Claims (10)
- 중량 백분비로 계산 시, Na2O 5 내지 10%,MgO 3 내지 10%,MnO 3 내지 10%,B2O3 3 내지 10%,Al2O3≤6%,Li2O<3%,C 1 내지 3%를 포함하며, 잔부 (balance)는 CaO, SiO2 및 불가피한 불순물이며,CaO/SiO2가 0.8 내지 1.3인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 50g의 몰드 플럭스를 1350℃에서 용해시킨 후, 강질의 도가니 (steel crucible)에 넣고 자연 냉각시키며, 단면 결정체가 차지하는 비율로 상기 몰드 플럭스의 결정화율을 표시하며, 상기 몰드 플럭스의 결정화율은 10 내지 50%의 범위에 있는 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Na2O의 함량이 6 내지 9.5%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 MgO의 함량이 5 내지 9%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 MnO의 함량이 5 내지 10%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 B2O3의 함량이 4 내지 10%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Al2O3의 함량이 0.5 내지 6%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 Li2O의 함량이 ≤2.5%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 C의 함량이 1.3 내지 2.8%인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
용융점이 950 내지 1150℃의 범위내에 있으며, 1300℃에서 점도가 0.1 내지 0.3Pa.s인 저-탄소강용 불소-불포함 연속 주조의 몰드 플럭스.
