Claims (14)
- 放射性医薬品の使用を計画および監視する方法であって、
複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のための患者スケジュールを受信する工程と、
前記患者スケジュールに基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に使用する多用量容器構成を決定する工程と、
前記患者スケジュールを放射性医薬品流体送達システムに転送する工程と、
前記多用量容器構成を前記放射性医薬品流体送達システムに供給する工程と、
前記患者スケジュールに基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品の注入処置を実施する工程と、
前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に前記多用量容器構成を監視する工程であって、残存している放射線量の推定をするために前記多用量容器構成において残存している放射線量および容積を決定する工程と、同位体の崩壊に基づき前記残存している放射線量の推定を調節する工程と、を含む、前記多用量容器構成を監視する工程と、
1又はそれ以上の患者スケジュール変更に基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のうち少なくとも一つが適切に完了されないリスクがあるかどうかを決定する工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して警告を出す工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して、最大数の前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置に対応するために、前記患者スケジュールを更新する工程と、
を含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、前記患者スケジュールが、複数の患者のそれぞれについて、患者に対する放射性医薬品注入処置時間と、患者のために前記放射性医薬品の前記多用量容器から取り出される放射線量とを含む方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法であって、さらに、
追加的な患者、キャンセルした患者、前記患者スケジュールにある患者についての時間変更、および前記患者スケジュールにある患者のために前記多用量容器構成から取り出される放射線量の変更のうち1若しくはそれ以上に対応するために、前記多用量容器構成を提供した後で前記患者スケジュールを編集する工程を含む方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法であって、さらに、
前記放射性医薬品流体送達システムのグラフィカルユーザーインタフェース上に前記患者スケジュールを表示する工程を含む方法。 - 所定の命令を含む機械読取可能な記憶媒体を有する物品であって、当該命令は実行された場合、プロセッサに、
複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のための患者スケジュールを受け取る工程と、
前記患者スケジュールに基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に使用する多用量容器構成を決定する工程と、
前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に前記多用量容器構成を監視する工程と、
残存している放射線量の推定をするために前記多用量容器構成において残存している放射線量および容積を決定する工程と、
同位体の崩壊に基づき前記残存している放射線量の推定を調節する工程と、
1又はそれ以上の患者スケジュール変更に基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のうち少なくとも一つが適切に完了されないリスクがあるかどうかを決定する工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して警告を出す工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して、最大数の前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置に対応するために、前記患者スケジュールを更新する工程と、
を実行させるものである物品。 - 請求項5記載の物品であって、さらに、
実行された場合、前記プロセッサに、前記患者スケジュールを放射性医薬品流体送達システムに転送する工程を実行させる命令を含む物品。 - 請求項5記載の物品であって、前記スケジュールが、複数の患者のそれぞれについて、
患者に対する注入処置時間と、
患者のために前記多用量容器構成から取り出す放射線量と、
を含む物品。 - 請求項7記載の物品であって、実行された場合、前記プロセッサにスケジュールを受け取る工程を実行させる前記命令は、前記プロセッサに、
ユーザーからコンピュータを介して前記患者に対する注入処置時間および前記放射線量を受信する工程と、
前記コンピュータに関連付けられた記憶装置から前記患者に対する注入処置時間および前記放射線量を受信する工程と、
患者から離れた位置にある患者装置からネットワークを経由して前記患者に対する注入処置時間および前記放射線量を受信する工程と、
のうち少なくとも一つを実行させるものである物品。 - 請求項5記載の物品であって、さらに、
実行された場合、前記プロセッサに、追加的な患者、キャンセルした患者、前記患者スケジュールにある患者についての時間変更、および前記患者スケジュールにある患者のために前記多用量容器構成から取り出された放射線量の変更のうち1若しくはそれ以上に対応するために、前記多用量容器構成を提供した後で前記患者スケジュールを編集する工程を実行させる命令を含む物品。 - 放射性医薬品の使用を計画および監視するための記憶媒体に格納された計画および監視用ソフトウェアであって、前記ソフトウェアは、実行された場合、プロセッサに、
