Claims (4)
- 非血管系留置カテーテルデバイスのリテーナのための位置決めシステムであって、
前記非血管系留置カテーテルデバイスは、人間の身体の外側に配置される近位側の基部と、瘻孔を通して挿入されて人間の身体の内側に配置される留置リテーナとを有する医療用チューブであり、
前記カテーテルデバイスのカテーテルチューブに固定的に取り付けられ、人間の身体の非血管系管腔または腔内に配置され留置リテーナとして用いられる第1のリテーナと、
人間の身体の外側に配置され、前記チューブ上の取付位置を変更することができるように、前記チューブに解除可能に固定される第2のリテーナと、
前記チューブ上の前記第1及び前記第2のリテーナ間に設置され、配置信号を提供するために人間の皮膚表面に配置される、信号要素を備えたインジケータとを含み、
前記インジケータが、少なくとも第1のインジケータ要素及び第2のインジケータ要素を含み、
前記信号要素が、前記第1のインジケータ要素の近位面側に設けられ、
前記第2のインジケータ要素が、前記第1のインジケータより近位側に配置され、かつ透光性材料から構成され、
前記第1及び第2のインジケータ要素の少なくとも一方が、前記第2のリテーナと前記皮膚表面との間の長さの変化に応じて他方に対して変位可能及び/または変形可能なフレキシブルなドーム型、トレイ型、または容器型の形態に構成され、かつ変位可能または変形可能な前記第1及び第2のインジケータ要素の少なくとも一方が、他方に対して変位または変形することにより、前記第2のインジケータ要素が前記第1のインジケータ要素に接近または接触すると、前記信号要素が視認可能になって、前記配置信号が提供され、
これにより、前記第2のリテーナを前記第1のリテーナに向かって前進させると前記インジケータにより配置信号が生成され、その後、前記第2のリテーナを前記第1のリテーナから離れる方向に後退させ、前記チューブに前記第2のリテーナを解除可能に固定するための適切な配置位置に達すると、前記インジケータにより配置信号が生成されなくなるように構成したことを特徴とするシステム。 - 非血管系留置カテーテルデバイスのリテーナのための位置決めシステムであって、

人間の身体の外側に配置され、前記チューブ上の取付位置を変更することができるように、前記チューブに解除可能に固定される第2のリテーナと、
前記チューブ上の前記第1及び前記第2のリテーナ間に設置され、配置信号を提供するために人間の皮膚表面に配置される、信号要素を備えたインジケータとを含み、
前記インジケータが、少なくとも第1のインジケータ要素及び第2のインジケータ要素を含み、
前記第1及び第2のインジケータ要素の少なくとも一方が、前記第2のリテーナと前記皮膚表面との間の長さの変化に応じて他方に対して変位可能及び/または変形可能に構成され、かつ変位可能または変形可能な前記第1及び第2のインジケータ要素の少なくとも一方が、他方に対して変位または変形することにより、前記信号要素が視認可能になって、前記信号が提供され、
前記第2のインジケータ要素が変形可能であり、変形して潰れたときに旗状の平坦な要素である前記信号要素を側方に押し出すように構成されたフレキシブルなドーム型頂部の形態に構成され、前記第2のインジケータ要素及び前記第1のインジケータ要素が互いに対して接近したとき、前記第2のインジケータ要素の変形によって、前記信号要素を前記インジケータの側方に押し出すことによって前記配置信号が提供され、
これにより、前記第2のリテーナを前記第1のリテーナに向かって前進させると前記インジケータにより配置信号が生成され、その後、前記第2のリテーナを前記第1のリテーナから離れる方向に後退させ、前記チューブに前記第2のリテーナを解除可能に固定するための適切な配置位置に達すると、前記インジケータにより配置信号が生成されなくなるように構成したことを特徴とするシステム。 - 非血管系留置カテーテルデバイスのリテーナのための位置決めシステムであって、

人間の身体の外側に配置され、前記チューブ上の取付位置を変更することができるように、前記チューブに解除可能に固定される第2のリテーナと、
前記チューブ上の前記第1及び前記第2のリテーナ間に設置され、配置信号を提供するために人間の皮膚表面に配置されるインジケータとを含み、
前記インジケータが、少なくとも第1のインジケータ要素及び第2のインジケータ要素を含み、
前記第1のインジケータ要素が、前記第2のインジケータ要素に対して回転可能な構成部品と、前記第1のインジケータ要素の軸方向の変位を前記回転可能な構成部品の回転に変換する手段とを含み、
少なくとも前記第1のインジケータ要素が、前記第2のリテーナと前記皮膚表面との間の長さの変化に応じた前記カテーテルチューブの長手軸に沿った長手軸方向のその動きを、前記回転可能な構成部品の前記第2のインジケータ要素に対する回転運動に変換することで、前記第1のインジケータの前記第1のリテーナに対する位置の変化を知らせるように構成され、それにより前記第2のリテーナと前記皮膚表面との間の長さの変化を示し、
