Description

‐トレッドは、少なくとも1つの周方向溝に隣接して位置した少なくとも2つの周方向リブを有し、
‐各周方向リブは、底面とトレッド表面との間で半径方向に且つトレッド表面に設けられた2つのエッジコーナとの間で軸方向に延び、
‐底面の半径方向内側に位置したクラウン補強材を有する、航空機用タイヤにおいて、トレッド分離層が、
‐底面とクラウン補強材との間で少なくとも1つの周方向リブの半径方向内側に、且つ
‐トレッド表面内の周方向リブの2つのエッジコーナ相互間で軸方向に、且つ
‐タイヤの周囲の少なくとも一部にわたって周方向に配置され、トレッド分離層と底面との間の半径方向距離は、多くとも1mmに等しいことを特徴とする航空機用タイヤによって達成される。
Claims (8)
- 航空機用タイヤ(1)であって、
‐トレッド表面(3)を介して路面に接触するようになっていて、底面(6)と前記トレッド表面(3)との間に半径方向に設けられたトレッド(2)を有し、
‐前記トレッド(2)は、少なくとも1つの周方向溝(5)に隣接して位置した少なくとも2つの周方向リブ(4)を有し、
‐各周方向リブ(4)は、前記底面(6)と前記トレッド表面(3)との間で半径方向に且つ前記トレッド表面(3)に設けられた2つのエッジコーナ(7)との間で軸方向に延び、
‐前記底面(6)の半径方向内側に位置したクラウン補強材(8)を有する、航空機用タイヤにおいて、
トレッド分離層(9)が、
‐前記底面(6)と前記クラウン補強材(8)との間で少なくとも1つの周方向リブ(4)の半径方向内側に、且つ
‐前記トレッド表面(3)内の前記周方向リブ(4)の前記2つのエッジコーナ(7)相互間で軸方向に、且つ
‐前記タイヤ(1)の周囲の少なくとも一部にわたって周方向に配置されており、
前記トレッド分離層(9)と前記底面(6)との間の半径方向距離(d1)は、1mm以下であり、
前記トレッド分離層(9)は、相互に平行な補強要素(12)を構成する材料(11)で作られており、
前記トレッド分離層(11)の前記補強要素(12)と前記タイヤ(1)の周方向(XX′)とのなす角度(i)は、30°以上である、
航空機用タイヤ(1)。 - 前記トレッド分離層(9)と前記クラウン補強材(8)との間の半径方向距離(d2)は、2mm以上である、請求項1記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(9)の各軸方向端(10)と、最も近くに位置する前記周方向リブ(4)の前記エッジコーナ(7)との間の軸方向距離(a)は、3mm以上である、請求項1又は2記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(9)は、前記タイヤ(1)の周囲全体にわたって周方向に延びている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(11)の前記補強要素(12)と前記タイヤ(1)の周方向(XX′)とのなす角度(i)は、45°以上である、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(11)の前記補強要素(12)は、少なくとも1つのテキスタイル材料で作られている、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(11)の前記補強要素(12)は、少なくとも1つの脂肪族ポリアミドで作られている、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
- 前記トレッド分離層(11)の前記補強要素(12)は、ポリアミドファイバで作られている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の航空機用タイヤ(1)。
