Claims (6)
- 耐火物構造体にニッケル金属原料を投入する段階と、
不活性ガス雰囲気において前記ニッケル金属原料を加熱して蒸発させる段階と、
前記蒸発したニッケル金属原料を凝縮させて粉末を形成する段階と、
を含み、
前記耐火物構造体は、
グラファイト(Graphite)材質の第1るつぼと、
前記第1るつぼの内側に配置されたセラミック材質の第2るつぼと、
前記第1るつぼと前記第2るつぼとの間で自由に動くことができるように挿入された球状の耐熱材と、
を含む、ニッケル粉末の製造方法。 - 前記ニッケル金属原料を加熱して蒸発させる段階はプラズマで行われる、請求項1に記載のニッケル粉末の製造方法。
- 前記粉末の不純物含量は500ppm以下である、請求項1または2に記載のニッケル粉末の製造方法。
- 前記セラミックは、酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO 2 )または酸化アルミニウム(Al 2 O 3 )である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のニッケル粉末の製造方法。
- 前記耐熱材はグラファイト(Graphite)材質である、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載のニッケル粉末の製造方法。
- 前記第1るつぼには耐熱材挿入用孔(Hole)が形成される、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載のニッケル粉末の製造方法。