複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のための患者スケジュールを受け取る工程と、
前記患者スケジュールに基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に使用する多用量容器構成を決定する工程と、
前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に前記多用量容器構成を監視する工程と、
残存している放射線量の推定をするために前記多用量容器構成において残存している放射線量および容積を決定する工程と、
同位体の崩壊に基づき前記残存している放射線量の推定を調節する工程と、
1又はそれ以上の患者スケジュール変更に基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のうち少なくとも一つが適切に完了されないリスクがあるかどうかを決定する工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して警告を出す工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して、最大数の前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置に対応するために、前記患者スケジュールを更新する工程と、
を実行させる命令を含むソフトウェア。 - 請求項10記載の計画および監視用のソフトウェアであって、さらに、
実行された場合、前記プロセッサに、前記患者スケジュールを放射性医薬品流体送達システムに転送する工程を実行させる命令を含むソフトウェア。 - 放射性医薬品流体送達システムであって、
放射性医薬品供給源と、
前記放射性医薬品供給源から患者に流体が流入するように構成された使い捨て投与セットと、
前記使い捨て投与セットおよび前記放射性医薬品供給源と流体連通し、前記放射性医薬品供給源から前記使い捨て投与セットを通過して患者に流体を送り出すように構成されたポンピング機構と、
前記ポンピング機構に動作可能に結合され、患者スケジュールを受信し、複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に使用する多用量容器構成を決定し、前記ポンピング機構を制御して前記患者スケジュールに従い前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置を実施し、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に前記多用量容器構成を監視し、残存している放射線量の推定をするために前記多用量容器構成において残存している放射線量および容積を決定し、同位体の崩壊に基づき前記残存している放射線量の推定を調節し、1又はそれ以上の患者スケジュール変更に基づき、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のうち少なくとも一つが適切に完了されないリスクがあるかどうかを決定し、前記決定されたリスクに応答して警告を出し、前記決定されたリスクに応答して、最大数の前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置に対応するために、前記患者スケジュールを更新するように構成された制御ユニットと、
前記スケジュールを表示するために前記制御ユニットに動作可能に結合されたディスプレーユニットと、
を有するシステム。 - 請求項12記載の放射性医薬品流体送達システムであって、前記使い捨て投与セットは、
薬液構成要素と、
放射性医薬品構成要素と、
前記薬液構成要素および前記放射性医薬品構成要素に結合されたコイル構成要素と、
前記薬液構成要素、前記コイル構成要素、および前記放射性医薬品構成要素に結合された廃棄物容器と、
を有するシステム。 - 複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のためのスケジュールを最適化する方法であって、
前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のためのスケジュールを受信して、予定患者スケジュールを作成する工程と、
前記予定患者スケジュールを放射性医薬品流体送達システムに転送する工程と、
前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置中に多用量容器構成を監視する工程であって、残存している放射線量の推定をするために前記多用量容器構成において残存している放射線量および容積を決定する工程と、同位体の崩壊に基づき前記残存している放射線量の推定を調節する工程と、を含む、多用量容器構成を監視する工程と、
更新された予定患者スケジュールを作成するために前記予定患者スケジュールを変更する工程と、
前記更新された予定患者スケジュールにおける少なくとも一人の予定患者について、放射性線量および注入時間のうち少なくとも一つに関して1若しくはそれ以上の変更を提示する工程と、
前記更新された予定患者スケジュールにおける前記1若しくはそれ以上の提示された変更のために、前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置のうち少なくとも一つが適切に完了されないリスクがある場合に警告を出す工程と、
前記決定されたリスクに応答して、最大数の前記複数の放射性医薬品注入処置に対応するために、前記1若しくはそれ以上の提示された変更に基づき新しい最適化された患者スケジュールを決定する工程と、
を有する方法。
