炉の構成図である。 図中符号１は炉体、２は誘導コイル、３はマグネシアル
ツボ、４はマグネシア粒子、５は黒鉛成形品、６は黒鉛
成形品、７は黒鉛粒子である。

Claims (5)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）ルツボと、該ルツボを収納する炉体とから成る、
    炉構造において、 ルツボ外表面の少なくとも一部を、溶湯に近い温度まで
    加熱可能であり、かつ、融点が少なくとも該温度以上で
    ある物質の成形品、又は粒子で覆ったことを特徴とする
    炉構造。
  2. （２）　　炉が高周波誘導炉であり、前記ルツボ外表面
    の少なくとも一部を覆う成形品又は粒子の素材をなす物
    質の、溶湯に近い温度への加熱が、高周波加熱によって
    行なわれる、実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の炉構
    造。
  3. （３）前記ルツボ外表面の少なくとも一部を覆う成形品
    又は粒子の素材をなす物質が、黒鉛質の物質である、実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第２項記載の炉構造。
  4. （４）前記ルツボ外表面の、ルッポロ付近を、黒鉛の成
    形品又は粒子によって覆った、実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第３項記載の炉構造。
  5. （５）　　前記ルツボ外表面全面を、黒鉛の成形品又は
    粒子で覆った、実用新案登録請求の範囲第３項記載の炉
    構造。
