Description
2F−+H2O=O2−+2HF
以下のような原料を使用し、モールドフラックスを製造した。石灰石、石英、珪灰石、マグネサイト、ボーキサイト、ソーダ、硼砂、ボロカルサイト、炭酸マンガン、色素マンガン、炭酸リチウム、リチウム精鉱などが挙げられるが、これらに限定されない。
Claims (9)
- 重量百分率で計算すると、Na2O:5〜10%、MgO:3〜10%、MnO:3〜10%、B2O3:3〜10%、Al2O3:≦6%、Li2O:<3%、C:1〜3%、残部:CaOとSiO2および不可避不純物からなり、CaO/SiO2は0.8〜1.3であり、前述モールドフラックス50gを1350℃で溶融して鋼質るつぼに入れて自然冷却し、断面における結晶が占める比率で当該モールドフラックスの晶析率を表すと、前述の晶析率は、10〜50%の範囲内にある、低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- Na2Oの含有量は、6〜9.5%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- MgOの含有量は、5〜9%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- MnOの含有量は、5〜9%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- B2O3の含有量は、4〜10%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- Al2O3の含有量は、0.5〜6%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- Li2Oの含有量は、≦2.5%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- Cの含有量は、1.3〜2.8%である、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
- 融点が950〜1150℃の間で、1300℃における粘度が0.1〜0.3Pa・sである、請求項1に記載の低炭素鋼用フッ素フリー連鋳モールドフラックス。
