Claims (7)
- 輸液を収容するための樹脂素材の軟弱フィルムより成りかつ一端に底部を形成した袋体と、底部を上にして袋体の吊り下げを行うための吊り下げ手段と、袋体の他端の輸液排出口と、袋体の面上に形成された残液表示マークとを備え、袋体には液面による残液量の視認を可能とするべく空隙を残して輸液が充填され、輸液のため袋体を前記吊り下げ手段により吊り下げた状態において底部はその幅が起立状態におけるそれと同等若しくは実質的に同等であり、輸液のため袋体を前記吊り下げ手段により吊り下げた状態において底部は輸液の排出により潰れることなくその幅を維持若しくは実質的に維持することを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器。
- 請求項1に記載の発明において、底部を含む上端縁から所定高さの袋体の部位は輸液の排出により潰れることなくその形状を維持若しくは実質的に維持する形状維持部を構成することを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器。
- 請求項1若しくは2に記載の発明において、吊り下げ手段は袋体の片面上縁に穿設された開口部により構成され、前記残液表示マークは袋体の反対側面に形成されることを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、袋体を構成するフィルムの樹脂素材はポリエチレン樹脂であり、ポリエチレン樹脂フィルムはその原反の厚みが180−350μmであり、袋体に成形状態における1%引張弾性率が150−320Mpaであることを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の発明において、袋体内の空隙においてエアーに不活性ガスが混合されることを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器。
- 請求項4に記載のスタンディングバッグ製造方法であって、ポリエチレン原反シートより底部付の袋体を形成し、底部の反対側の袋体の開口部に排出口を取り付けると共に所定の大きさ空隙部を残しつつ輸液を導入密封することでスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器に構成し、その後湿熱下で滅菌処理を行い、滅菌処理後の袋体を構成するポリエチレンフィルムの1%引張弾性率を150−320Mpaとすることを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器の製造方法。
- 請求項4に記載のスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器の製造方法であって、二つ折りのポリエチレン原反シートの閉鎖側部をガセット形状に折り込み、シートの対向面を袋体の輪郭に沿って剥離不能に溶着し、この溶着の際にシートにおける前記ガセット形状部にガセット袋体の底部となる部位を形成し、他方、二つ折りシートの開口側は対向面を一部未溶着の開口部を残し、シートからの個々の袋体の切り出しを行い、切り出された袋体の開口部に排出口を取り付けると共に所定の大きさ空隙部を残しつつ輸液を導入密封することでスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器に構成し、その後湿熱下で滅菌処理を行い、滅菌処理後の袋体を構成するポリエチレンフィルムの1%引張弾性率を150−320Mpaとすることを特徴とするスタンディングバッグ型輸液容器の製造方法。
