Claims (7)
- 同一の中心軸線上に配置された第1の回転部材と第2の回転部材との間に、制限された値のトルク伝達を行うトルクリミタであって、
前記第1の回転部材の内周部に形成された係合凹部と、
中間部を前記第2の回転部材に当該第2の回転部材の中心軸線と平行な軸線周りに回動可能に取り付けられ、一方の端部が前記係合凹部に係脱可能に係合するレバー部材と、
一端部を前記第2の回転部材に係止され、他端部を前記レバー部材の他方の端部に係止され、前記レバー部材の一端が前記係合凹部に係合する方向に前記レバー部材を付勢する引張りばねとを有し、
前記レバー部材はベルクランクによって構成されているトルクリミタ。 - 前記レバー部材の一端部にローラが前記第2の回転部材の中心軸線と平行な軸線周りに回転可能に取り付けられ、前記レバー部材は前記ローラを介して前記係合凹部に係脱可能に係合する請求項1に記載のトルクリミタ。
- 前記係合凹部は、周方向の一方の側が緩斜面で、周方向のもう一方の側が急斜面になっている請求項1または2に記載のトルクリミタ。
- 前記係合凹部と前記レバー部材と前記引張りばねとの組み合わせ構造が前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材の回転中心周りの複数個の回転対称位置に設けられている請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のトルクリミタ。
- 前記組み合わせ構造は前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材の回転中心周りの2個の回転対称位置に設けられており、各組み合わせ構造の前記引張りばねが、前記第1の回転部材及び前記第2の回転部材の回転中心を隔てた両側に、互いに平行に延在している請求項4に記載のトルクリミタ。
- 前記レバー部材には前記引張りばねの前記他端部を係止するばね係止部が当該レバー部材の長手方向に間隔をおいて複数個形成されており、前記引張りばねの前記他端部が前記複数個のばね係止部より選択された一つのばね係止部に係脱可能に係合する請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載のトルクリミタ。
- 前記第1の回転部材が円環状の外環部材によって構成され、前記第2の回転部材がハブ部材と円盤状の内部部材との結合体によって構成され、前記内部部材を挟んで前記ハブ部材に固定された端板と前記ハブ部材とによって前記外環部材が軸線方向の両側から挟み込まれ、前記内部部材の外周部を回転ガイドとして前記外環部材が前記内部部材に対して回転可能である請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載のトルクリミタ。
