車両が、
前記少なくとも1つの物体を検知するためのセンサ装置であって、前記車両の周辺にある少なくとも1つの衝突範囲を監視する前記センサ装置と、
電気機械式ブレーキ倍力装置(24)、および、これと作動流体を介して連結され、前記車両を制動するための車両ブレーキシステム(5)に作動的に組み込まれているブレーキ力調整要素と、
前記センサ装置の信号を受信し、該信号をベースにして前記ブレーキ倍力装置(24)と前記ブレーキ力調整要素および/または他のアクティブシャーシ要素とを制御する制御装置と、
を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの物体を検知したときに、前記車両の走行速度および走行方向を、前記ブレーキシステム(5)および前記ブレーキ力調整要素との連動で前記制御装置を用いて、前記少なくとも1つの物体との衝突が自動的に回避されるように変化させるようにし、
前記ブレーキシステム内での作動流体の圧力発生を、実質的に前記ブレーキ倍力装置(24)を用いて生じさせ、すなわち前記物体の検知の際に前記センサ装置の信号に応答して生じさせ、
前記センサ装置の信号に応答して前記ブレーキシステムを起動する際、前記ブレーキ力調整要素が、車輪(17a,17a,17b,17b)と連結されている車輪ブレーキシリンダ(16a,16a,16b,16b)にそれぞれブレーキトルクを生成させ、前記車輪(17a,17a,17b,17b)におけるそれぞれのブレーキトルクを、前記センサ装置によって検出した状況に依存して前記制御装置によって個別に生成させる、
前記衝突を回避するための方法。 - 前記センサ装置が、物体の検知をベースにして、レーダー装置および/または超音波装置および/または撮像装置を用いて信号を生成して転送し、その際前記センサ装置は、1つまたは複数の3次元の衝突範囲を監視し、該衝突範囲が前記車両の周辺全体と部分的にオーバーラップしている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ブレーキ力調整要素が少なくとも1つのESP装置および/またはABS装置を含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 前記他のアクティブシャーシ要素が少なくとも1つの車両操舵装置および/または差動歯車伝動装置および/またはアクティブシャーシ装置および/またはパワートレイン装置を含み、これら装置に前記制御装置が衝突を回避するための前記センサ装置の前記信号に応答して規則的に作用する、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記衝突を回避するための方法が前記車両の移動をアクティブに調整する各時点で、ドライバーは前記車両を通常に作動させる可能性を持つ、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- ドライバーは前記車両を運転する際に前記衝突を回避するための方法によって支援される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- ドライバーは前記車両を運転する際に前記衝突を回避するための方法によって支援され、すなわち最大で、ドライバーが設定した閾値まで支援される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記衝突を回避するための方法はドライバーによってオンオフ可能である、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 車両用衝突回避システムにおいて、
車両の移動中に少なくとも1つの可能な衝突範囲に進入および/または存在する少なくとも1つの物体を検知するためのセンサ装置であって、該センサ装置によって監視される少なくとも1つの衝突範囲が前記車両の周辺にある前記センサ装置と、
電気機械式ブレーキ倍力装置(24)、および、これと作動流体を介して連結され、前記車両を制動するための車両ブレーキシステム(5)に作動的に組み込まれているブレーキ力調整要素と、
前記センサ装置の信号を受信し、該信号をベースにして前記ブレーキ倍力装置(24)と前記ブレーキ力調整要素および/または他のアクティブシャーシ要素とを制御する制御装置と、を含み、
前記衝突回避システムが、前記少なくとも1つの物体を検知したときに、前記車両の走行速度および走行方向を、前記ブレーキシステムおよび前記ブレーキ力調整要素との連動で前記制御装置を用いて変化させ、その結果前記少なくとも1つの物体との衝突が自動的に回避可能であり、
前記ブレーキシステム内での作動流体の圧力発生を、実質的に前記ブレーキ倍力装置(24)を用いて生じさせ、すなわち前記物体の検知の際に前記センサ装置の信号に応答して生じさせ、
前記センサ装置の信号に応答して前記ブレーキシステムを起動する際、前記ブレーキ力調整要素が、車輪(17a,17a,17b,17b)と連結されている車輪ブレーキシリンダ(16a,16a,16b,16b)にそれぞれブレーキトルクを生成させ、前記車輪(17a,17a,17b,17b)におけるそれぞれのブレーキトルクを、前記センサ装置によって検出した状況に依存して前記制御装置によって個別に生成させる、
衝突回避システム。 - 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法を実現するための構成要素をさらに含んでいる、請求項9に記載の衝突回避システム。
